The room is beautiful. It looks nice and it's always clean.
They have s modern tv and various tv channels.
The quality of the attention by the staff. A bit too disorganized and blunt.

Good location, ok breakfast.
Ugly old hotel, all lights in the room are white which I really hate specially in a room.
The worst part though was that me and my son got multiple bed bug bites.

The location is excellent for us and the breakfast was outstanding for the whole family! They had coffee, tea, juice, milk, chilaquiles, beans, eggs, bread, cereal, fruit, etc. All very tasty! Kids loved the fish tank in the lobby. There is an elevator or you can take the stairs to your room. We liked the hot/cold water dispenser on the first floor. Our double room was spacious for our family of four, with a desk, chair, sofa, and closet in addition to our two double beds. Our window opened wide for fresh air. The bathroom appeared to have been updated. There is parking available at the back and we were easily able to find a spot, though the lot is rather small. Also, there was a very helpful busboy at the entrance who directed us to park, helped to ensure sanitary procedures, and assisted us with luggage to our room. Given the price, location, safe parking, and excellent breakfast, we would stay here again.
The room itself and the furnishings were old and dated. For example, the rug had snags and the faux leather on the sofa bed was peeling. We were wondering if we would miss having an air conditioner until a late rain cooled the air and we were able to open the window. There was light dust on the coffee table and the bathroom had some residual dust and a few stray hairs in the corner near the shower door. We only found one 2-prong electrical outlet between the beds in the main room, hidden behind the bedside table. The top outlet did not work but the bottom one did. The bathroom also has two 3-prong outlets. The wi-fi signal is too weak for my online work but adequate for basic use.

Restaurant service and front desk
People kind of noise 🙄
Like the maid service, last time, not water bottles, I paid for 2.persons, not toilet paper.
Plus, the maids have not respect.
