Rene og fine rom, og veldig behjelpelig personell.

The room: everything you need for a short stay. The bed was amazing. The location was perfect.
The breakfast was very good but quite limited with emphasis on local ingredients. The hostess was very proud and attentive in presenting the breakfast which made the limited selection more appealing. The coffee was exceptional. If you want a wide selection or if you want something warm like eggs, bacon etc., you will be disappointed. The hotel is small and cosy and therefore no room for a large breakfast. It didn't bother me at all.
I really don't have a lot to say but I'll say this: the hotel has no parking but that is expected due to its location. My room had a bathroom that was quite cramped with a very small shower. The hotel has old school keys and no reception after 18, but the hostess, Anna, messaged me the day before and would probably make arrangements if you had to arrive later.

Amazing location just behind the shopping street.
Peaceful lovely square.
Amazing property.
Crazy good brekkie - they had every milk you could imagine, great coffee, cereals, toasts, ham & cheese, cakes and all local.
Wasn’t too keen on the art in our room, but liked it in the halls and stairs. Makes it original though.

Exceptionnel !

Booked on the same day as another property on this site has let us down, they were able to accomodate us immediately.
Front desk staff very helpful in giving local recommendations on where to see, what to eat etc.
Great barista-made cappuccinos at breakfast and some lovely pastries
Nice clean room with quirky decor, great AC to beat the heat wave!
Fruit at breakfast could have been fresher

The location is in the heart and the staff are wonderful. I arrived early which was not a problem. I left my bag in the room and Anna the receptionist spend time to talk to me about the local area and go through times of boat, buses and even informed me of a local festival ongoing. I can not recommend this place enough and when I’m back in Italy I will be making a point of returning.

Every detail has been thought about to make this contemporary accommodation a delight.
Most welcoming staff with great tips for exploring the area.
Don’t miss the tunnels used for shelter in WWII. The staff there made our visit so worthwhile.

The location was good, the staff thought on our needs.
The room was not fully clean, I think they should do better

Nice breakfast with locally sourced foods.
Good location in the center close to the train station and the port. Even though the shopping street is nearby it was surprisingly a very quite place.
The bed was a little narrow we always felt we're going to fall off.

Lovely little hotel. I was in a single room which was small but perfect. I peaked at the doubles and they all looked great. Location is fab, short walk from the station and surrounded by bars and restaurants but the best thing is the staff and owners. Super friendly and helpful, I left feeling they were my friends

Very central and cozy place. The staff was super helpful with recommendations and accommodating our small requests. I highly recommend!
A bit noisy at night (someone kept ringing the bell) but it may be a very rare occasion.

The location was în the centrer and was clean, the breakfast was good.
Although the staff tried to be kind, they can't communicate in English even in the most basic aspects (pillow, wardrobe, milk etc) or give you some explanations relevant to visiting the area, the space is quite small and the bathroom was painted with something that always came off and you found it all over the room, the noise from the shower or other noises can be heard from the neighbors, the parking was at 1.5 km apart

Great location in the heart of La Spezia. The staff were very helpful.
It was a little noise. We stayed on the ground floor and we could hear every conversation on early morning on the reception.

Beautiful house, super friendly staff and excellent location.
Everything was great but I would love to see include vegetable milks for breakfast
4.5
The location is in the city centre. The rooms are cute, nice design to them, confy bed. The bathroom had all the amenities, even extra towels, it was clean and even featured a bidet. The breakfast was a classical continental one with some ham and cheese, cereal, butter, ham, and they make you a coffee of your choosing.
They do not have a parking space and near you can park with a limited time. The staff guided us to a free parking but about a 20 minutes walking distance.

The handling of the difficult situation (hotel was overbooked - no room left despite booking confirmation) from the staff was good and professional.
The booking was lost even when we got a confirmation of the booking and also of a special wish we addressed. They booked as an other appartment not that in the center as the Novecento. We spent a lot of time getting to the other location.
4.5
Great hotel with good decor and super nice staff!
A little hard to find at night time. Maybe provide more thorough directions. Otherwise- great!
4.5
The AC was really good the room was clean and the staff was really helpfull.
The breakfast was quite simple e not a lot of things to eat

The hotel itself is beautiful, charming and in a wonderful location that has a genius loci - right on the main street in the pedestrian zone, but in the courtyard, so there is absolute peace. Possibility of sitting in the outer or inner yard, with greenery and flowers. The room we had originally booked had broken air conditioning, but they changed it to us, so we got a triple room for two people. The room was quite spacious. Climate OK. Beds OK. Breakfast excellent. Staff very nice and helpful.
We really liked the decoration of the hotel, which seems psychedelic to someone. It looks modern, interesting and optimistic. Fresh and cheerful.
Some equipment was worn out (eg the faucet was wobbly). I lacked more options for hanging wet things, etc. The big problem is the location of the hotel in the pedestrian zone, ie if you come by car. On the one hand, it is an advantage - a beautiful quiet place right in the center, but in terms of parking it is a problem. You will definitely not unload your luggage in front of the hotel - it wants to pack it practically. Parking will be quite difficult to find, and if you are not disabled like us, you will probably pay enough (as elsewhere in the city). It's also quite a challenge to find a hotel - for example, Google maps can't handle it, we didn't know from the map which street the entrance is from.
4.5
The location, the breakfast, the bathroom though outdated worked very well.
I knew the room was going to be small but that was a very small room...especially the bed.
