Reasonable cost.

Location. Jus walk distance from Main Street and all the fun in town.

But we were very pleased with the overall place, weather didn't cooperate

Didn't care for the bug in our room, or the bears outside the window, but we are in their home.

Would definitely stay here again.

The location was FANTASTIC. It's almost walking distance to the strip for adults, not with children. The room was very nice. We were very happy with our stay! We will definitely book here again.

My toddler had really really dirty socks/feet from walking around with no shoes on in the hotel room. Also, the rooms said "no smoking" but clearly smelled like cigarettes.

It was great specially when we got to see a mama bear with her 3 cubs.

We've been using Super 8 hotel for about 5-6 years now, location is the main thing of our vacation, close to everything, we didn't have to drive anywhere it's just a walking distance to everything.

I know that it's a pet friendly place but there are times that when a guest leaves their pet in the room it's very annoying when all you hear is barking & you can't really enjoy your time.

Location was good The price was fair

They did not clean the room the whole time we were there. When you took a shower the tub would fill up with water and not drain, so we asked if we could switch rooms. The guy came upstairs and looked at the tub, then he said ( there is nothing wrong with the tub that it is supposed to do that because the pipe is shaped like a U ) I know he was talking about the P-trap, but I know the shower is not supposed to turn into a bath!

We would stay again

It was walking distance to convention center and town and considering parking is horrible and expensive in Gatlinburg it saved us ALOT property well kept room very comfortable 😊

The location is walking distance from the downtown and the skylift. The price is affordable.

Place and the room is not that clean. Size of the bathroom is small. Free breakfast only consists of muffins, roll, cereals, fruits, yogurt and drinks, no hot option. The pet fee is 30/night which is too much. Our room in the 2nd floor has a window on top with no curtain where the lights outside the room are always kept on.. so it is too bright even when we are sleeping. Reported to the front desk but they were not able to turn off the lights.

Very Clean, king size bed very firm. Pet friendly

Shower was only trickle, not much for waking us up. Location was farther up hill away from center of town to walk than realized.

rooms needed a deep cleaning, breakfast was pretty minimal, people smoked right outside their rooms - which made it difficult for us to sit outside due to the smell.

Do not book Super 8 in Gatlinburg Tennessee

The roo. Was dark and drab, not like the pictures on booking.com. was supposed to get 2 queen beds but got full beds instead. Walls were dirty and chipped paint, no do not disturb signs for door, no security locks for doors. Hotels says pet friendly but has a sign on counter that states they charge $250 fine if you leave your pet in room alone while you visit establishments that do not allow pets (ie. Restaurants, amusement parks, stores). They charge high-end hotel rates for low-end quality and service. Do not book this hotel.

When we check in there was dirty towel left in bathroom and the sink hadn't been cleaned,I clean condo's in PC. ND KNOW IF something not clean.also there was not a breakfast. Just a few bananas and apples. But we made it anyway

They tried to make me pay again when we arrived. Our TV would not work we had one remote between two rooms. Parking is not very thought out not much room to park at all. No vending machines that worked.
