Super séjour en groupe à Perissa 😊

Hébergement bien situé, desservi par des bus ( pratique pour visiter d'autres parties de l'île). Merci aux hôtes pour leurs accueil et disponibilité . Les chambres étaient propres et nettoyées quotidiennement. Je recommande

Вілла розташована в дуже зручному місці і по відношенню до пляжу і до магазинів та кафе. Неймовірно гостинні власники. Дуже чисто в номерах- щодня прибирання! Гарний та чистий басейн. Гарний вид з балкончику в номері.

Cute stay with kind people.

Dichtbij de zee. Zwembad als middelpunt met daaromheen de appartementen, receptie, restaurant/bar. Mooi en schattig tegelijk. Vriendelijke hostess en flexibel met inchecktijden. Top!

Enige wat ik kan opmerken is dat het pinapparaat storing had. Gelukkig zijn er genoeg atm's in de buurt. Geen probleem.

Gorgeous!

Gorgeous!Family run, we felt right at home. Small but clean, comfortable room with balcony. Beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax in peace.

Great location, lovely welcoming hotel, beautiful pool, we will definitely be back 😊

The Philoxenia villas felt very traditional, our apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing, great value for money and very friendly family owners.

A really small suggestion would be to maybe have a toaster in the kitchen as facilities were limited and a piece of toast and a coffee on your balcony would be really nice. We didn’t need lots of cooking facilities as there is lots of choice to eat out and hey you’re on holiday.

A beautiful place to stay away from the crowds

Very roomy and a 24 hour bakery within walking distance. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

Amazing family hotel

Family run very helpful and provide a welcoming place to stay. No request was a problem. Small hotel but home from home feel. Area was peaceful and quiet but enough Restaurants and bars if wanted. Pool area nice and relaxing supermarket next door close to all amenities.

very friendly family property where nothing was too much trouble. the rooms were spacious and cleaned immaculately. close to the beach, a supermarket and a superb 24 hr bakery.

cozy little villa with a cute bubble pool, very friendly owners, great location, walking distance to bus stop and black beach, room is spacious with a small kitchen and balcony. Highly recommended!

Genuinely great hotel with adequate sized rooms and great showers, the area is perfect for everything you need and is close to the beach, public transport and shops.

Really nice stay

I spent only one night in this nice hotel but I was really happy with my choice of staying...Nice staff, cool pool, the room big and clean...Hotel itself is just few minutes of walking from beach...In overall....I highly recommend Philoxenia Hotel & Studios to the other people who will come to nice city of Perissa...

Nice stay in perissa.

Nice family owned hotel,good location,cleaned daily,nice pool area,5mins walk to beach and centre,mini mart next door..

Basic kitchen,not enough area for making meals.this didn't affect us as we had meals out.

Romantic stay

The hotel Philoxenia is a nice family business and offers a romantic stay, far from the noise and the traffic. The staff is kind and keen on helping. The room is old fashion but spacious enough. Our bed was , on one side, sticked to the wall. Beach is 5 min away by foot. A bakery is 3 min away by foot

There is no safe in the room. There was an issue with the payment by card. The hotel was waiting for the repair. So we paid by cash. ATM are easy to find but you will be charged. Prefer a withdrawal in a bank. Other than that, everything was good

Wonderful pool setting

The pool area was lovely and open late. We also had a private balcony and the hotel staff were very welcoming, showing us the best places to visit around the island. Was a lovely stay.

Great location, clean, nice pool and pleasent staff! :)

There are different rooms, and some are better than others (bigger and private terrace), but we really loved ours because everything was clean, the bed was big and comfortable and we had our private terrace. The apartmant is cleaned every day, which is very nice. This place has a shared pool with sunbeds, which was great feature, and we spent a lot of time there :) All of the staff was very nice and helpful! Great stay :)

The shower was cold, this was our second time here and both times the shower was cold so we were disappointed with that.

Perfect night here. Hosts were very welcoming. Room was perfect! Very spacious and with a kitchenette! Location was nice. Views within the resort were lovely.

Shower was cold, so as we were here for only one night we did not use the shower. Hosts offered to drive us to the ferry but we got a much cheaper deal on our return from a taxi driver at the port so price the journey before you decide!

We loved the quiet location, only 5 minutes walking from Perissa's black beach and its restaurants. It allowed us to visit all Santorini easily by car. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

There may be a little more tableware available in the kitchen.

Horrible stay. Spent the night in staff room due to overbooking people

Nothing at all. Place didnt match the photo . room was different to what we have paid for. After such a horrible treatment not a single thing was offered to compensate this process. Had the worst holiday for sure,

Avoid. We cancelled other hotels in Santorini due to the reviews of this place. My god what a mistake. Owners overbooked the hotel and made us sleep in the staff room for 2 nights, separate beds no bathroom with children photo& clothes everywhere on my birthday night. After calling booking.com and complained they gave us a room not the studio we booked. We got twins room & spent my birthday & wedding anniversary sleeping separately as they said they can only give us double bed 2 days before checking outThey didn' even want to refund us the night we spent in the staff room & no mercy we spent whole day flying here & had no shower. Instead asking us to not take the money and have breakfast instead. Like honestly they woke us up 8am told us we got 10 mins to pack our room for a double room then ruin our holidays & birthday & anniversary not even offered a single complementary drink.. After sending 100 of photos to booking.com they were so embarrassed they gave us good will instead. Ive been a very loyal customer and booked so many hotels (expensive) with them and this by far is the worst & my biggest mistake. They even built the room with bedsheet to make it a double -like honestly If you use to backpacking style and hostel style then this is the type of hotel for you. Definitely not for couple on special occasion.
