Qu'il y est un ascenseur

Des souris dans l'hôtel qui rentre d'as les chambres. Le plancher grince Le personnel a l'accueil ne dis même pas bonjour ou au revoir

Hotel passabile per solo pernottamento, costo troppo elevato per i servizi che offre.

ottima posizione e presenza del necessario per una prima colazione veloce (bollitore, tazze e bustine di te)

pulizia carente, camera minuscola, caldissima e al piano interrato, topi nella zona (ma non in camera), bagno cieco senza ventola di areazione. Le foto sul sito sono solo dell'area letto e della strada esterna, non permettono di evidenziare queste carenze.

Heel basic hotel, goed voor locatie dichtbij station maar prijs niet waard

De locatie was het grootste pluspunt van het Arriva hotel, dichtbij station en leuke eettentjes

Heel onordelijke inkom, gevaarlijke lift die amper functioneert, geen geluidsdichte kamers (je hoort buren heel goed) en vooral prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding, veel feestgangers waardoor je snachts af en toe wakker wordt

Great location. But its a budget hotel so don’t expect any belks and whistles. It could be better

Great location

The room was in no way anything like it was advertised as. It was very small and in need of redecorating. The room was far too hot which was very uncomfortable. We did ask to have the radiator turned down but that was ignored. We had to have the window fully open to compensate so in that respect, it was therefore very noisy.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente. Siempre habia una persona en recepcion y pudimos dejar allí nuestras maletas hasta última hora.

La alarma de incendios sonó dos veces por la mañana mientras dormiamos.

I would definitely stay again

It was clean, perfect location all amenities were in the room staff were very helpful and it was manned 24/7

Pokoj był bardzo czysty. Pan na recepcji zmienił mam piętro według naszej prośby co było bardzo miłe. W pokoju mydełka, zele do mycia się :) W pokoju bardzo czysto, nie ma na co narzekać. Na prawde byliśmy zadowoleni. Super lokalizacja za raz obok dworca, dlatego mieliśmy idealny dojazd do wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji londynu. cena atrakcyjna :) winda, ciepła woda. w pokoju tez jest czajnik i można zrobic sobie herbatę.

hôtel bas de gamme, qui passe pour une nuit mais pas plus

l'accueil était bonne la localisation est parfaite à coté de la gare st Pancras le chambre était propre les serviettes étaient épaisses la literie était assez bonne, mais le lit n'était pas droit la pression de la douche était top, l'eau était chaude

c'est très mal isolé, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'hôtel, la porte d'entrée laisse passer la lumière et le bruit on a eu la mauvaise expérience que des gens fassent la fête a coté de notre chambre, et le personnel de l'hôtel n'a rien fait pour les en empêcher. nous avons dormi 5h cette nuit là, nous étions très énervés. la fenêtre était très fine et endommagée, il y avait de la buée sur les vitres la porte des toilettes ne se fermait pas totalement, elle est coulissante et n'arrive pas au bout du mur, donc pas pratique pour avoir son intimité c'est très petit et spartiate

¡¡ RATONES EN LAS HABITACIONES!!

¡¡ ATENCIÓN, HAY RATONES EN LAS,HABITACIONES. TIENE MUCHOS COMENTARIOS DE ESTE TIPO. ES UNA RATONERA!! DE 5 noches la segunda noche me cambiaron de la habitación 45 a la 63 y la última noche tuve que pasarla en la recepción con el recepcionista de 4h a 6h hasta que abrió el metro a mi terminal de Heathrow. El hotel está plagado de RATONES. Tengo que agradecer a Bilel( recepcionista) su buen trato y comportamiento en una situación que era ya insostenible, desagradable y terrorífica. Fue muy humano y muy educado intentando colaborar para poder sobrellevar el salir de una habitación en pijama en medio de la noche y ayudarme a recoger mis cosas y hacer mis maletas. Un lugar así es INSALUBLE. ¿Booking cómo puede ofrecer este tipo de sitios? ¿Se ha informado de todos los comentarios de este tipo? ¡NEFASTO!

Super séjour au cœur de Londres

Établissement idéalement situé à 5 min à pied de la gare King’s cross saint pancras. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, aidant et répondant à toutes nos questions. Ils ont clairement contribué à ce que mon séjour se passe merveilleusement bien.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

L’hôtel est bien positionné, l’accès via King’s Cross est à quelques minutes de marche. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très agréable. Le Check in et le check out de sont bien passé et on été rapide.

La douche manquait de pression et l’isolation sonore n’était pas super (plancher du dessus et circulation dans la rue). Rien de majeur ni trop dérangeant pour un séjour de 2 nuits.

Had to rush to find a last minute stay after a late cancellation from another place. Good location and very helpful staff

Disappointing

I list my phone n no body helped to find it no one put in an effort to ask the staff not even the manager got involved. They rushed us to check out n i left my phone by accident while rushing out i called the hotel n they kept telling me to call back the next morning

Good location with sub standard accommodarion

I didnt havé any breakfast. The bed was ok and the bathroom was clean. The TV worked well.

The room was very hot but if you kept the window open the traffic was very loud and prevented sleep. Even with the window closed it was hard to sleep. The curtains by the window were touching the pillow and were fairly dirty from the outside pollution. There was no bedside light.

It provided a good enough bed for the night, but nothing more.

Location close to Kings Cross Station, easy transport. Room at the back was quiet. Met 3 different members of staff at reception who were all very nice.

Room and double bed very small, sloped ceiling, tiny bathroom. Only 1 bed side table and one bed side wall light. I wonder whether this room is normally sold as a single room.

Good location…Value for money…Friendly…and Clean!

I have stayed many times over the past few years. It is in a great location. it is a smaller hotel, so generally less noisy than some of the larger hotels, where people are coming and going all the time, with banging doors etc., it is on a fairly busy road, but on this last visit I requested a room at the back of the property……this was provided and offered a very quiet environment, more especially since the hotel is in the centre of London. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean, with a comfortable bed, and good bed linen and towels. nowhere is cheap to stay in London anymore, but this hotel is very reasonable.

There is really little to dislike about the hotel….. see above comments! Obviously one’s stay in any hotel is somewhat conditioned by who else is staying…..ie noise levels from those above, or to the sides.

Good central location 5 minutes walk from King's Cross, very comfy bed, but the room was a bit small

The hotel is clean, well run, and 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross, so good position, and price is normal for London. Bed was very comfy. They have a comunal kitchen you can use, and free luggage storage.

The room really was a bit small - apart from the bed, there was not much room for anything else.
