Everything about the house was lovely and the surrounding grounds were amazing. Plenty of room for my family to hang out and relax, both inside and out.

A wonderful house, in perfect condition, nicely equipped in all aspects. Very comfortable for three couples, and could accommodate a fourth. The host was extremely easy to deal with and very pleasant and accommodating.

The house was immaculate but still very cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked and the house has plenty of linens for bath and bed. The few questions we had were answered if not immediately, within just a few minutes, and the hosts were very gracious. The setting was amazing - a mountain stream, beautiful landscaping and the stars at night were striking. Nature was plentiful during our stay with sightings if wild turkey, chipmunks, beautiful birds and a fox. We felt like we were far from everything, yet everything we needed was closeby.
I cannot recommend this place high enough! Thank you so much for sharing this home with others!

Everything about this property is fantastic. The location, the view, the outdoor space. The house itself is wonderful; the spacious living room-kitchen-dining space, the absolutely fantastic wrap around deck, ample bedrooms, updated bathrooms, spaces to separate within the house when you need a minute. Anthony is such a gracious host, lighting fast, clear communication and a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need and more. There was a good amount of games for the kids. Plenty of towels and sheets and having a washer and dryer was great. The pantry was nice and well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom upstairs was surprisingly comfortable. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids). The jet tub was nice after a day of snowboarding and I like the open floor plan and large windows. It was very clean. There was a nice farmers market close by where we did a lot of shopping and cooked dinners some nights. I highly recommend staying here.

Where to begin...this place is amazing!!
The first day of our friends ski trip we were snowed in, the power was on and off all day, not a problem because there was an automatic backup generator. We found some sleds in the garage, the kids had a great time outside. There was an amazing selection of games and everything you could possibly need for baking on an unplanned snowday. This home is so peaceful. The woodstove was great for keeping our group cozy. I think this is the last house on the hill, the only other road traffic was the plow guy, who was also awesome!! Beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms for all, very clean and great attention to details. Communication with the homeowner was seamless. We are already taking about returning next year.

It's hard to know where to begin when reviewing Tony's place, as it has so much to offer. The house is gorgeous and perfectly accommodated our group of skiers, with spacious sleeping options and a gorgeous kitchen and great room. The pantry and cookware were well stocked (and we contributed some items to the pantry, as it appears maybe others have). The house is only 25 minutes to Killington, which was perfect for the incredible nightly value.
On the last night we got 12" of fresh snow, causing the power to go out, but the generator kicked on immediately and we barely noticed. Tony was also incredibly communicative, contacting the plow guy so we could get in one last ski day on fresh snow. I would stay here again many times, and will be recommending his place to all my friends.
One note; the last 4 miles to the house is unpaved and muddy at times, but in a Jeep compass with regular tires it was no trouble at all. If you have a sedan, you may be ok with snow tires but believe him when he says 4x4 strongly encouraged!

Very quiet and peaceful home. We had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. The house can easily accommodate 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Communication with Anthony was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a fantastic stay on beautiful Curtis Hollow Road. The views from the house were gorgeous and the kitchen well appointed. Terrific place for quiet times with family and for entertaining extended family too. Many many thanks!

Cozy, plenty of amenities and beautiful surroundings. Perfect long weekend getaway with family and friends!!

Beautiful clean and quiet setting. Very nice very well stocked (implements wise) kitchen for cooking. Thank you.
Very nice bathrooms. Only thing that was missing were quiet comfortable beds. They were squeaky and need upgrading. Once this is done, it will be a five star property.
Overall we enjoyed the stay but didn’t sleep the best. This is correctable.

Really enjoyed the cabin! Very well stocked kitchen from pantry supplies to pots and pans. Sleeping arrangements very comfortable and flexible for large group. Location just beautiful with breathtaking mountain views and hiking trails right out the door!

This property was beautiful! Great location centrally located to everyone that I was there to visit. Clean and nice cabin feel. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in the Vermont Mountains. House was secluded, clean and up-to-date appliances and decor. Great star gazing views and fresh mountain air. Listening to the creek beside the house at night was like rain hitting a metal roof. Fabulous! The Host (Tony) was very helpful providing great information about local sites and information about the home. He was quick to respond when needed. We loved our week long getaway!

The kids didn't want to leave which kind of says it all. So glad we decided to stay here as it's such a peaceful and picturesque property. Well appointed with everything you need for a weeks getaway and the owners provide excellent details and we're a pleasure to interact with.
Highly recommend and I can't wait to be back

This is a roomy, well kept, and well stocked house in a quiet and lovely location. The landscape was even prettier in person than it was in the pictures. We were 4 adults and had lots of room. The deck wraps around the house 3/4 of the way around, so you can move in and out of the sun as you like, and there are plenty of chairs and tables there. The nearby brook cascades along rocks and makes a very relaxing sound easily heard from the deck, and the mountain view is wonderful. We loved our stay!
If you go be sure that you are in directly in contact with Tony about directions to the house before you arrive; what you get on VRBO just won't do it, and the cell service in that area is practically nonexistent. We missed his message and had lots of trouble finding it until we were able to reach him at a tiny spot along the road that had cell service. So contact him before you arrive if you have not heard directly from him. Then use the wifi when at the house for your cell service if your provider and phone allow, which is now common, or use the appropriate app that you like.

We had an outstanding stay at this cabin - we've rented multiple cabins all over the country through VRBO and this was near the top of our list of positive experiences.
We did a lot of cooking and "staying in" - the cabin was very well equipped. Sometimes cabins will have just one pot or one pan - the quantity and quality of cooking supplies made it easy to cook and enjoy meals in the cabin.
There were also tons of towels; in general the cabin was very well maintained and prepared for visitors. We played a lot of Scrabble, one of many board games there. :)
In terms of communication, Anthony was great - he sent a detailed multi-page email that made everything very clear - from directions, to check-in, to things to do in the area.
The cabin location was (for us) perfect - it felt like it was in the "middle of nowhere," yet was just 10 minutes up the hill from Bridgwater and Raimundo's pizza, which is some of the best pizza we've had in a long time. That said, there is no cell coverage at the cabin, but as Anthony promised, the Wi-Fi was quite strong. We were able to stream movies through our devices and connect them to the TV with no network issues. Just be aware that if you're using your phone navigation, start it before you head to your car so that all the maps download to your phone over the cabin Wi-Fi.
Overall, *great* experience - would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This rental property was exactly as described, and even prettier in person. The house is spacious, immaculately clean and maintained and the owner couldn’t be nicer. It is situated in a lovely town with great places to eat and is not far from Killington ski slopes. The weather was mild while we were there, but the road to the house did ice up a bit. While it is well maintained, I was a little nervous on it and I drive a 4WD truck. Other than that, I highly recommend!

Beautiful house with lots of space, lots extras and less than 20 mins to Killington. Lots of beds and nice shared space. The mountain view out the windows facing out the front are very pretty. Host provides more cooking and other supplies than most. Will definitely stay again!

Me and my friends enjoyed staying at Anthony’s house very much! It was clean, quiet, warm and very spacious. 25 mins to killington resort. We have 7 people including two couples, there was enough rooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in the woods. The view for the large outdoor deck was beautiful with unobstructed views of the mountain. The home was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

Beautiful home that welcomes you as soon as you walk thru the door. Great kitchen stocked with everything you need and then some. Great sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - very private but close enough to enjoy a quick drive to Woodstock. We hiked Mt Tom and went horse back riding at Mountain Top Stables. Anthony is a great host. Will be back next October.

First of all, this property and this house are both amazing. It is very beautiful, secluded mountain property located up a very well-maintained road. The road starts out as gravel, but soon (within yards) changes to a hard-packed road and not very bumpy at all. Don't worry about the road (if it's snowing though, you'll probably need 4 wheel drive or similar). It only takes about 6 minutes to get to the top, but when you get there, it is well-worth it. We were there in the fall and the leaves and the gorgeous mountain views were unbelievably beautiful. There is even an area for a campfire which we loved. The house itself is amazing, from the architecture, the views, the comfort, and the amazing attention to detail. It is extremely well-stocked, so if you forget anything....you'll probably find it in the house. Tony was a great host and was very easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place and I'm considering staying there again sometime. It was really great.

A lovely home in a beautiful setting. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Tony went above and beyond helping us reserve his home during a busy time of year in VT. And his follow up after our stay was extraordinary. I highly recommend this home and hope to return one day soon.

The house had plenty of room for 7 adults. It was lovely & the grounds were beautiful. The house was very well stocked with necessities and a few extras. We had one issue while we were there which the owner dealt with very promptly. Excellent stay.

This is an amazing property and the guest was quick and helpful. This is the most well stocked and comfortable VRBO we have ever had - the pantry, kitchen, linens, towels… we wanted for nothing. Oh! And the firewood was stocked and ready and we spent every night in this beautiful spot. The three mile drive up the mountain was about an 8 minute slow drive but we managed to get up and down multiple times with five motorcycles. As long as you understand you are traveling up a rustic road you will definitely not regret this rental! Anthony was a wonderful host!

Beautiful Home and Area
The setting for the house is serene and the region is gorgeous if you like to get outdoors. The house was very well stocked and comfortable. Yard games, hikes, swimming spots and hanging out on the wraparound deck filled or week. Would definitely go back.

Simply Beautiful
We stayed here for a quiet family get together, 2 married couples, 2 more adults and 4 kids. It was a perfect place to get together to relax and play games together. Enjoyed a cappuccino on the beautiful deck in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening.
It was so quiet and peaceful there that you could hear the running water from the brook. Kids had plenty of room to run around for big games like capture the flag. I enjoyed a nice quiet tick free hike up the shoulder of the large hill directly behind the property.
Owner communicated well. Place was accurately listed. A great value.
The road ends soon after the property so there is very little traffic. Despite what Google maps says you can't drive from Reading directly to the property, you must go through Woodstock and come down from Bridgewater.
Heads up if you stay here, read the directions Tony sends you, don't just rely on Google maps.
