Muy mal está su hotel

Nada está muy mal

El precio es muy alto esperaba más, sucio, vuele mal la habitación a mugre , el lavabo se tapa y vuele mal la taza del baño sucia, la cama vuele mal a sudor , los muebles muy maltratados el espacio muy reducido , a la gente no le interesa los huéspedes en la Codina rascándose la cabeza y la nariz poca higiene el que te registra no le importa si llegas o no parece que le molesta que llegue gente, muy poco servicial mejor me fui a otro hotel por el precio que pagué esperaba más lo califico muy malo

Everything! The facilities, the staff, the location. It's a gorgeous hotel plus it's very comfy. Totally recommended!!!

There is no water bottle/tank but you can ask for water at the front desk

Over all was a nice stay, nice people and great location.

Great location. Close to many restaurants and coffee/breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were well maintained and supplied. Great that they had a pickup and drop off location for guest arrival and departure

Noise from the outside came easily. No windows to the outside. Noise travelled easily between rooms. We could hear the person next to us snoring. Bottom level had little privacy with only curtains preventing the outside from viewing in.

Convenient to the central plaza

The hotel is just a short stroll from Morelia's main plaza. The staff is attentive and works hard to communicate with its non-Spanish guests. The room was clean and shower water pressure was good.

I know people don't go to hotels for atmosphere. One looks pretty much like another any more. But more light and more color would have enhanced the room and the hotel. The place was just a bit dispiriting.

The location is close to downtown, restaurants, museums. The hotel is clean, and breakfast was really good. The personnel were excellent in customer service, very helpful and very professional. Love this place will be my place to stay from now on. Thank you😍

We enjoyed our stay and the location made walking to the all sites very easy.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast options were good value.

Excellent location and good value for money. We rented two rooms, one had two floors and can host up to 4 people as there are two bathrooms and two double beds. Continental breakfast is included. There serve fresh fruit with yogurt, coffee, juice, bread with butter and jam. Very helpful staff and silent environment.

Provide parking. Important if you drive by yourself and don't want to experience bad traffic in the centre.

Staffs checked us in didn't speak English. There is no window in the room.

I like the layout of this hotel. Stayed here in the past with my husband and my friend. My husband and I had our own space on the second floor and my friend had hers on the 1st floor with her own toilet.

If they have a own parking, because you have to leave you car like half block away and then them close at 11pm and open 7:30

Did not finish my 2 nights reservation!

i liked that the room i got have 2 levels so there is enough privacy and separation. the water pressure in bathroom is very strong.

i did not like the fact the room had NO A/C. and the room i got was not the one pictured in the website. they may have same 2 levels but for some reason the arrangement and items in room like sofa, decor, are less desirable. property is located 4 or 5 blocks fr cathedral area so farther and less desirable area. i moved out after first night and checked in another hotel even i was booked and already paid 2 nights.
