Beautiful hotel in downtown Morelia

Great location, nice facility, excellent attention and service.

The lack of A/C inside the rooms.

The front desk manager was flexible.

Wi-Fi was only available by the front desk and we were forced to change rooms to accommodate.

The staff is kind

They don´t have air conditioner and they don´t have the regular comodities that you could expect in a hotel, also privacity is less because you could listen everything and is far from the main center

it’s nice

it does not have ac and no fresh air. it’s suffocating and you can’t sleep. it’s too hot and very uncomfortable. you feel like your gasping for air and the smell of confined dirty air

There’s no internet connection and AC. Also, they just put one bottle of water in the room, that you have to buy. Basic needs

The property is in a very good location, it is Nice & Clean also is very safe, Because when (Gerardo) the night person in the front Desk arrive he routinely checks on guest safety. And he is attentive in looking outside for all of our comfort and safety.

It was good, the old fashioned building. And decoration, good beds 🛌.

The hotel doesn't have parking spots and we javelin tu use a private parking lot that treats us bad. And I don't like that. And they mentioned that to take the car out of the parking or it will be extra charges for every hour pass.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in Morelia

It was ok no AC

The parking was supposed to be free and it was free but we had to go and pick up our vehicle at 6:30 am or else we will have to pay for every hour passed that time it was like 4 block away from the facility, the shower was broken it was squirting everywhere except where it was supposed to :/

Location worked perfect for me,walking distance to main restaurants/stores/main attractions.near a fresh market. Staff was very accommodating and professional,clean well kept common areas, big shower space,

If you like hard beds this is your place, personally I wish they added pillow top mattresses
