Little gem in Perissa

The hotel is relatively small, very very clean, nice pools, plenty of sun beds and very friendly staff who went out of their way to make you welcome

Delightful short stay

Staff were so professional, warm and helpful. The hotel has clearly invested in training their staff and staff seem to like their job and take pride in executing to a high standard.

The hotel was suffice for the purpose of our short stay. It’s prob best suited for adults. Broadening the food menu, create more ambience in hotel lobby with music are some minor suggestions.

The pool area

The shower wasn’t the best, have to shower with salt water , breakfast was poor quality and again coffee taste salty since they don’t have filters. The rest was good

Overall, everything was really good

If we can be a little bit picky, I'd say the shower. Due to it being an open concept the toilet floor became soaked as the position of the shower head wasn't placed in the best spot. We felt bad about the cleaning staff and the extra work they had to clean up the wet floor.

Beautiful beachfront property by the Aegean Sea

Perfect location on the beachfront. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The customer service is exceptional. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The maid service is wonderful.

A great time in a great location

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was attentive. Harry (on site manager) was exceptional and driven to make sure every guest had a great experience. He was clearly leading and motivating his team, as they all displayed similar traits. Thank you Harry :)

location is good ,, room and all areas are very clean ,, staffs are friendly ,, good service

disappointed with all meals,,, Breakfast is always same,, dinner also nothing special,, we booked hotel with half-board, we hoped to have a good meal with different kind of seafood but we have seen only sardines or oily salmon,, if you dream to see international buffet or seafood buffet,, ***not in this place*** buffet dessert have only 3 tastes of ice-cream. breakfast with cheap cocktail sausages. the best is salad.

Beautiful location, 5 star hotel and brilliant staff!

The hotel itself was immaculate, the 2 pools beautiful and cleaned every morning and evening. The breakfast buffet was generous and covered all the main things you'd need (eggs, fruit, veg, cold meats, breads, local greek specialities). The pool bar was amazing for some lunch or an evening drink with George and both Dimitris were some of the best bar staff I've come across! Reception staff were kind, patient and accommodating. I really can not fault anything with the hotel, location nor staff and will definitely return!

We had the plane in the afternoon and although they didn’t give us the possibility of a late checkout, they had common spaces very well equipped for shower etc

Exceptional

Very new and very nice hotel ; clean, all the staff very kind. At the restaurant you can eat very well for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended, the best Hotel in Perissa in all aspects.

Great relaxing stay, close to nearby restaurants and bars.

Hotel very clean. All the staff wore masks. Breakfast was good. Location was great.

Whilst this is one of the better hotels in the area, I wouldn't have said it was 5 star, probably 4 star at most compared to places stayed in other countries. The gym and spa facilities are very limited. They do not provide waxing, mani or pedi's on site despite the booking.com website saying they do. The breakfast is good but nothing exceptional.

Excellent location and hotel ammenities!

Excellent location for enjoying a quiet trip at Santorini and coming back well rested. There are several restaurants and bars around the beach, which is right across the street from the hotel. It's not close to Santorini's city center but getting there by bus was easy and pretty quick.

Nothing really, the full attention to detail and excellent service was very well appreciated. The hotel has several amenities to enjoy.

Lovely hotel but swimming pool not comfy

Great location just across from beach. Clean stylish and comfortable rooms. Good shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice drinks and food.

Because it’s all so bright white and stark it’s quite a harsh environment. It looks stylish but it’s not comfy to sit round the pool as it’s so bright and hot. To be fair it was windy all week which I think is unusual but there was nowhere to hide from the wind either. Paint the whole think pale terracotta , plant some Trees as windbreaks and I’d give it a ten. Also if it is often windy they need to put a cover on the pool at night coz that was getting cold.

A slice of heaven.

The perfect hotel, staff were amazing. A young gentleman at reception who also served breakfast was simply the most delightful man ever nothing was too much trouble and always went above and beyond. The young man behind the bar was also so friendly and helpful esp with my son. But I cannot fault any of the staff, all simply amazing. The bed was one of the best I've slept on and the food was some of the best we ate. I cannot thank everyone enough they all made our stay just perfect, we will be back. Thank you.
