Amazing location, friendly staff, OK facilities

Perfect location right off the strip which made gatlinburg very walkable. Lots of parking and they let us leave our car there on day of checkout until 3pm which was awesome to extend our day!

Smelled like smoke and the rooms were very basic

Gatlinburg sweet spot

Great location and value. Less than 100ft from main drag in Gatlinburg. Has a pool and a cozy atmosphere.

Had to ask for a shower curtain and towels we only had 1 towel and no curtain. The TV had to be programmed.

Close to where we needed to be.

Bed was hard. And pop machines didn’t work. And the pillows were really small.

It was very affordable, convenient and worth what we paid

The breakfast was oatmeal and snack bars enough to tie you over until you could get to a restaurant. Very convenient for walking downtown Gatlinburg Free parking Bed was clean and comfortable

The room was not sound proof you could hear everything outside The air conditioner made noises and didn’t pull out the humidity from the room

Check in was effortless room was clean and staff was so nice me and my husband enjoyed our say and would definitely say

Ease of access to the main strip but back enough for privacy close enough you could leave your vehicle there and not worry about finding a pay parking lot

To be honest the bed was a little to firm for my liking but my husband loved it still got a sound sleep just had some stiffness when waking up nothing a hot shower and stretch couldn’t fix

All comes down to price as we spend little time in the room during our stays

The location is great and close for walking in town. The price was good. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot a had great pressure.

The room itself wasn’t bad and had been updated at some point, however a lot more focus needs to be given on cleaning. The lamp shade had stains on it, the side chair was stained, the wall near the balcony door look to have a blood smear on it. The lighting fixtures near the bed and especially the fan in the bathroom had a lot of dust built up. Some long hairs on the bathroom door. The coffee pot didn’t work and when we notified the desk they said they would let maintenance know but no replacement was given.

We just stayed one night in our way to Nashville. For the money and location you can’t beat it.

The location is awesome!! The staff all were really nice!!

They was something weird with the bathroom lights, you couldn’t have the fan in and the light at the same time

Would return but request a quieter room

Front desk staff were very friendly, room was clean and had all needed amenities

We were in room 226 and were woken every morning between 3-5am by the truck emptying the dumpster next to our room. The one bed was right next to the air conditioner vent so it makes it every uncomfortable for the person in that bed to have the air blowing directly in their face while trying to sleep

Would definitely stay here again when in Gatlinburg

The staff here is amazing. I had some crazy things going on with a family emergency and they were so helpful and kind and understanding. To note a few other things: The A/C worked perfectly, everything looked and felt clean, the lighting was great: they even had reading lights. It’s right on the strip, and the bed was comfortable.

Comfortable one night stay

This was a stop on our way to Nashville. We booked two rooms since there were five of us. Both rooms were clean and comfortable and within walking distance to what we some attractions. I would highly recommend The Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Our stay was great! If in the area, I would go back again! Great service!

We had a wonderful experience with the people at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful!

There was only one thing that we didn't care for, and it wasn't any responsibility of the hotel. We could smell an extremely heavy scent of weed on the way up the stairs to our room. (This was only on the one night.)
