Very nice building, with a beautiful garden. Great private parking space.
Spacious and clean room.
The property doesn't have an elevator, so it's not appropriate for someone with mobility issues.

Nice location, really nice personel room was clean and big
Breakfast was not the best, everything was fresh and tasty but choice was really small nothing hot besides boiled eggs, just some vegetables chese and ham, I was expecting much better breakfast for this price

If you look a more individual type of accomodation, for a cosy family owned hotel, THIS IS IT. The owner who welcomed me was lovely and even offered to make me a coffee when I arrived. My room was on the top floor with sloping ceiling it was no problem though as the room was big. The public areas in the entrance hall and first floor were furnished in a middle eastern style which I just loved. Everything very clean. small refrigerator in the room, tv etc. I prefer not to stay in boring chain hotels, they are like copies the world over. You could be anywhere.
Sadly the wellness area and outside pool were not available for use, on asking I was told it was a staffing problem after the Corona period. I do hope that on my next visit it will be up and running. (would have loved a massage - had a bad leg problem). One thing that I MISSED very much was a small HOSPITALITY TRAY with a small kettle, portion coffee, tea in the room. Would have been nice.

I liked interior a lot, really looked like a historical villa with old paintings and furniture. We had a big room with a big comfortable bed, nice lobby. Personnel was very friendly to us.
Only the fridge was a bit noisy at night.

The Villa was very nice. They have 2 pools: one indoors and one outdoors. The rooms are big and very comfortable. It is close to the city centre. Basically in front of the Groß Garten. We had a great time.
I have no complaints. Everything went on better than we planned. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going with friends, family or partner.

Spacious room and bathroom (with bathtub), clean. There was a fan, but no AC. Nice smoking area on the terrace. Interesting interior design - European palace style with an Arabic touch ;) A lot of shared areas.
Neither external, nor interior (hamaam) swimming pool was available. Personnel was not easy to find. Wi-fi was working only close to the door.

Great location, convenient parking onsite, beautiful building

Decor in the reception was grand and elegant. It has a beautiful garden and courtyard. The room was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly.
No lift but the entire building has only 2 floors so its not a big issue.

The localisation was very good, near the city centre but in quiet neighborhood. The room was really big and comfortable.
The only thing that I didn't like was the information from page that we could check-in earlier. I asked if I could check-in about 12:00. The response was positive. After arriving to the Villa the room wasn't ready until 14:00.

Only localization.
1) There was no warm water to take a bath. The
hot water was only on the morning hours.
2) We traveled by bikes and we were looking for a place where we can safely keep our bikes in the room - there were no problems during the booking and it was accepted, but when we arrived, we were refused to take our bikes to the room and we must to hide them in the basement to which everyone had access.

This hotel really impressed me. Clean, pretty, and only 20 minutes from the train station, making it a great overall value for money. The room was huge and the natural light was lovely (although could cause trouble if you're someone who needs a dark room to sleep). I would definitely stay here again.
A kettle in the room would have been nice, though is not necessary. It also would have been nice to open the windows to let in a little fresh air, though I appreciated the fan that was provided.

The room was super nice and comfy with a really nice living area next to the bed. The decoration of the hotel was superb. Close to main station.
The breakfast was what you'd expect: as usual, no labels for allergens, so it's hard to know what you can eat if you have a restricted diet. There was müsli but no milk, so that was confusing. Fortunately I had brought my own almond milk.
I thought there was a pool but I guess summer is over, though it was really warm.

Maybe one day the villa was really nice :) old beautiful furniture on the floors, candle smell, not far from center. But the rest is a disaster
1. Dirty. Black long hair on the floor, spider webs on windows, pool looking like a swamp. No inside pool.
2. Loud. U hear everyone who lives there, who opens doors, walks plus nights.....Hotel is in front of gas station, u hear very loud crowds of ppl gathering to drink, trains
3. Breakfast... just see picture. Nothing to choose. Breakfast in 2* hotels is better than here. Not breakfast service. No milk. 1 type of yogurt. Cheese, a bit of bread. Boiled eggs. Just look on the picture.
We were sitting drinking coffee and watching the grumpy faces of other guests seeing the breakfast.
4. Bathroom. It’s a bath ok but no door or curtain protecting floor from water, u can’t normally stand without hitting ur head
5. These awful fake plants and flowers everywhere. Facepalm

Location. Large bedroom and bathroom.
No shaver socket. Parking was not included in price.
