The location was great, and the host was friendly and helpful. It was a good base and was just a place to put your head down after a busy day exploring Rome.
The bathroom was a little run down but it served it purpose. The bedroom seemed bigger in the photos.

Nothing.
I am extremely furious and disappointed with the apartment room I booked through Booking.com in Rome. The price I paid for it was outrageously high considering the quality I received. They advertised a small patio as a garden and a wooden counter as a mini bar, which is nothing short of deceptive. To make matters worse, the toilets were located outside the room in a shared apartment, causing inconvenience and discomfort. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, further adding to my frustration. This experience has left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied, as the actual amenities fell far short of what was promised.

location, view overlooking Vatican City
small unit, no keurig type coffee machine, small and outdated showers

The owners are friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. The location is just infront of the Vatican and so many restaurants and supermarkets within the area plus the metro rail - Ottaviano is only 3mins walk.

Very good location - just next to the Vatican, St. Peter's Square and the tube station. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Excellent price considering a great base for exploring Rome. The room is small, but sufficient for a family of four. I have very fond memories of my stay there. Highly recommended!

The location is in the center of the city, near to Vatican and it is close to the metro. The host is very friendly and the air conditioner works excellent.
The first night there was no electricity, so everything was dark, but two whole buildings didn't have electricity, so that was pretty unconfortable. The price was pretty high for a small bedroom and bathroom. The building is pretty old.

The hosts were so kind and ready to help with everything. The room wasn’t enormous but it was good for our stay, it was really clean and supplied with every facilities. In the common area there were a coffee machine with some snacks, really nice.

Pescuale and Francesca were great hosts. This accommodation is very close to St. Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel, and a number of great restaurants. We will come back here on our next trip in Rome. Would recommend!
The Wifi was a bit slow.
