Lovely house. Brilliant location. Loved sitting on the balcony having my morning tea, being able to see the sea. Particularly lovely main bedroom with a big bed.
Think it’s a great house. If I had to be picky, a more comfortable sofa and a TV with more channels, not that we had gone away to watch TV, but I think people are just used to that now.

Location great..despite no designated parking, managed to find a space a few steps away which was safe and free..
Well equipped cottage, although we didn't cook much as there's plenty of great places to eat out.
Apart from the noisy seagulls that only slept between about midnight and 3.30am 😄..got used to them though after a while..
Nothing else could be improved on..

Great location right on the sea front, beautiful and stylish interiors, two good sized bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower), very comfortable super-king sized bed in the master bedroom. Felt like plenty of space for two adults and one child.
The kids room is small and you can feel the springs in the mattresses. Also to note the kids room is on the ground floor and master is on the first floor, which might cause issues if you have very young children.

Cottage bright and fresh yet homely. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location.
As weather was very cold the excellent heating system struggled. Open plan living left area a bit chilly.

Beautifully designed and very well appointed. Perfect for our working retreat even though 2nd bedroom a bit tiny for a grown up
Everything was lovely

Inflexible host- we were too I’ll to travel and there was zero understanding even though we’d booked out of peak season, not even letting us move the booking. Took 100% of the cost.

A well equipped, well decorated cottage in ideal location for exploring Aldebugh and surroundings.
Downstairs could have been a bit warmer.

Location was fine
As above, lack of technical information

Lovey cottage great location well decorated and nice art work
Cleaning was good in the main but mirrors, outside and other odd details missed could do with more attention. Considering the hefty extra cleaning charge paid on booking it could have more attention to detail

Gorgeous cottage in amazing location, with sea views and close to the high street. Well equipped kitchen. Free unlimited parking close by. Plenty of communication with the management company, who were really helpful.
Perhaps some air con would be helpful for when it's really hot - the upstairs in particular gets quite hot, although you can open the windows and balcony door. The beds in the downstairs room were a bit hard.

an excellent location for beach shopping and restaurants , really pretty and well equipped
downstairs didn’t always feel private , so many people stopped to read the notice on the other gate and the workman behind made me jump a few times

The location was great and the house central to Aldburgh

Location perfect.. Light bright cottage, equipped with everything that we needed..
Balcony off the bedroom was lovely for coffee and people watching..
We went during a quiet period so managed to park overnight right outside (2 hour limit after 9 and before 6) during the day we were mostly out anyway so not a problem..
2nd bedroom not an issue for us as only the 2 of us, but could see it wouldn't be suitable for very young children as on a different floor.
Only hiccup was one of the smoke alarms decided to let us know that the battery was low by bleeping at 2.00am one night. Obviously couldn't do anything about it so had to endure until next morning.. Once we had reported it, it was quickly rectified.. Maybe something to put on the maintenance list and change the batteries on a regular basis.. 😄..

Beautiful and tastefully decorated cottage. Wine and crisps were there on arrival. Parking was right outside. Balcony was great. Lots of hot water and really nice kitchen. Perfect location.
We had a couple of small queries during our stay, but messages to the property via Booking.com were ignored.
Outside furniture was filthy as was the balcony handrail.
No tea, coffee or sugar - which I think, these days, would be expected.

A lovely, compact cottage in a lovely central location. Very helpful to have a few staple items in the kitchen for a short stay.
A lovely view but the windows were very dirty. Could have done with a high chair (although we didn’t request this so may be possible!)

Impeccable design throughout, extremely clean and comfortable, the host has taken an extraordinary amount of trouble to create a very practical and beautiful environment, and has really thought about the particular artisan aesthetic for a memorable guest experience. Great location by the sea and opposite the composer Benjamin Britten's house which for some people will add a caché. We didn't cook as wanted to eat out and be lazy, but the kitchen was really well designed for cooking had we wanted to do any.
Nothing to do with the provision, but there was a very strong North wind blowing so I would advise people to bring extra clothing if going to Aldeburgh in spring.

The master bedroom was a delight and the cottage was well equipped and clean
The sofa’s could do with swapping for more comfortable ones and the quirky table and chairs take some getting used too

We liked the whole look of the property from inside to outside! Beautiful design, very appropriate to the seaside setting.
The cottage was cosy and we felt right at home.

Nice decor. Very clean. Great location.
Parking restrictions. But this could be dealt with.

location excellent.
good for a couple with two small children very tight for two couples. our friends who should have come with us would have been extremely disappointed with the second bedroom so it was good they could not make it.

Loved the layout, space. Downstairs toilet a bonus.
Great location, cannot fault anything
No Highchair for baby.

Closeness to sea and restaurants
The cost was high assume it was because of high demand with covid situation. One of the single beds was a little uncomfortable
