1. Już na samym przyjeździe zostałyśmy oszukane ponieważ Pani na recepcji powiedziała nam ze, w naszym pokoju coś jest niesprawne i to naprawiają wiec da nam zastępczy pokój i następnego dnia będziemy mogły się przenieść —> otóż okazało się, ze nasz pokój był po prostu zajęty. I nic w nim nie było popsute. Skąd to wiem? Bo dostałyśmy zastępczy pokój zaraz obok naszego zarezerwowanego. Wiec mega nie fajnie się zachowała! 2. Zarezerwowałyśmy pokój z tarasem -> owszem był taras ale ogólnodostępny! Absolutnie każdy w hotelu mógł tam wejść! Wiec kasa wydana w błoto! NIE BIERZ POKOJU Z TARASEM!! 3. Ogólny brud w pokoju. 4. Pokój mega niski Max 2m wysokości. 5. Łazienka okropna -> brak jakichkolwiek haczyków, brak miejsca na kosmetyki, prysznic bez kotary wiec jak się kąpiesz to łazienka jest cała mokra a woda z prysznica ciurka a nie leci. 6. Ściany tak cienkie ze bylo słychać caly hałas! 7. Śniadania skromne ale dobre jednak codziennie to samo -> 2 jajka sadzone, 3 plastry pomidora, 3 plastry ogórka, 1 bułka, 1 banan. Nic nie możesz wybrac tylko dostajesz gotową porcje. Wiec przez 5 dni jadłyśmy to samo! Masakra! 8. Nie chciałyśmy żeby nam sprzątano w pokoju wiec tym samym wody również nie dostawałyśmy. 9. Smród w łazience!

Prima voor een nachtje, minder prima om tot rust te komen.

Locatie is top. Prijs/kwaliteit is okay. Airco werkte goed.

Veel geluid omgevingsgeluid. Ook kon de kamer niet helemaal verduistert worden.

Great location ; Friendly Staffs ; Room could be a bit cleaner. Poor sound insulation

Location is good. Staffs are friendly. They boiled the water for my instant noodle. The wifi speed was okay. They only clean the room when requested which was okay for me.

there were ants in the room, on the wall. Moldy. No window. Poor sound insulation.

Good value for money- great for short stay

Quiet considering the crazy location, beds were comfortable and the room looked as expected from pictures, though a bit smaller. Staff were helpful with 24 hour reception and free drinking water refills.

Very small, the card machine didn't take any of our cards (English credit and debit cards)

Worst hotel ever.

This hotel is in the center of the district 1 so of course it’s really convenient for moving around the city. And the staff is friendly as well.

They said they will upgrade my room to the room have windows for free. But the upgraded room is terrible. When I went to the room to check everything, I see the refrigerator didn’t work so I ask them to change the room or do something for my room. They told me if I want to use refrigerator I can put my stuffs in the “lobby refrigerator”. Im speechless so I give up. Then, on the second day, the air conditioner started to drop the water and the room, somehow, had mice and lizard. After I complained to the staff about it at 2am of the last day I stayed in there. They accept to move me to another room which not have window but better than that room. ( At first, the staff said maybe if I move to another room I could charge more fee lol then I said why??? You give me the room had mice but ask me the fee when I ask to change room? Then he said he just a worker for salary not the boss so he can’t decide it. After argument, he moved me to another room). But I can not sleep well anymore. When I check out, they didn’t apologize to me, not even a word and they doubt about the mice (seem like I lie) because they still not find it in the room but for God it’s happened. Unfortunately, I took the picture of lizard but for the mice I was freaking out so I couldn’t take the pic.

Perfect place for backpacker at Ho Chi Min

Location is really perfect for backpacker! Also the price. Staffs here are really friendly, really appreciated for their help during my stay.

Clean and comfortable apartment

Apartment owners are very enthusiastic and support quickly. The apartment is clean, tidy. Staff was very helpful: they helped me to make a registration document (it took half an hour, but the receptionist finished it and gave me the document that I needed).
