With the possibility of being much better for the price paid

Good location, easy to park. Breakfast well composed. Modern house, well maintained and clean. Very nice. Despite late check-in and no one at home, someone quickly showed up after we called the mobile number.

For the price, and using other accommodations I've been to in Sintra, quality-price, a little high. Very small room, television too small and too loud in the room, not really useful. No air conditioning available in the room. No great isolation from the rooms above and the rooms next door. Unfriendly staff, walking past us and not responding when we greet them. There are other superior quality-price options.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Parken direkt am Hotel, freundlicher Empfang, Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, großes Zimmer, Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt, schöner Garten, gutes Frühstücksangebot, Nähe zu Bushaltestelle

Zimmerentlüftung hat nicht funktioniert, dadurch war es klamm

Cumpre os mínimos

Atendimento bom e simples. Pequeno almoço bom. Quarto limpo.

Janela do quarto virada para o parque / rua sem ter possibilidade de privacidade caso a cortina opaca não estivesse fechada (não dá para usufruir da luz natural sem ter privacidade). A persiana só tinha uma porta (não deu para fechar). Cama muito estreita apesar de ser quarto individual. Isolamento muito fraco. Ouvia-se tudo e de manhã, não dá para descansar. No meu caso, queria descansar um pouco após o peq. almoço mas havia alguém a raspar parede por baixo do meu quarto... Conclusão: fui embora.. Preço/qualidade podia ser melhor...

Lovely place to stay and explore Sintra

The hotel was well situated and good walking distance to amenities and sites. It was clean and the staff were very attentive.

Lovely stay in Sintra (not center)

Room was very beautiful and Clean. Bed super comfy. Room was spacious, with working desk. Pleasant/relaxed lighting. Suitable for small and longer stays. Quick wifi. Shower had a good water pressure. There was Parking space available. It was very quiet, nice location (but stretts are narrow). I was there in Winter, i think the Garten in Summer would be lovely. Would recommend and book again. Freely/Express check-out, just by letting the key on the Reception table. No payment in advance needed, was also a "nice to have" for me.

Maybe too many stairs, if traveling with a big suitcase or small suitcase+ few shopping bags :P Breakfast was poor. A lot of long holding products, no good protein options. Not even cooked eggs. Kitchen was nearby, some fresh eggs dishes (omelette/scrambled eggs/pancakes etc) could be offered (i would have chosen it, even for a small price addiction). No coffee machine, disappointing for Portugal.

It was ‘satisfactory’ but I wouldn’t return or recommend

It was inviting and nice colours used

The beds were too damp to sleep in. I had to sleep on top of my duvet which was really unpleasant and had to turn air con on to keep warm. 50% of lights didn’t work in the room & bathroom. No one was around to talk to about my issues so I had to just suffer them.

Jó parkolás, jó ágy, a többi meg elviselhető.

Bérautóval érkeztünk így fontos volt a saját udvari parkoló. A szoba mérete 3 fő számára bőven jó volt. A fürdő rendben a zuhanyzó nagy a meleg víz szintén jó volt. Felső szinten volt a szobánk, így csak tetőtéri ablakok voltak, abból is 2 besötétítve. Utcai, udvari kilátás nem volt. Nem zavart mert felfedeztünk, így este értünk a szállásra, nem volt mit nézegessünk. Fűtés nem működött, az egész szálláson hideg volt. A szobában volt klíma így azzal tudtunk fűteni. Reggeli roppant szegényes és unalmas. Az ágy kényelmes volt, aludni tudtunk. Törülköző, pipere és hajszárító volt.

Tudták mikor érkezünk, ehhez képest 13 fok volt a szobában. Minimális odafigyeléssel legalább a klímát bekapcsolhatták volna. Becsekkoláskor a szállásadóra vadászni kellett mire előkerült. Fontos az első benyomás, de ezek miatt kellemetlen élménnyel távoztunk. Radiátorok az egész szálláson hidegek voltak, fűtést nem használtak. Reggelinél is szinte fáztunk.

Entre o Bom e o razoavel

Eramos 3 pessoas e reservei 2 quartos, um Duplo e um single. O quarto duplo era confortável, agradável e espaçoso, com uma decoração simples mas bonita e de bom gosto, bom AC e WC ajustado à dimensão do quarto. Relação Preço/Qualidade do Quarto Duplo perfeitamente ajustada. O Pequeno-almoço é mediano com os artigos essenciais. A localização é boa para quem quiser conhecer Sintra e a região e o local sossegado.

O quarto individual, tal como o anunciado, era de facto bem pequeno, mas o principal problema é o fraco isolamento e a proximidade com a cozinha e sala de refeições. Não permite descansar desde muito cedo. Também não tinha AC. A relação Preço/Qualidade da Single podia ser melhor.

Das buffet hatte für jeden mann etwas ein checken war schnell und okey lage gut parkplätze vorhanden

Wir hatten jedemenge ameisen im zimmer dusche und sogar im bett das war in der 2 nacht sehr unangenehm der vorhang war verdreckt keine ahnung was das war

Camera semplice ma con tutto il necessario, bagno piccolino ma con tutto.

La veloce disponibilità per check-in (riservato all’ultimo e subito hanno risposto). Camera non in centro ma molto vicina.

Un po’ di casino notturno, ma non per locali vicini, ma credo sia stata un’eccezione. Zona cucina comune con caffe e te a disposizione.

Quarto e banheiro muito espaçosos

O quarto e café da manhã

Recebi várias mensagens perguntando a hora que chegaríamos, mas, no entanto, quando chegamos, esperamos uns 10/15 min até que alguém aparecesse para nos atender. Além disso, embora na descrição tenha vaga para estacionar o carro, isso não ocorreu em nossa chegada.

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir konnten auf dem Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft parken.

Really nice and comfortable hotel to stay at for a visit to Sintra

The staff was superfriendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. I loved the shower! The garden is really nice and peaceful. It’s a 30 min walk to the old city center, but you can also take a bus.

The walls are thin, so you could hear everything happening on the hallway. But it was quiet at night, so it didn’t bother me that much.

Location is a bit outside the centre, this isn't the place to stay if you want to sleep past 7.30am. Noise from the kitchen and breakfast room travels to the bedrooms and neighbours dogs barking from early morning

The chap who checked us in was very warm and welcoming. The breakfasts were really good. The area was nice and quiet. 25

Clean, tidy and spacious room. Fantastic value for money.

Booked the room 10 minutes before check in. Communication was great and we arranged to meet-up. The room was very spacious and super clean. Bedding and mattress were comfy. Air conditioning, hair dryer and black out blinds. Cannot fault the place. Very, very good value for money! Breakfast was great too. Lots of choices and all very fresh and nicely presented. Do not hesitate. I also managed to find a parking space in front of the property as it is a residencial road.

I liked everything. No complains whatsoever and would definitely come back.

A bit far from centre but nice and cozy, spacious room

Spacious and comfortable room with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Very friendly service and decent Portuguese style breakfast.

Quite far from the center but a pleasant walk of a few minutes through the streets of Sintra was not much of a problem

Marvellous location above the town of Sintra. The breakfast was very nice. No eggs, but fruit, cheese and jam.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet location. Exceptionally clean with very comfy beds and pillows. Staff all very friendly and breakfast was amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.
