There was hair on the beds and the toilet

The location was good and prime location to Portsmouth.
We found it hard to find the property as we didn't know the key box was in the cupboard. We felt like we were rumeraging through someones front garden trying to locate the key safe.

It had everything there and more thn it needed which was handy.
Blinds in bedroom, would been better if had blacked oit curtains as neighbour leaves security light on all bloody Night, better pillows, I had to take cushion off soft to use as pillow, or tell us to bring our own pillows

The sun was out.
Shower didn't work very well and I had to hold it up, water trickled out.
Paintwork inside the property dirty especially the staircase.
Carpets coming up in the bedroom and ripped.
Parking atrocious.
Kitchen cleaning cupboard filthy.
Wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.
Rough area.

Easy to get in contact with the host, they were friendly too. Just a shame the property wasn’t up to scratch
Area wasn’t great, parking was almost impossible. Property itself wasn’t clean, we had to wash every single glass/dish we used as it was dirty. Shower was unusable as it was scolding hot and couldn’t be adjusted. The property was very tired looking and could have done with a lick of paint at the very minimum. There wasn’t even any coffee, about a spoonful of sugar and a couple of teabags. Don’t think we would stay again, it’s not worth the money.

The downstairs areas had been recently refurbished and every convenience was at hand.
The bathroom had been recently re-furbished but the shower was, frankly, atrocious! The cubicle was tiny and broken, the flooring was not suitable, the shower itself was unusable as with far too hot and the temperature could not be adjusted. I discovered that it could be made bearable by turning the water temperature down on the boiler - having not received any response from the host
The upstairs floors and doors creaked (more noticeable in the night and early morning when trying not to wake others.
Upon returning to the house on the second night, the ground floor was overrun with ants - this continued throughout our stay. They also appeared on the worktops.
Parking is very difficult, despite what the listing states. If you are not parked up by 4.00pm, be prepared for a long walk!

Location was perfect. Plenty of bus services to PORTSMOUTH. Nearby shops and pubs. Apartment was better than expected. very comfortable and well equipped, Helpful information in folders. Could not fault it. Hope to return April or May 2023.
Nothing. Easy to find property. Easy to park. Easy to enter.
3.5
Great location. The beds were super comfy. The house was well equipped and clean.
The shower was broken. The over head didnt work at all and the hand held bit wouldn't secure to the wall. The toilet seat in the downstairs loo was broken. There were cigarette butt's in the garden. Also, there was a note on the fridge saying that if make up is left on the towels you'll be charged out of the deposit. I didnt think this was fair given the fact the price was 3 times higher than normal due to it being the festival weekend.

This was very overpriced. It was tired looking, the walls were scuffed. In the bathroom the shower fixing was broken, the bath surround was still partially covered in plastic and the floor was marked and old. The bedroom blinds didn't keep the light out, they were old and cheap and the double glazing in the windows seems to have blown, because the glass was horribly stained. In the back garden the fence had fallen over into the next doors garden, it was nothing like the picture and pretty unusable. The front door was filthy, the first impression was not good at all. The house rules felt really oppressive and accusatory, not at all welcoming. How anyone things this place is worth over 200 pounds a night is a mystery - I feel ripped off.

The kitchen area was modern, plenty of space, plenty of cupboard space for food.
The beds were comfy.
There is a bath and shower.
we did not use it but there is a small garden with a small BBQ
Free parking but is in a residential area so sometimes we had to park at the other end of the street.

Nice house and the location is good with excellent bus access. Plenty of restaurants/takeaways and a Tesco express nearby . Beds were comfortable and as we stayed 6 days the addition of washing and cooking facilities was very useful. 3 floors meant we could spread out in our own space.
Garden needed some attention and we would of felt more at ease at night with some blinds or curtains for the all glass kitchen doors at the back of the property.

Absolutely amazing place felt homely as soon as we walked in. I went with my 2 young boys (2&5) and my best friend we opted for superking beds I had boys with myself and friend in the other room. Beds were super comfy and we all slept amazing rooms we're lovely aswel and place was nice and warm.
We found it much better than anywhere else and the children got to play with new toys happily.
Shops very close within minutes walking distance and we brought car we were able to park outside on the road which was brilliant. Lovely pub lunch not far away and take outs close by also.
Will definitely be booking again as soon as I've worked out dates. This was my children's first proper holiday and we didn't want to leave.
Massive thanks to Leo and his team for being so accommodating.
Nothing we loved every minute

The home was fantastic. As a family of 3 it was perfect. Amazing garden, kitchen and rooms split over 3 floors.
Unfortunately the water wasn't the warmest even after the boiler was corrected. Although totally fine for us. :)

Beautiful large town house and is a great location!
Shower was slightly problematic but the host was more than helpful in assisting to resolve the issue.

Great location for Gunwharf Keys and the ferry to Isle of Wight. It was also 30 mins from West Wittering beach. Several places to eat locally, but ordered delivery.
The street was crowded, so parking was a a challenge on a few days

We loved the kitchen/diner attached to a courtyard garden. A comfortable living room with a TV that had Netflix. The beds were very comfortable towels and toiletries were also provided. Every where was clean.
Parking was a little difficult as it is a residential road. I'm a disabled but the only disabled bay near the house was already occupied. It would have been nice to have a plug in the living room where you could charge your phone or laptop. There also wasn't one that was accessible in the room I was in.
