Architecture was amazing
Staff and Breakfast was awesome

They ask you 5$ to buy cap in order to swim.
Stairs at entrance.

The furniture was really nice art deco style. The staff at the breakfast area were amazing especially Efe tahsin tayfur, and Sibel, who went out of their way to assist in any matter. Also the receptionist at the spa downstairs was amazing too.
We booked a family room, however when we got there they didn't have any arrangement for a family room. So some of us had to sleep on foldable beds which were very uncomfortable. Also the hotel didn't provide much toilet paper, nor did they give enough bath robes or slippers, we had to ring reception each morning which wasn't ideal.

Nice and quiet hotel in a good location. Rooms are adequate and clean but rather small as in all hotel rooms in Istanbul.
The view overlooking a enclosed backyard with back side of surrounding buildings.

Very friendly staff. They upgraded me to a bigger room free of charge. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options. I must also add that the gentleman at the reception helped me find an amazing Turkish delight shop from where I bought the traditional lokum and baklava (the best I have had so far). The property is also close to a shopping mall which had lots of dining options.

The hotel was really clean and the staff at the reception were really helpful. The swimming pool was calm and relaxing. The access to two good malls and local shops was good plus lots of good marina restaurants at a walking distance
The breakfast was not good. Half of the staff couldn't communicate in English well (which is common in Turkey) the traffic around the hotel was heavy most of the day. The sea view was not what I expected.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, especially Atakan was very helpful, friendly and respectful. The location is central and you can travel to the old town of Istanbul within 20 minutes by taxi.
The room to the main road is quite loud, you hear the traffic all night. Other guest smoked in the hotel room. This was not nice for us to stay in such a room.

I am very satisfied with the facility. I absolutely loved everything. The staff is excellent, I would especially like to praise the person Yasar who took care of everything for us. A hotel for every recommendation.

Staff it's really friendly and helpfull. All facilities in very good shape. Lobby, hallways and room are very clear. Check-In and Check-out was on the top level. Even thath this hotel placed near by the highway in the room it's very quiet.
Breakfast is a usual continental breakfast. if you prefer a good breakfast, the best choice is to have it in the cafes which located around the hotel. Not far than 5 minutes by foot.

some of the staff were nice and understanding especially when we had a terrible encounter with a taxi driver. however when we first arrived we wanted to check out the spa facilities to use and my wife greeted the lady the worked in the spa and she was very rude and said something in her language and stormed passed her… we just wanted to check not even use it yet.
because of this rude encounter we felt discouraged to even use the spa facilities as that encounter made my wife uncomfortable. there was also a stain on our sheet and they said he had to pay an extra charge and claimed it was from the candle when it was not a burn at all. (the cleaner would also bang on the door very often even when the do not disturb sign was on which was very disturbing for us) I liked the staff however I will not be staying in this hotel again.

The room was too dark, also pillows too thick for our comfort. breakfast not so abundant. Overall it is a good hotel for a short stay or business trip.
I think our room lacked some maintenance, but people at the hotel were quick to find solutions
