Best choice for big family!

Good location. Easy to reach by car or public transport. Nice view from terrace on Marina. Migros near by. Convenient Terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Big size of the room for 2 adults and 2 child.

Terrence needs to be cleaned carefully. Didn’t work wc properly. A bit more ware would be good.

the space is very good and terrace very big

it's very old Furniture and the rooms need renovation its very old and in bad condition and view was very bad a lot of old buildings and a lot yaghats prevent to seeing the sea

A great start location for trips throughout the European part of Istanbul. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Nice view, parking places and many restaurants nearby.

Very nice apartment but poorly managed and maintained Many things broken Wifi very bad Tv most channels not working Some Curtains are not working Some even water faucets broken Unfortunately bug size apartment with huge balcony But i will never stay there again

Overall - Fantastic location!

Location, facilities, team is great. There is still room for renovation of some apartments as the building is modern but some years old. For some of the apartments the renovation was already started.

Description of rooms in booking.com did not exactly meet the room situation at the location and the furniture was partly worn or stained. But the staff was able to remedy the situation very quickly.

Will not stay here again here. Better stay in down town areas.

Very big apartment ... nice but expensive restaurants nearby .. nice and humble staff ...

Too far from tourist locations ... property seems old due to lack of maintenance ... old and bad condition furniture .. broken windows ... toiled flush not working! huge windows .. too much sunlight ... low privacy .. curtains not working. It was also very difficult to find the property ... property is inside a marina club and there were no maps and instructions provided where to find it and park car. Staff was nice and humble during stay .. but there were no clear instructions / reminder on checkout time ... little late to check out and we were threatened to be vacated via police! Suggestion - if you want to experience Istanbul .. better stay in down town areas like Sultanahmet or Takseem. you will not need taxi / car if you like walking.

Decent stay, price to quality ratio would be better if kitchen utensils were provided.

Staff was excellent, especially Dogan at reception.

According to description, it seemed like everything will be provided in the kitchen (utensils, pots, etc.), however, that wasn’t the case and we had to buy our own.

A special place that I recommend The gorgeous view From the hotel you can take the ferry to the islands where there are the most beautiful beaches!

Apartment is really spacious. Balcony is almost the same size as the apartment , really amazing looking over marina.

Kitchen needs to have more cups, glasses, teaspoons... we did not have enough dishes for 6 people .

Family hotel

Hotel location is easy to access and reach by car. There're many restaurants and cafe around the hotel. I like the view from balcony. Hotel staff always helpful and friendly.

Soundproof is not that good. The balcony has privacy issue (I suggest to cover the sides by solid board).

large comfortable rooms, beautiful sea view, many restaurants downstairs

we have stayed in this hotel multiple times and we love it, but this year it seemed in need of a bit of renovations to keep it fresh as it used to be.
