Crisp clean white sheets. Man on the desk super friendly. Great parking.
Bathroom in desperate need of refit. General feeling that the place needs a good tidy up, lick of paint etc.
Mattress was well past needing replacement.
2.0
Staff, location, car park and bar.
Broken mattress with coils protruding.
2 singles put together to make a double.
No towel rack in bathroom.
2.5
Good value for money, no noise form other rooms.
Two single beds into one double, fire alarm going off at half 1 in the morning with No explanation, completely ruined my sleep. Shower wasn't comfortable to use, let alone it felt like I was just being dripped on

- Price
- Closeness to Bournemouth BIC for a gig
- No headboard on the bed (risk of knocking head against the wall)
- Marks on the wall
- mould in the shower.
- wet patches on the bathroom floor and hairs in the shower on arrival like the shower had been used and not cleaned.
- lime scale on shower head.
- marks on bedding and towels.
- curtains looked tired and worn. Could do with replacing.
- dust on the lampshade next to the bed, on the picture frame and behind the TV.
- 2 single mattresses put together to make a double. 1 very noisy and both very uncomfortable.
- no bedside table between bed and wall for me to put my glasses or drink.
- message from hotel said "On stays more than one day. Staff will be cleaning rooms". After leaving the hotel and coming back later, bed hadn't been turned down or the carpet hoovered.

Super clean and lovely staff
How small the room was but that was expected. Also it wasn’t a double bed it was 2 singles put together so wasn’t too comfy

Room not what I booked so only a double bed. Staff not interested in doing anything about it.
I am 193 cm tall so not a good nights sleep.

Absolutely nothing to like about this place
Everything. It looked clean and comfortable on the outside but on getting to our room we saw it was a sham. The shower area was covered in black mould. we had to insist on being moved to another room as my friend has limited lung capacity and we thought she’d end up in A&E staying in that room. The second room was not much better. The beds/pillows are cheap and very uncomfortable. The ceiling looked like it could fall down at any moment. I have honestly never stayed anywhere as bad as this before. I don’t know how it’s even called a ‘hotel’ it’s not. They were trying to sell these rooms on the hottest night of the year for £320. Where are the hotel inspectors? This place should be shut down.

Very poor customer service. Rude management. We were denied our deposit due to a friend popping upstairs to help us carry our belongings out in the morning!!! We were then threatened with the police for no apparent reason. Staff didn't even check how we had left the room but just said we were not getting our deposit back. They just did not like the look of us is how we felt. We felt oppressed and slightly discriminated against to be honest.
Rude staff
Changing rules all the time we were there.
Denying us our deposit. When I explained we had had our belongings stolen, and had experienced a bad few days, the reception lady said " well your days about to get alot worse as you're not getting your deposit back". We initially booked a second night but we're then told we weren't welcome and needed every resident to present ID and a deposit of £25 per head.

Location to BIC and beach perfect. The check-in man was lovely. The towels were of an excellent quality.
Everything....on entering our tiny room. The curtains were 2 different sizes. The room was filthy. Urine in the toilet. Rubber bed protector but dirty bottom sheet and stained duvets and awful pillows. Could not get out of there quick enough to go home to wash the place off me .

Nothing. There is not one good thing I have to say about the property. The bedrooms are dark and dingy and were quite dirty. The service is appalling and the staff are rude and very abrupt.
Everything. As mentioned above; the rooms were dark and dingy and were quite dirty. The amenities are awful. The service is appalling and the staff are extremely rude, possibly some of the rudest people I have met in my life. The manager thinks he’s entitled, he does not care about his customers and he proved that when he put the phone down on me in the middle of me speaking after having shouted over me. When I called back, he told me I had 1 minute to talk and then he would hang up. I told him that my friend had been rushed to A&E and he refused to adjust the fee, even though booking.com said this should be ok and even sent a waiver. The manager rejected the waiver. He didn’t show any sensitivity or understanding and instead said “I’m sorry, we can’t adjust the fee or give you a refund.” Absolutely disgraceful. The manager should not be running the hotel, he needs to be fired and the hotel needs to be shut down, it’s disgusting. Don’t book into this hotel unless you want a bad experience. I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star if that was an option. However, if you do choose to stay here, good luck… you’ll need it.

Close proximity to Bournemouth centre
No hot water in sink or shower.
Freezing cold room on arrival before the radiator was adjusted and the heating slowly kicked in.
Guests moving about, slamming doors at 2am

The staff were fantastic and we stay here regularly because of the fab location and the family feel we get from the staff!
Only two plug sockets worked in the room unfortunately and when you have a room of five people it's abit awkward
