Staff was friendly and accommodating and provided waters while we waited to check-in. They had free fruits in the room--apparently it was their grand opening the day before! So everything was nice and clean.
I last minute booked on the same day of my stay due to a typhoon altering my itinerary---the bullet train was down for the day. Everyone in Tokyo had the same idea so I had to wait to check-in for over 2 hours which was the only downside.
There are also 2 Ibiza hotels, so I had to take another taxi to get to the right hotel so beware you have the right destination to tell your taxi driver before you go.

Though the hotel is not located in tourist hotspot, but it’s convenient to access to nearby subway (just 3 mins walk to nearest station) , especially with Asakusa line at Takaracho station where I could take subway to both HND and NRT airport.

Great hotel, very comfortable and full of amenities. Depending on the time of day, there's free coffee, beer or rice. Even the hot bath had free popsicles. And what a blessing the bath was! Perfect for taking away all the tiredness after a long day of activity. Breakfast was charged separately, but it was a fair price for everything offered, between western and eastern dishes. It was the same every day, though. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was good, too - a few train stations close by take you anywhere, and if you're too tired to carry your luggage, it's a short taxi ride to/from Tokyo Station.
The immediate neighborhood was rather empty, and there weren't obvious dinner options close by. We had to rely on convenience store food when we got to the hotel at night. We were offered an option to order pizza from the bedroom tablet, but you had to provide the delivery address (in Japanese?). Why doesn't it come preconfigured with the hotel address?

room is super clean and modern, great facilities - they serve free beer and ochazuke at certain hours which is great for unwinding. the onsen is a bit smaller than expected but not bad for what you can get in Tokyo.
the location is a bit quiet not very convenient. food options are very limited especially at night, will have to walk about 10-15min to Tokyo station for food.

The onsen spa on the top floor is incredible. The open air bath in the winter is so refreshing, we went there every night. To cool down after we loved the free icy poles and sitting out on the sky terrace with a view of the city.
The walk from the nearest metro station was a bit of a pain with our luggage, but the hotel amenities are worth it. Would stay again.

Breakfast was good, but a bit too crowded, as space was limited.

Wonderful hotel, we had a fantastic stay here. Comfy beds and some lovely touches in the rooms, e.g. a foot massager, which was very welcome! It is in a great location, we were able to walk to the fishmarket, the shopping areas, imperial palace, and plenty of nice restaurants. Lovely indoor and outdoor onsen. Such a delicious breakfast! They also provide very simple, basic food in the evening for free, which was a lovely touch. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Several of them spoke some English.
Rooms were small but this is normal in Tokyo!

The cozy small hotel is a hidden gem on the outskirts of Ginza but it was close to five subway stations. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and the open-air bath was awesome. They also have popsicles and an open-air terrace on the top floor for you to relax after the onsen. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us order a taxi to Shinjuku station and ship our luggage using Yamato to our next hotel in Tokyo. Great and pleasant stay!
Nothing.

The people in this hotel are very friendly. I am allergic for gluten and although I had not requested for it, the hotel prepared a separate wonderful breakfast for me. The room is very nice and particularly the public Japanese bath facility at the top floor of the hotel (separate facilities for men and women) is a great bonus. Big compliments for this hotel, also in view of the very reasonable price.

The facilities, especially the indoor onsen surprised me. I went at about 8:30pm and had the whole area to myself. There is an indoor and outdoor onsen so you can choose. The staff were very friendly and spoken fluently in both English and Japanese. It was very easy to confirm and pay for me reservation.
The hotels entrance was a little confusing to find. It is attached to the cafe, and you use the same door as the cafe to go to the check-in desk for the hotel. There should be a sign to state that the front desk of the hotel is also through this door as I passed by the door several times before entering.

We really enjoyed the Breakfast and Onsen. Also the bed was very comfortable, with good and big pillows!
