Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación, hotel precioso, desayuno incluido muy delicioso. El hotel es muy céntrico y es importante valorar si te incomoda el ruido para dormir porque hay mucho ruido afuera: cantantes y bandas en los restaurantes y bares a la par del hotel.

Todo estuvo perfecto.

Location is very Convenience close to downtown walking distance from cathedral Place is very clean my mom love the place ! We stayed 3 nights there!

Scam!! Beware of this hotel

Scam!! Beware!! Pictures posted on Booking are not accurate. I was in tears when I was given my room. I took pictures because I was in disbelief that this is what I had reserved. Everything in the area was booked, it's not like I could have left. Vents covered in thick dust. Mold in the bathroom. Horrible conditions. 2 towels (it was three of us) that's it. 2 towels. Rooms do not have the basics. No cup, no iron, no hand towels. Cabled was basic TV. No fridge. We asked for ice, they said you need to go buy it. Zero basics, nothing! The front entrance was closed so you are forced into the side door entrance. I would rate this a 1 star. After I complained to the front desk she said it was Bookings fault. I currently have a dispute with Booking. I was SCAMMED! The bed was hard, the pillows smelled like bad order. The noise level was out of this world, with clubs and bars outside the window. I have traveled all over. This is my worst experience ever!!!!

Very centrally located almost in front of the cathedral multiple restaurants around. Very good breakfast on premise.

The toilet was too close to the wall. Giving the size of the bathroom it could've been moved further away from the wall and lighting of the room was poor. That can use some improvement.

Do not stay if you are in a wheelchair

The location.

The hotel says it is wheelchair accessible. It is not. Do not stay here if you are in a wheelchair. No bars around toilet. Entrance to shower too narrow. Broken shower seat not fixed to wall etc. They also say things like there are no glasses in the room because of covid, and towels (only 2 for 2 people) are only changed every 3 days for the environment. Do they think clients are stupid or is this a classic money-making hotel that cares little or nothing for custoner service?

Great location and staff! They were kind enough to upgrade us to a king bed. Nice seating area outside the room.

Didn't like staying on the first floor without windows. Like being in a cave! The king bed barely fit in the room. Don't take a room on the first floor! Cheers!

it was a remodeling noise since very early morning they started around 3:00 am. They sold us a tour that was already started half hour ago for the same price, I thought they might give us the rest of the tour to ourselves but didn’t happen

when you come to morelia, do not hesitate to stay at the hotel alameda

It is a good breakfast, the attention of the waiters is very good and the place where breakfast is served is beautiful, calm and very comforting

every time i have to go to morelia, i never hesitate to choose the alameda hotel because its location, service, facilities, and the staff that work there help guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe.

Great location, good accommodations and near everything you need and want!

Great Location and accommodations! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Valet parking was very important for us, first time visitors to the city. Our room was ready for us early and was very helpful after a long morning of travel.

I am being picky, but there was no hot water when I showed in the afternoon, it was semi warm at best. Pre paid breakfast was not what I expected, It was a limited menu.
