the bad smell of the rooms and the humidity in them.

Amazing place! Big rooms with nice view. Every apartment has terrace with best view of the city and nice sunrises! Staff is very nice and welcoming! Good breakfast menu. location is very central, a lot of restaurants nearby.

- The rooms were very spacious with lovely adjoining showers and bathrooms with hot water
- The terraces that were attached to each property were lovely in the morning sun
- Able to borrow a yoga mat for my own practice
- Very clean
- It was very cold at night and although there was a heater you couldn’t sit around in the living area without having lots of layers on. also colder inside during the day than outside
- We arrived at 8am after a night bus and were told check in was 3pm. We came back at 1:30pm and were still told 3pm (was kind of system says no) rather than actually checking whether our room could be ready (often when you arrive super early they try to make space) and there appeared to be no other guests in the hotel?! Unfortunately there was no comfortable area to wait, so we went back out and sat in the park.

The views from the room were so beautiful! The living room area was excellent for my family to enjoy a place to relax in while being together. The rooftop terrace was unexpected and incredible views for sunrise and sunset! We had coffee from the restaurant at the hotel and they were very kind to bring it to the rooftop for us. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, they were helpful in finding a doctor for my mom. I would highly recommend, the pictures don't do it justice!

Location is only a short walk to the town center and the rooms are spacious
You need to pay extra if you want milk in your coffee for the "included" breakfast. We tried to contact staff for 3 days before our arrival to advise a change in our arrival date and they just ignored us

Literally almost everything about this hotel was great. The very first day arrived Victor who was at the front desk helped in any needs or questions I've had. The hotel is located at the heart of the San Cristobal and walking distance to anywhere. Very clean and their beds were extremely comfortable. The view from the terrace is outstanding at night or during the day.
Irecommend this place to anyone.
It would have been great if they had a refrigerator in rooms.

The shower and the view from the outdoor patio. The location was excellent, and the staff was pleasant.
I had requested a room with a view but was given one looking out at a wall. I complained and the second night was given one with a view. The living room couch, basically the only furniture in the room other than a TV was too hard to sit on. The bed was impossibly hard. The internet was sporadic. Both rooms I checked into had an unpleasant ,musty smell.

The location was decent but there are very many others like this one. Definitely not worth the over $50,000 pesos paid for it. The view from the terrace was nice though.
There's no parking and that's just ridiculous, for what they charge the hotel could easily arrange for a valet parking service. The food options were terrible, you had to reserve in advance. The WiFi was spotty and the cell service in SCldC is poor so take that into consideration if you need to get some work done. The staff was indeed friendly but they were almost always away from their desk, oftentimes we would come around 11 or midnight and had to wait for someone to open the door for us, one time we waited over 10 minutes to be let in.
Water didn't stay hot for long, like 4 o 5 minutes of scalding hot water and then lukewarm.

nothing
full of mold , soaked bedding , no internet , no tv working
only 1 heater for 3 spaces
felt like 10 degrees in the house
no staff , no telefone to talk to staff working , this was charged 430€ per night, total rip off , felt scammed ... I hope booking can get us a partial refund
both my kids got Suzi from terrible conditions

The location is awsome
The bed is hard as a rock, also the bathroom is very old and dirty

Hotel is beautiful, service is nice but not at the level it should be for a boutique hotel, we had a drunk stranger say he worked for the hotel and was permitted enterance into our room where he fell down stairs and on top of my 6 year old child. The hotel staff giggled and said she was embarrassed. This was unacceptable.
Poor client service...we stayed 4 nights in 3 different rooms. Made our stay very inconvenient and uncomfortable with the constant changes and lack of professionalism. We would like to be compensated for our last night as it was only a late checkout and they charrged us unnecessarily for a full night for no purpose.

Splendid views, super clean, easy walk to center, great water pressure in the shower, a rarity in the area, good Wifi, super large room. Convenient (paid) parking nearby, I wish they had responded to my question about where to park before arrival though, I had to pay at the first place I found before they advised on where to park upon check in.
A coffee maker or water heater would have been great for people like me who like to drink a warm drink early in the morning, they're not that expensive.

Very friendly staff mostly a young reception guy (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name), very approachable, helpful and patient with my limited Spanish 😬
Breakfast could have a bit more options but I’m guessing it’s a matter of Covid and lack of guests as the previous breakfast menu sounded amazing.

Friendly, welcoming staff and a pretty hotel on the side of the mountain with a stunning view of the town. Lots of greenery and flowers.
The rooms are spacious and more like a mini apartment than a hotel room, however the photos are not up to date and the rooms now look a LOT older.....

It was classy, had a garden, and the spacious rooms had every detail. The wine in the room was a delight to a check in. The woman who helped us with ordering a late lunch was very accommodating and the food fresh and full of vegetables. They are very attentive.
The road in the neighborhood is a narrow, one lane, and it is difficult to unload luggage. They have no space allocated for this purpose and it caused us stress for the honking cars behind us.
