Excellent value for money, great location, clean room and exceptional owner / manager

Excellent customer service even relatively late at night (10pm) Owner / manager was kind enough to remove his parked car from the parking lot to allow me park my car, very understanding and exceptional attitude

Won’t be back, not recommended!

Just the location

Smokers everywhere. Carpet smelt really bad when raining or damp. Toilet in narrow spot. If ur a big person good lucky squeezing into sit down, also your whole body will be cooking the toilet roll on the wall. Moulds in every corner of the room. PowerPoint switch up the wall totally disfunctional.

Since my room is just beside the cleaners room, early morning you will hear banging of the door, loud talking. These can be avoided.

The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was easy to find & was only a walking distance to "West Tigers" League club.

The other tenants were very inconsiderate, not worried about banging and talking loud while others are trying to sleep. The room didn't have very good lighting, ok if you just need to find your way through the room, not good if you need to see to write.

they won’t help you if you have an emergency case and need to cancel the booking. we are backpacker, got scamed and had no more money as we had to pay ~$4.500. we needed money and they didn’t wanted to cancel anything. the reason was cause I booked on booking and there is nothing possible but booking told me that I have to talk with the accomodation as this is not refundable as long the accomodation doesn’t allow it.

Decent, clean, very basic motel accommodation.

This is budget accommodation, and unlike most budget accommodation almost everything was at a decent standard. The room was relatively large, it was CLEAN, the bathroom OK. Room had all the essentials (blankets, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron, desk, useable powerpoints). Very little train/traffic noise. Check in open till 11pm. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pillows terrible; no support for your neck. Half rooms are upstairs, no lift etc (it's an old-fashioned motel!). Not a problem for me, but would be for some and should be made clear. There is nothing actually nice about the room; but that's not what you expect in this kind of accommodation. Good train/bus services 10 mins walk away.

Excellent stay with Westside Motel.

The room was clean and comfortable the shower was amazing. It was quite and cosy. There’s a few food places around like KFC, maccas. which is great when you have kids and don’t want to go out for dinner.

Was rememberable stay we won’t forget we had no sleep.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the shower excellent pressure.

The night we stayed we had horrible neighbours next to us. They were noisy and swearing and fighting with each other. we had to be awake at 3am for a flight so neither me or my 6 year old and 11 year old got any sleep. Also no phone in room I had to call reception at 1am on my mobile to complain about the people next door. We did stay another night after we flew back into Sydney and that one was great. It was quite.

location close to where we needed to be going, open late for late check ins, staff nice

smelled funny, wasn’t super clean (especially bathroom). bathroom was very small and cramped (toilet was right next to bathroom door and shower so super cramped when trying to have a shower etc). Price probably too high for what it was.

Location, Parking, Value for Money

the free parking was great, our room had a microwave and a fridge which was very useful with the kids. The wifi worked well as well. Location of the motor inn too was great as it was very close to train stations which made our sydney sightseeing trip very comfortable.

the only thing was the sheets on the beds had some spots on them and didnt appear hygenic (so if you can carry your own layer above like we had , it wont bother you as much). Also the floor of the room was sticky (so keep your shoes on)

Staff was nice and great location.

Iron box spoiled my party shirt. Bedding & blankets etc. could be improved.
