Ben 4 gün kalınca temizlik sorun oldu. Süpürgeyi çalıştıramadım. Onun dışında sorun yasamadık

Really enjoyed my stay here in Osaka! Thank you for your hospitality!

Really convenient location, and the flat was clean and tidy when I arrived, and had a washing machine available and free wifi!

The bed wasn’t the comfiest, and the bedding was ripped in places

Passabile. Hai un tetto sopra la testa e un bagno , per il resto lascia un po' a desiderare.

Il check in è assurdo, abbiamo aspettato più di 20 minuti fuori la porta perché la email con il codice di entrata non è arrivata, per fortuna un ragazzo che alloggiava li ha chiamato per noi il proprietario o chi per lui che comodamente è arrivato dopo un po'. La stanza viene venduta con la cucina , ma arrivati lì non c'è una cucina ma un fornetto a gas non utilizzabile perché rotto. C'è la lavatrice per lavare i vestiti ma non c'è nessun appendiabiti per farli asciugare, potrebbe aggiungerci almeno un filo esterno come in tutti i balconi di Osaka. La pulizia non è delle migliori , materassi usurati e polvere anche sulle finestre.

Location good, noisy beds, payment panic

The apartment was a decent size and about 15 minutes walk to Shin Osaka station with lots of convenience stores around. It was secure. There was a fridge and kettle.

The payment process was extremely stressful and I was told that my payment kept failing even though my cards were all fine with 5 other accommodations in Japan. For several days I received very sporadic responses to my concerned messages and up until 10 minutes before check in we still had not been able to pay (despite receiving another message saying everything had gone through on their end) and were told our booking may be cancelled until finally we were sent a link and were able to pay through that. There was absolutely no need for all of that panic and stress. The beds were also incredibly creaky and noisy with the slightest movement, we had to move the mattresses on to the ground to be able to sleep. The kitchen only had a fridge and kettle, you can't use the stove and there is no microwave.

Affordable apartment at very good location

Location. Near family mart n lawson. Not that far from train station too

Superb

Very value for money especially if staying multiple nights. Place was clean and provided enough towels, hangers, etc. Host was also responsive to queries.

Would be nice to have conditioner provided in addition to body soap and shampoo. Place is a 15min walk in the hot sun to Shin-Osaka station, remember to bring an umbrella for the walk if coming during the summer.

Affordable and big enough for night stay. Close to Shin Osaka station. Closeness railways and final approach to the near airport were not a deal for us. Easy access, but a map for people without expertise on japanese addressing system would be good.

There is no tender for clothes and no microwave, too. No drinking glasses or cups. Just plastic Ikea cutlery. No broom and shovel for cleaning, just a robotic vacuum, not suitable when you're in the room. Noisy beds

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Osaka.

Great location. Easy walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, and groceries. Communication was timely and accurate, and there were no issues with passcodes. The apartment was clean, and had everything I needed to stay comfortable during my week long stay. I would certainly recommend this property.

There are many facilities in the room. 10+++

The big problem is you can't leave your luggage so If you plan to leave your bag in the early morning and go to travel. you have to leave the bag at the train station and pay 800 yen/ day. Lastly, read the condition in advance carefully.

A cheap convenient apartment for long term stays.

Good location, clean and quiet. Cheap price for monthly stay. Washing machine was great to have as well.

There was no cooking facilities, not even a microwave. Your only thing on offer was a kettle, so if you don't eat cup ramen or eat out every day it can be a bit inconvenient. Also, no table or chairs for work or relaxation. There wear some wooden stools, but they were more uncomfortable than the floor.
