Vacation in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

Loved that the beach was within steps of the room.. everything very clean inside and outside. the staff was amazing and extremely helpful . The pool was beautiful and very nice it was always clean . I would definitely stay here again. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store close to property

The bed was a bit on the hard side for my liking.

We had a wonderful time and if ever in Condado again would definitely hope this cabana is available.

Breakfast was not included but the location was perfect. Restaurants, cafes and grocery stores were all within walking distant. The pool was practically outside our door and the ocean was just beyond the pool.

Everything was as expected. I really don’t have any complaints.

It was a great location, comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

It in a great location, lots of places to eat and a 24hour store down the street for necessities. It was also a very secure location definitely felt safe the entire time.

I didn’t like that the gate to the beached locked at 7pm, but no complaints other than that.

Very Cozy room with everything you need.

We checked in with security, but the code was provided prior to check in and the key to the main gates were in the room when we arrived. It was a very smooth process.

$2,000 out the window for a place that looks like it belongs in the projects

The pool the location and the beach was great.

The room was very rundown. A lot of stuff damaged formica curling off the cabinets broken mirrors Vince falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. And sometimes you had to park as far as a half mile away to get to your room because there's no parking for the cabanas. Would not stay here again

The room met our expectations. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice. The store on site has good sandwiches and very nice employees. The location was good. We had a very nice trip.

Our new home away from home!!

Location was absolutely perfect. The beach felt private, the staff was sweet and helpful, our apartment was gorgeous and homey. We truly didn’t want to leave.

Brilliant!

My host was an absolute gem. I received a check-in message and a check-out email, explaining what is expected from me as a guest. Even though I appreciate this is not always possible, I was allowed to check in earlier since my flight arrived early my apartment was available. The apartment was super clean, and well equipped. The wi-if worked well, it had beach towels and even a cooler box to use for the beach! The kitchen had bare essentials such as salt, pepper, coffee for a few cups, some sugar etc. to see you through until your first food shop which is very thoughtful. I had a great time staying here and will do so again.

The security at the front never greeted once. Not on arrival, leaving or any time in between. I appreciate that there role is the security of the building but as they are also the only contact person at reception, a friendly approach will do a lot for your guests overall experience. When the security guard checked me in, he asked me various standard questions without smiling once or making eye contact. How a guest is made to feel on arrival and upon leaving is very important. A security guard who is kind and friendly does not surrender his authority.

The room looked old and not taken care. Not worth the money you pay. Very Disappointed.

this little things didn’t affect our vacation’s just an indication for you to get it right for the future visitors

washer and dryer,the pool and beach being close, close to the restaurants

bathroom counter top damage, and light fixtures damaged closet mirror doors of the rail hard to open and close,tv to small and that the access to the beach closed at 7pm 👎

Wonderful location and caring host!

Extremely clean unit, great location near the beach, Peter cares about us having a good experience.

The bathroom could use some updates, but usable without issue. There was construction in the unit next to ours that woke us up and bothered us throughout the day on Monday.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment!

This Oceanside apartment was perfect for our after cruise wind down. It’s right on the strip of condado close to plenty of excellent restaurants. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very quiet. There are all sorts of nice touches like the laundry deterrent, sponge, dish soap. Peter, the contact person, was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all contacts. I would highly recommend this apartment for a lovely beach getaway!

Brilliant location, great value for money.

Amazing location right on the beach with secure access Good restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets in the area Fantastic communication right from the point of booking, with very quick responses to queries and questions. Impeccably clean room Great to have the use of the washer/dryer and kitchen facilities Additional things provided such as beach chairs and cool box Very spacious and great value for money Nice and quiet area

We didn’t use the pool as it looked in need of some cosmetic enhancements (I.e good clean and repair).

We had a great time!

We had a kitchenette so we made our own breakfasts. Ocean Breeze lived up to its name, because we could open the windows wide, we didn't use the AC, only at bedtime and then we set it at 74 degrees. We stayed at a different cabana 5 years ago so we knew about the property, I did laps in the big pool, read books from the library, walked the beach, the surf was a tad rough so only swan in it 3 times. We've been to Puerto Rico alot so we know our way around. Even been all over the island. We love it here, so we will be back!

The glass sliding door of the closet, on the right, was stuck, not a big deal for us, but its where the beach chairs are kept.

Daddy and daughter summer trip

Love the close proximity to the beach and beach just steps away, very quiet, great neighborhood, security staff was very nice, the store employees were great, and we were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were a bonus left with all of our clothes clean.

Just needed some dish soap and the controller for the other ac fixed. Besides that we loved it just kept the door open from the main room to keep it cool.
