Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Super convenient! Room is spacious and A/C works well! Our room has a balcony that came with a small rack where we can hang and dry out washed/wet clothes. Love it and would stay here again if we visit Santorini in the future!
The shower head in our bathroom is pretty dead. No pressure whatsoever. Could really use a replacement.

Good location in between the beach and main road, not far from a supermarket. Fantastic restaurant on the property with great local food and decent prices.
The room was on the other side of the road than the pool, making it less comfortable to use it.

Nice location, spacious room with nice view to the mountain. The owner was very kind and helpful even organised a lift to the airport for a very good price. The restaurant was amazing and very convenient.
Some washing up liquid would be nice in the kitchen. A bit more cleaning would also be nice especially in the bathroom.

Cute little villa very close to a lovely beach in Perissa. Marcos and his lovely family were welcoming and friendly made you feel like you were staying in their home. Food was first-class, plentiful, and very good value.
Beds were a little on the hard side, and the upstairs room in the apartment was up a terrifyingly steep set of stairs. Wouldn't recommend a child under the age of 10 tackled them, as a fall would be very nasty.

We have stayed here before and have no hesitation in returning again or recommending to friends. A good family run establishment recovering from difficult pandemic trading times. Simple greek apartments, maid came in every day to clean, minimal furniture. Location is ideal - close to beach, restaurants and local bus service. Bus to Thira costs ~ 2.20 Euro each way. If you accept you are in a 2 star establishment, at 2 star prices you will not be disappointed. Pool is a little small but great for a cooling dip or for the kids to play in. Markos arranged pickup from airport and return. Santorini airport has undergone a significant improvement over the last few years and was well received. We have holidayed in Greece for many years and it is safe to say that, from our experience, the Greek people are always friendly and helpful and cannot do too much to make your stay a good one. So forget your all your all-inclusives and go out and support the local businesses. eat and drink Greek.
Nothing.

The gentleman who runs the place is a very nice man who was warm and welcoming.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to recommend this accommodation. There was a lot of noise from other guests early in the evening. We also had a big thunder storm during the night and early hours of the morning and I woke up to the entire room flooded (like a moat around the bed) and almost slipped over going to the bathroom in the morning before I realized the water. At first I thought it was from the rain, however everything was shut and the water actually seemed to be leaking from the toilet. These things happen, I wasn’t originally deturbed and informed housekeeping when I set out for the day. When I returned that evening there were a few things really not right: (1) someone (relatively dehydrated) had urinated in the toilet while I was out and didn’t flush - the bathroom stunk like a urinal (2) the doors to the balcony were left wide open and (3) the towel I had used to put on the floor between bed and bathroom to soak up some of the water was hanging up over the shower rod as if it could be used again. Regarding the balcony door being left open, a few issues: mosquitoes came in and ate me alive that night, anyone with ill intentions could have come straight into my room and the neighboring room had windows onto the balcony other guests also had access to the balcony (and my room via the now open doors) further increasing risk of theft and privacy.

Great location, food and accommodation! Mr Markos is super kind and helpful and always there for his guests! Recommend!!!

I loved the location as it was in the middle of the beach and main road. A lots of restaurants around and a big super market. The famous black sand beach is on walking distance at one side and the local bus stop is on walking distance towards the main road. Mr. Markos is super helpful and friendly. The staffs could speak English. The restaurant within the villa is great. A lot of options around to rent Moto bikes, cars and book boat tours with tour agents.
The internet was available with good speed but for some reason it kept disconnecting from our devices. So we couldn't tell how long it would stay connected in one go and once it disconnected, it would take a little time to connect back again. Some cleaning products (such as sponge, dish wash liquid etc) in the kitchen area could be provided. I bought my own and left the rest it for next visitors.

Mr Markos and his family made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The accommodation was nice and big enough for me and my two children.
Mr Markos took us to airport very early in the morning for free as we spent 8 nights at the Villa (Thank you)
The swimming pool is nice and the food at Mama’s restaurant is great especially the Moussaka , yum !
The location is amazing, very close to the beach and to the Main Street where the big supermarkets and the two bakery are.
We can’t wait to go back next year !
