Πιο υπερεκτιμημένο από το αναμενόμενο.

Το πρωινό και τα ζεστά δωμάτια.

Είχε dvd , αλλά δεν είχε καλώδιο για την σύνδεση με την τηλεόραση. Δεν είχε μαχαιροπήρουνα στην κουζίνα. Επίσης μας χρέωσαν πρωινό , ενώ το είχαμε πληρώσει στην κράτηση μας μέσω της Booking.

Loved it. It could have been better with ac in the room

There's NO AC in the room!!!!!!!!!!! It's so strange that in such good hotel there's no ac...

Superb

Very nice staff, nice big rooms, beautiful view, quiet and good for relaxing.

The Spa is kind of small, but ok.

We liked the view from our room, the pool outside and the spa facilities inside. The reception desk helped us book a horse riding walk and we also had the massages that they offer and they were amazing.

Our room furniture was a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom seemed mouldy and one of the cabin shower doors was missing.

Good

The room had to be changed, which took several hours. the tub was clogged and rust was leaking from the lyre in the bathroom. There was a wedding in the restaurant and at the pool and they couldn't be used to their full potential.

Exceptional

It was clean, the food was really good and the staff was really of a great help. Would definitely recommend this place as the spa is great, also it is a bit far from the city centre but you get a really lovely view and the staff is always ready to give you a ride somewhere if it’s during the day. The food in the restaurant, apart from the breakfast was excellent as well, big portions, okay prices and amazing taste, tho the menu is not really big you still have a great choice.

waiters were slow to clean up the tables, the room was outdated and bathroom not perfectly clean, last shuttle bus from gondola was 4:30 - not enough time to enjoy skiing

The poll is so little for this hotel. The bad thing is that you must go out for the spa, and you have feeling that you are freezing. The room was clean, but so cold. the food was good.

it was damn cold in the apartments!!! in order to spend the night there we got to buy wood from the reception and light the fireplace

The rudest "receptionist" ever..

Rude staff! We arrived to check in and the "receptionist" did not even looked at us..she did not say hello!..she did not know that we had already paid via booking and the started to say some crazy prices about the facilities.. dinner 200 euros per person etc. Absolutely rediculous..Never have I seen such a rude personell.. Bad Attitude without reason. As for the room, cold..really cold and the blankets so tiny and useless. The mattress is for the trash..Also the shower did not have pressure and we couldn't use it at all..definitely one of the worst..

Exceptional stay

The hotel and ski area facilities, the hotel staff particularly Polly who was so friendly and polite with us. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and the attention and service were excellent. The hotel facilities and room were completely spotless and comfortable. We used mostly all of the facilities offered and they exceed our expectations. They have a transfer to Bansko town which was working at our convenience. They have a kid area which was very important for us.

If I would have to drop a suggestion, it would be, that the receptionist would have a better level of English and that the transfer hours would be more flexible for customers as they have a time band that goes until 4:30 pm during weeks and until 9:30 during weekends.

very clean, the gym and spa was great, free parking for our mini van and every part of the hotel was hot even though outside it was freezing cold!

hotel room for four people. two of us had a very comfortable bed, but the other two had to sleep on a relatively small and uncomfortable sofa bed.

Very good

Rooms were huge. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was tipical, good open options. There aren't a lot of options in the restaurant but everything we had was more than delicious.

Some of the furniture was damaged and then repaired (not good enough). The TV was really small for the big room and space from sofa. One of the rooms was really cold even with the heaters on.
