This is our third time to stay at the property and won't be our last. The layout is perfect for grandparents, parents, and kids. The new arcade game was a huge success. The closeness to the beach is wonderful. The size of the kitchen and dining table work great. The new deck is gorgeous. Now if only we could reserve good weather . . .

We had a group of 15 stay in this house, and it was wonderful. Perfect size, beds for everyone, and the game room was an added bonus. It's only a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to town.

We have multiple families going to Oregon coast for 30 years. It is located perfect for the activities we enjoy. Crabbing, manzanita , Tillamook, and the beach just steps away. This is the second time at this house, we are always going to have this house as one of our choces. Big game room for the kids and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone

With 40 years of family reunions, this house has been the best to date. Enough beds/rooms, bath/laundry rooms to accommodate our growing family. Well stocked kitchen appreciated! Access to beach is close and this stretch of beach is beautiful and quiet . Already booked for next year😎

This was our family’s second trip to this home and we’ll be back next year. Three generations, 13 people, plus one dog all had a great time.

12 family members stayed here for a week. Great space for adults and children. Very nice accommodation with bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The game room was a plus for the kids. Would stay here again

This property is a great choice for those looking to explore the beach with kids. Beach access is simple - just a short walk that everyone in our group could easily manage while carrying our beach toys. The house itself has lots of sleeping space and a great layout. The kids absolutely loved the game room and even sat in the hot tub. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated that there was seating for everyone. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is set up for a family or group to have a comfortable living situation. The kitchen, dining room, and living are big and open. The second floor bedrooms are almost soundproof from the first floor activities. And the game room is great for entertaining children. We had a great experience and the house is close to the beach. We would highly recommend it as a rental.

if I was wanting to draw up the design of a perfect beach house, this would be it! It was so clean, so large, so well, just perfect. Our family enjoyed all of the bedrooms, the large kitchen and sitting areas, the closeness to the beach, and the massive game room upstairs :-) thank you for providing the perfect home for A, perfect summer vacation !

What a fantastic set up for a large family reunion. Each couple had their own bedroom. My sister has cancer and has limited mobility. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for her and her spouse. Lovely large kitchen for our cooking and we loved having a table everyone could sit around. We had a great time enjoying the beach.

All spaces were perfect for our family of 11 and 1 dog. Kitchen, dining and living rooms were huge. We loved being able to all sit at the large dining table for meals. The living room had tons of seating. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. We appreciated having 4 bathrooms.
The game room was wonderful and got a lot of use during our 3 night stay. Easy beach access and plenty of space to park cars. Must not forget the hot tub!

This house is amazing. Beech access is super close and very accessible. We were able to pull wagons and strollers right down to the beach. The layout of the home is perfect. One room on ground level all other rooms on 2nd floor. 3rd floor game room was awesome for the kids to run around and play.

Overall, we rate it a 9/10. Here are a few things that need improvement. We contacted Vacasa almost 2 weeks ahead of our trip with questions that would help us know how to pack with supplies that were at the house. We contacted a 2nd and 3rd time begging for answers, no one replied UNTIL days into our trip. VERY POOR RESPONSE. We brought things that we did not need to bring because no one responded. We were so tight on car space, and filling them with things we didn’t need to bring was awful. We were only given ONE kitchen trash bag. 6 families together for a week & only 1 bag? Vacasa replied this was standard and we would need to purchase additional on our own. Aggravating response. Don’t be so cheap. No oceanview. If you pressed your forehead against the window and squinted from the 3rd floor, you could barely make out a glimpse of the beach in the distance. The 2 queen beds need new mattresses. Uncomfortable and old. The rear sliding glass door is almost impossible to open and close. It takes two hands and muscles to do it. The grill was difficult to use. Now that the negative things are behind us, here are reasons we loved it. The best features of the house and our stay: This place was so perfect for my family. Each of our 4 married kids and families had their own bedroom space. Because of the setup of this house, it was very quiet and perfect for sleeping babies and toddlers. We did not hear each other (noise of crying babies) during the night, or the activities from the main floor. Having 3 bathrooms on the second floor was great. We brought our aging parents, and appreciated a first floor king size bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom next to it. So glad they were able to be with us without having to navigate stairs. They were able to escape the noise when needed and retreat to their bedroom and watch a show at night.
Although we prefer a house right on the beach, this house was very close with 2 easy and convenient pathways for us to go and spend our days there. The beach was open and lovely. We have stayed at Rockaway and Nedonna many times, and the beaches continue to be our favorites. Overall, this house was very well stocked. Instapot, Crockpot, all the dishes, spices, quality pots and pans that one could need. There was random leftover (syrup, sugar, pancake mix, etc) shelf stable grocery items in grocery items in a cupboard that we could use that really came in handy. There were containers in the garage full of beach toys for kids. Buckets, shovels, trucks, frisbees, balls, etc. The 3rd floor of the house is filled with toys and things to do. Great for rainy days.
The house was clean. The jacuzzi worked well and was a great asset to our whole beach experience. Having a fridge in the garage was extra handy. The house is perfect for large groups of people. We were happy to have plenty of space for all of us to have meals together. Loved having garage space to park in and put extra supplies in.

We could tell a lot of thought had been put into the layout of this house. We really enjoyed all the space that was provided for everyone. The first floor gathering space was great as was having most of the bedrooms on the second floor. Our kids loved the third floor game space. The kitchen was well supplied, beds were very comfortable, access to the beach is close and a level walk (no climbing a hill). The area is quiet, yet a short drive to the center of Rockaway. We had a great time.

We enjoyed the weekend using the Pine Beach Family Retreat. The house was big and comforting. There are two beach access points in the loop with an easy walk to the beach. We went to the beach each day and enjoyed it. The house contained many kitchen items so there's really no need to bring kitchen stuff. It was easy to get in and out of the drive way.

Overall we are very happy with our stay at this house. The kitchen is very well equipped… crockpot, instapot, plenty of pots & pans, potato peeler, decent knives. Enough silverware, plates, glasses for the number of people the house accommodates (which is rarely the case). Having a second fridge in the garage for drinks was amazing! There is plenty of counter space and an empty pantry cabinet for your food.
Having the two tables was wonderful. We did a couple of puzzles at the round table and were able to split into two groups for different card/board games. We were able to all sit together (13) for meals and have plenty of room. We were all comfortable in the living room together as well… even the German shepherd size dog with her bed!
Speaking of beds… everyone had a comfortable nights sleep… only one of the teens complained about one of the bunk beds (maybe just a picky kid). I usually have a hard time with beds in rentals and I was very happy with the bed I slept it.
The 4 full bathrooms came in handy with our size group. They were all well equipped and in good clean working order. Nice that there was a towel closet in the downstairs bathroom with plenty of towels for the hot tub.
The hot tub was only 85 degrees when we arrived, but after a quick text convo with our host we found out it had been drained and refilled that day. It was still heating back up and made it to 100 by 8pm, so we were happy.
A couple of cleaning issues, but nothing we couldn’t deal with.
8.0 / 10.0
The house is roomy and has a great layout.
Our one complaint is there is not a fenced yard for the dogs. In the photos there is a fence in the photo behind the hot tub. In reality that is the only piece of fencing , so we had to watch the 2 dogs every second they were outside. 😬. There was a mouse in the downstairs bathroom, so we were not able to use that one( by choice!). When we called management they sent someone out to investigate but did not actively do anything.

The home fit the needs of our family. Lots of room for everyone! The third floor game room was excellent especially during the rainy days!

I loved almost everything about this house. It was the perfect size for 12 people on retreat - 4 stayed elsewhere and came over during the day. It was clean and spacious, close to the beach, easy to control temp, and hot tub too!
The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the oven door fell apart the first night. We were able to use it, and vacasa would have sent a repairer but we thought we could manage and that having someone in the kitchen would have been disruptive to the silent retreat.
If we come again we will want to bring a couple of inflatable mattresses for the 3rd floor, though there is no bathroom up there.
Also, front door code lock just didn't work for us. Several tried. Luckily there is also a key lock box for which Vacasa gave us the code.

House is very large and accomodated our big gathering very well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances one would ever need. The 2nd refrigerator in the garage just off the kitchen came in very handy!
Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice as well. Recommend the home!

The size of the home was great and a close walk to the beach. The gathering spots and bedrooms were a great sizes. The home had a great game room upstairs, which the kids and adults used. The one issue was previous reviews reported having an issue with the code provided to get into the home, and with these concerns I called the night before and was told which code would work, but it did not work and I had to call and get a 10 digit code to get in. I am not sure why this continues to be an issue and is not addressed.
10.0 / 10.0
The house was fantastic with a great location.
However, I encountered the same problem with check in as other reviews have mentioned: the code provided in the check-in instructions was wrong.
I tried calling Vacasa as soon as I saw it was a 4 digit code. The call connected then immediately dropped. So I tried contacting them via text and via the app. I explained that I had received the instructions with a 4 digit code that other recent reviews said was wrong and asked for the correct code.
I got multiple responses saying either that I would get a message with the check-in instructions shortly before check-in or that they would be able to help with whatever issues I had. Obviously, the message I sent wasn't actually read.
Fortunately, after arriving and verifying the the code didn't work (as expected), I tried calling again and was quickly able to get the correct 10 digit code.

Our family has held a reunion every year since 2008. We all decided this was the best house we've ever stayed in! The accommodations were perfect for our 4 families. The grandkids loved having the playroom to themselves. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the utensils and appliances we needed. Having the beach a mere 1 and a half blocks away was grand. The grandkids loved all the beach toys and the adults appreciated the beach chairs. We have decided, we'd like to return at some time in the future.

This house was perfect for our group. Awesome game room, close to the beach, two sets of washers and dryers, two refrigerators, nice bbq, great hot tub, two different dining tables to fit our 15 people. The only thing that was a bummer was the code sent to us for check-in was 4 digits and the wrong code. The one we actually needed was 10 or so digits and it took a little while to get connected with someone to give us the correct code. Overall, great house! We definitely want to stay here again.

This home is well appointed for families traveling to the Oregon coast. Lots of bedrooms, play room, well stocked kitchen for cooking at home, & pet friendly.
The only issue we had was that the key code that I was given did not work. It was only 4 digits, and apparently it’s supposed to be 9 digits. Luckily, the cleaning staff was still there & they helped us get in touch with a gentleman who gave us a new code to use during our stay. The other issue is that it was 4:45pm & the cleaning staff was just getting ready to leave. Check in for the house is supposed to be at 4pm.

We had 2 families for a total of 10 people, and had more than enough room in this spacious home. We loved the layout, loved the game room, loved all the TVs. The hot tub was nice. There were lots of board games, card games, and books. Kitchen was well appointed with all necessities. It was nice having 4 bathrooms, and plenty of towels. Lots of beach toys for the kids, and great outdoor rinsing shower. Neighborhood was quiet and tucked away, off of the main highway. Beach access less than 1 block away, with beautiful beach! Loved our stay here, and will keep it in our favorites for future large-family get togethers. Only hiccup which we saw in previous reviews was initial access to the home. The code Vacasa sent was inaccurate, and it took about 1 hour (with cagey kids from a long drive, all our stuff on the porch) to get ahold of anyone to get the correct code. I was sure that they would have this figured out by now, but be prepared to call Vacasa. Other than that, the house was amazing.

The house is amazing. Lots of room for all and a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and ready for us. Internet worked great. Lots of games to play and plenty of sand toys and chairs to use. We loved that.
The door lock code did not work so we sat outside for a long time waiting to have someone call us back. Still didn't work so they told us to use the key on the post, but the code for the key was not given so we waited for that. We had to use the key during our stay. Only 1 garbage can was not enough. The online checkout that vacasa sent was different instructions from the checkout in the book in the house. (?) The listing said "ocean view".
Well, there isn't one. The outside shower was great, although it leaked. But was so nice to have that.
We did out best. The instructions were not quite clear, but we really enjoyed our stay. Great house. Would always come back.

Expected a lot more during our first vacasa stay but vacasa never responded despite reaching out multiple times including my injured and bleeding toddler!
House was clean and appreciated and spacious but definitely not cheap.
Tub was completely clogged and couldn't use that bathroom the entire weekend. No one came to fix it nor respond and it's been a week since check-in.
My son got hurt on the broken door of the TV stand that just fell off without warning when opened.
We repeatedly asked for early check in or late check out and again ZERO response from vacasa after speaking with them multiple times, emailing and having been promised a call back (even a week or more prior to check in!).
10.0 / 10.0
The house is perfect for multiple families to stay in. Great open spaces to relax, play and dine. Good location too, with easy access to the beach. Vacasa was pretty terrible to deal with. They provided the wrong 4 digit code to enter the house. It took a while to connect with someone with the right code. In the end they provided a 9 digit code. Clothes were left on the porch when we arrived at check-in.
10.0 / 10.0
Property was terrific. Check in was horrible. Provided entry code did not work. Called the property manager. 2nd code did not work. We were then given th code to the backup lock box where we would find a key. Opened the lock box...no key. Finally on our 3rd call we were given the owners code to the front door. After 12 of us had stood for an hour in the cold we got in...

This is a very wonderful big family house.
This is the most cleanest house we ever been through Vacasa. The kitchen is fully stocked and dining table was big enough for our family (perfect). The carpet is very clean. The play room full of games and toys for kids. All rooms are very big and spacious and well designed. Nice big hot tub and nice patio with a lot of chairs. The garage has chairs for the beach. We had a few problems while we stayed in this house: first the grill was broken. The second problem is : two bathrooms out of four door knobs doesn’t locks. This was an issue because it doesn’t provides privacy. Other wise the house was excellent. We would definitely come back for a vacation to this house.
10.0 / 10.0
The way this house is laid out, it works perfectly for three generations - grandparents on the first floor and parents/children on second floor with the playroom on the third floor. We want to come again next summer. Access to the beach was easy and safe (last year we had to walk across the highway). The only caveats we have - the gas grill was not functioning and the wooden deck needs replacing (has rotten boards).
10.0 / 10.0
This was the perfect house for our group of 7 kids and 7 adults. We couldn't believe how quiet it was when we were all there. It looked as good as the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with good kitchen gadgets from quality ice cream scoops to can openers. There was even an instapot. The house was well decorated and the floor plan was great. The beds were really comfortable (at least the adult beds-- not sure about the bunk beds). A highlight was the beach being only a short walk away. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the property. A bunch of sand fleas or small crustaceans on the beach kept biting or bothering the kids when they were playing there. I would totally stay here again though! A great place for sure!

Very relaxing near the beach. Included beach chairs too! The house was amazing and you would have never thought we had so many people in it at once. Glad to have 2 frigs! It was huge and spacious, well stocked kitchen. I loved the hot tub it was jussssst right and playroom was over the top!

The house was great. Plenty of space and the rooms were bigger than expected. Lots of bathrooms and laundry supplies. Only prob was the trash. Outside can was not big enough for the amount of people that can stay there.
10.0 / 10.0
Our group of 10 was very comfortable in this house--plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen and public areas. Separate third floor area was great for people that needed to have some quiet. House was clean and check in/check out was easy. Beach is super close and only 15 minutes to Tillamook for groceries or anything we needed. Would recommend this house!
