About this house rental

Eagle's Vista is located in prestigious Eagle Heights overlooking state forest on the edge of Tamborine Mountain. Relax and unwind with a drink of your choice on the panoramic rear decks.The huge decks are especially suited to relaxing and enjoying the views over forests and east to the pacific ocean. Sun and moon rises are spectacular as are the dawn and dusk transitions. Their unique revelations of scenery and lights make the experience unforgettable.
The property is set on 3 acres of terraced native gardens that attract a variety of birds and mountain wildlife. You will enjoy the peaceful quiet of Eagle's Vista with only the sounds of nature providing your background "music". This is a quiet location and we ask that you please consider the neighbours AT ALL TIMES. We require 24 hrs between bookings for a thorough clean.

Accommodation

The single level house has 4 fully appointed bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is equipped with an en-suite with open shower and twin basin vanity. The second bathroom and separate toilet with basin, are located at the other end of the house close to another 2 queen bed bedrooms. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is also a fold away bed fitted with inner spring mattress available if sleeping for nine is required. Please be aware that if booking for 6 people there will only be 3 of the 4 bedrooms available for use. An extra charge of $60 per night will apply if the 4th bedroom is required.
This property does not accept children.

The kitchen, family, and dining rooms open onto the deck and all enjoy views to the coast. There is a gas fire in the formal lounge for the cooler winter nights along with a second TV and stereo radio/CD player. All rooms have ceiling fans and an air-conditioner is installed in the lounge. The well provisioned kitchen has electric appliances including dishwasher. If you wish to self cater your stay there is sufficient crockery for 9 people. A gas BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking. Free wi-fi is available with unlimited downloads.

Convenient location

Eagle's Vista is close to all of the attractions that make Tamborine Mountain such a special holiday destination. Gallery Walk, with it's cafes, art and craft galleries, restaurants, micro breweries and cheese factory, is less than 2 kilometres away. Hang gliding viewing areas, wineries and the Tamborine Mtn Skywalk are also only a short drive away.
Eagle's Vista is convenient to Brisbane and the Gold Coast including Movie World, Sea World, Dreamworld and fabulous beaches. There are also National Parks with extensive walks and lookouts close by.

Really clean and tidy house which is very well set up for a mountain getaway for our group of 8. Wonderful location with plenty of nice areas in the house for us to relax and enjoy the fantastic views across the Gold Coast. We also loved the friendly visits from the bird life in the area. This is our second stay at this property and we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property to have a short or long stay. Close to town or you don’t have to leave the property as its view and quiet location is just amazing. Beautiful gardens to roam through or just sit on veranda and take in the views. Local birds are welcome visitors . Tina was great to work with very quick to respond to any questions etc. Fantastic welcome with a basket of goodies and a bottle of Prosecco. Lots of extras in the house as well . I certainly will be back.

What a fabulous weekend getaway we had! Such a beautiful home away from home! Very clean, comfy beds, warm fire and the views are magnificent! What a treat to stay at this amazing property with great views of the Gold Coast. The property is very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect destination to stay for our family to stay while celebrating our Son’s wedding. I would highly recommend the house. Everything was 5 star and I would love to return again.

Property was absolutely exquisite. Only grievance was like other rental properties was only being allowed to enter the property 2.00pm but having had to be out by 10.30 Sunday morning. It would have been perfect if we could have left a little later like lunch time or even 2.00pm Having said that We all agreed the house was absolutely adorable. The house had beautiful views and very accommodating Thank you Tina

This home is perfect in every way. For families or groups of friends. The house is spotless with lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the view from. Lovely lounge areas and a big deck overlooking the view. Comfortable beds, friendly birds to feed. Great hosts with easy communication. Perfect location to the shops and restaurants.

Our group of friends had a great stay. The house was perfect for our needs and the kitchen was very well stocked in regards to crockery and appliances. Plenty of seating space inside and out, spare blankets, games etc. We had a minor problem with a gas bottle which was solved in no time by Tina, the manager. The garden was tidy and well maintained, check in and out easy with no drama. Can fully recommend whether your stay is with family or friends.

The family and I are sooo glad we chose Eagles Vista as our stay for our holiday. The views and back yard were awesome, house was fantastic. Everything you needed was there at your fingertips. Feeding the birds was an added bonus for all of us. If you want the best stay at Tamborine Mountain I would recommend Eagles Vista.

We’ll appointed larger house which was fine for our extended family of 8. Views over Surfers Paradise, kookaburras & magpies wanting a feed. Pricey but four bedrooms and well located.

Very clean and easy check in process and Tina was easy to communicate with. Beautiful view and quiet neighbourhood. It was raining when we stayed so we couldn’t make the most of the garden. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils to self cater. Adequate heating in living area. No heating in bedrooms but electric blankets worked well. Within driving distance to cafes. View from deck is stunning. We had 8 adults of varying ages stay and the house layout worked well.

We booked the house for a cousin reunion , most of us being over 70. It is a stunning house with everything you could wish for and ideal for our situation. Fabulous views and we loved feeding the birds. I would highly recommend.

Our second stay at this fabulous property. Beautifully maintained property , very clean, tidy with everything we needed for our group’s stay. Can’t beat the spectacular view of the Golf Coast from the balcony. Short walk to Mt Tambourine village. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for 2023. Thanks again Tina.

It was a milestone birthday but the rains failed to allow us to do much outdoors. It was a relief and a comfort to enjoy an accommodation that was so self-contained and had offered good heating. The kookabura and a couple of other birds that perched on the deck railing were a special present. The family enjoyed playing games (the place even offered a few of them) and watching movies together in the cozy lounge as well as eating together the meals we prepared using the complete kitchenware of the place. It was a great accommodation choice!

Wow, the views were so beautiful, the listing photos don't capture how scenic the outlook is from this property. Located on a quiet road bustling with birdlife, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Well situated to some shops and close to wineries. The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Such a wonderful place for our family to stay for a weekend getaway. Very clean and tidy and there was plenty of room for the five of us. The views over the gold coast were amazing and we enjoyed the little kookaburras visiting each afternoon. There was plenty of cooking equipment if you wanted to cook meal whilst staying as well! Location was fantastic, close enough to town with a quiet neighbourhood. Tina’s communication was perfect. We are keen to come back!

The property easily housed a few generations of family at once. We all had a decent amount of space. It was immaculate when we arrived. Contact with Tina was easy, gracious and she was a very kind host. Meat was provided to feed the kookaburras which the little children really enjoyed! The view from the deck was fabulous. The house was close to everything Mt Tamborine offers but was located in a peaceful setting where we could easily relax and enjoy the serenity. We would love to go back one day.
