Outstanding!

We had a perfect time in Sitia Bay, the facilities were outstanding and every corner of the facility was super clean. The pool was a big plus and also very clean. All the staff was truly very welcoming and always with a smile to attend every need. We took the breakfast and it was also amazing! We highly recommend this hotel just across a very nice beach.

I would recommend

Great location across the road from the beach and short walk to restaurants. Hotel also has a pool which was nice for cooling down in. Rooms are kept clean by a great staff.

We will come back, loved this place.

The room was spatious for 3 people, the bathroom also fine. All was very clean. We did not use the kitchenette for cooking, we ate the breakfast and lunch at the pool and in the evening we went at the Sitia restaurants. The food is very good everywhere in Sitia with good prices. The ambiance is nice in the hotel and the owners very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice to have during the day or evening (till 20.00) as one comes back from the beach. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you to the owners.

We would go back in a heartbeat.

The room was spotless and very well appointed. So many little touches that showed great attention to detail. Our balcony looked out over the beach, as did the rooftop terrace. The whole hotel was very tastefully done in quiet luxury. The owner was wonderful and made sure that everything was perfect. We loved it.

Fantastic holiday in Sitia. Great hotel.

Everything. What a great hotel. Eric, the owner, was so helpful. The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The place was spotlessly clean. Our room, number 12, was one of the suites, and was spacious and well equipped. The beach is right across the road from the hotel. They have their own sun beds, cost 3 euros a day or free if you buy a drink. The pool was very inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The effective sound proofing meant no noise apart from the sussuration of the waves. We slept really well. The showers are great too. The hotel is ideally placed, a few minutes walk to some great restaurants and bars, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Eric's recommendations for eating and places to visit were great. We haven't stayed anywhere we enjoyed as much as Sitia Bay for a long time. We would love to return.

We cannot think of a single thing that could be improved.

Exceptional

On the beach itself. Sea View. Exceptional staff, with attitude and attention to guests. Very clean. The center is a minute's walk away. Very quiet and cozy hotel. We arrived by bus much earlier at 10.30am. As soon as there was a free room, they accommodated us immediately without making us wait until 2:00 p.m. I would gladly return to this hotel. Really professional and above all friendly and humane attitude towards hotel guests.

Friendly and well appointed hotel in a lovely location

Lots of storage space in the room. Friendly and helpful owner, who gave us a lot of useful information. Easy parking. Great location by beach and easy walk to restaurants. Good breakfast pleasantly served.

If staying longer - we only stayed two nights - we would prefer a slightly lighter room.

Hotel with the best location in Sitia to visit everything in the area

Hotel rooms are clean with nice balcony. The staff is nice, friendly and always available. We also liked the parking lot behind the hotel. They also have nice pool area. We really liked our stay in Sitia.

Excellent stay.

Sitia Bay is a wonderful hotel. The layout is superb, the apartment we had was spacious. Kitchenette is well equiped. Pool is excellent - it doesn't use chlorine - instead it uses an electrolysis system. Most pleasant. We were in the apartment at the time of the Sitia earthquake in October 2021 - after the event there was not even a paint chip out of place. Everything within Sitia is a short distance away. Sitia is a less travelled destination on Crete, but well worth a visit. The sand beach is just across the road from the hotel. No parking challenges.

Brilliant place in Sitia

The rooms are lovely and balcony with sea view is perfect. We like that you cannot see or importantly hear your neighbours as it gives much more privacy …the location is good by the sea which is great for swimming..some traffic noise but mostly calm

This place is popular with returning guests so booking late can be a problem as it’s full

Everything about the hotel was great. It has a real family feel and Eric the owner was so helpful in advising places to eat and visit, as well as assisting with anything we needed. Don't miss the rood terrace which has a great view of the beach and the Town especially at night.

It seems nothing was done from more than 20 years , decoration , rooms are small and vintage For the price you could find nice place , the only place modern is the breakfast one (breakfast is very simple but not bad) To conclude best is to forget this hotel, and move that what we did after a night

Perfect accommodation in Sitia

Location is great, right at the beach and very close to all restaurants. Rooms have sea view and are fully equipped. Sitia is great for exploring East Crete. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

Only thing missing, was a power plug in the kitchen.
