Very cute, clean and kind staff

Staff was great and attentive. We had an issue with the jet spa tub and they sent over Maintence. Before that though, they compensated because of that issue. Otherwise, cottages were clean and cute definitely for a couple only. Beds were okay. But everything we needed was there.

Nice little cottage to spend a night or two with off-street parking

The location was central to all the sights in Eureka Springs. We really enjoyed the breakfast served at the Best Western! The grounds were cute, with a swing outside our door.

The internet connection was not strong enough, so we didn't have any internet for the 2 days we were there. There were several lightbulbs out, including the front porch light. Also, the window next to the bed did not have a shade like the other windows, so the bright light from the first cottage shown in my face all night.

We loved the breakfast.

Our iron or fireplace in the cottage didn't work.Also the jet tub was peeling paint.Needed a light bulb

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed visiting with the manager and staff during breakfast. They sought out our opinion and really listened to what we had.

love the cottage and love the fire pit area. The bed was comfortable and jacuzzi tub was wonderful.

In the cottage we stayed in, the step out the entrance door needs to be extended farther away from the door to prevent falling. Possibility of a hand rail for the step.

Absolutely incredible except for two *tiny* points for improvement: Blinds were falling off window, coffee pot should have had instructions on a card, that's why everyone is spilling it. Love it, will book again.

Disappointing and injurious.

Superficially quaint, charming, attractive.

Very dangerous and treacherous gravel and stone walkways, with broken up pavestones between parking area and entrance to the cottage. Even in broad daylight, I tripped and fell down, landing on large rocks and bushes, causing extensive, painful abrasions and contusions to my right shin, and right wrist and forearm. Fortunately, a couple next door was seated outside their cottage, and the husband kindly assisted me in getting up off the ground and back up on my feet. The entrance to our cottage also posed a trip hazard. I have iPhone pictures of the walkway, the cottage entrance, and my various injuries, which I will provide if desired. The Jacuzzi tub side was quite high to try stepping in and out of, and the shower curtain was stained and not hygienic looking.

Enchanting stay

We stayed in the Rose Cottage for our honeymoon. It had an enchanting courtyard area with fire pit, swing, table and chairs, and fairy lights everywhere. Inside the bed was comfortable and it had a whirlpool bath for two (plus size people). Bed and linens were comfy. It is close to downtown. We would stay again. It’s a charming property.

Overall it was a great stay! I certainly would recommend it.

Swings in garden were nice. The cold drinks and snacks were a great bonus!!

I loved the garden but the other areas good have used a trimming and mowing. It wasn’t bad but could have made it even nicer outdoor area.

We enjoyed our stay.

Room & linens were clean. Bed was comfy. Air conditioner window unit worked great! Location was convenient. Parking was on property & free.

Water pressure in shower. Dead ants found on window unit. Uneven flooring by bed & soft flooring by the bathtub. TV was tiny.

It was fabulous, a lot of privacy and walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted.

The jacuzzi tub jets were not working and the coffee maker didn't brew.

Breakfast was simply some pre-packaged rolls left in the refrigerator, so not very appetizing.

The charm and character were lovely. The fully stocked fridge with water, soda and breakfast treats was a nice touch.

The room was a bit tight but that’s expected in a small, quaint cottage. Not a comfy spot to lounge. it rained during our visit so the very nice, and comfy, outside swing was not always available.

This B&B-Not was overpriced and had issues as stated above. I do not recommend this place.

Very cozy and decorated nicely.

We were very disappointed we were charged B&B price and them using the China Virus as an excuse not to be. TV worked on 1 channel. Internet access was sporadic and not secured. The shower was messed up and very difficult to get the temperature set properly.

This was an amazing stay for our “mini-moon!”

Loved all of it! It was the perfect honeymoon spot, and it was a great location!

We didn’t dislike anything. It was an absolutely amazing experience! Thank you!
