Modern, beautiful, luxurious and outstanding views.
Food and beverage was extremely limited in choice.

room was nice, I booked the best room
room service ends 8 pm, lost my credit card in the room and there were huge amount of unauthorised charges on my credit cards they claimed they didn’t see my card tho.
4.3
Nice view from the room and comfortable room. The surrounding is nice and quiet.
Does not have iron and iron board. They provide service to help ironing but it is chargeable per shirt/clothes.
4.3
The customer services provided were great from arrival, check in, between meals and room services. One key highlight was the fantastic view of the Khao Kho fog from the comfort of my balcony.
Honestly, I thought the room rate was a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it.
1. It would be good if the resort provides massage services. My wife was aching for one.
2. It will also be a value-added service if the resort could provide transportation services to nice cafe/restaurants/attractions especially so at night when driving tend to be a bit challenging for most people.
3. I am not sure if the resort keeps a database of all their customers and whether returning guests will get special rates for rooms. If this initiative of special rates is not available, good to give it a second thought as there are many cheaper options for consumers to choose from.

The layout and interior design
There was construction work for new buildings literally within meters from the door (most expensive villa)
The place could of warned us of this so we could reconsider or change the booking to a later date
We came from thousands of miles away over 4 different flights to get here so it was disappointing that we did not get peace. The noise was constant and started at 7am to 5ish pm
Yes, very upsetting experience and disappointed.

The location of the hotel is quite good to see sea of clouds in the morning. Hotel has a view terrace and from there one can see a wonderful scene (it can be seen from guest room). Restaurant is also good. One hotel staff kindly speaks Japanese and very kind. It was so nice.
Room terrace is faced to passage, and the room inside can be seen from other guests walking there.

we loved the view and the room itself
The price that we paid for the accommodation did not match the standard of the breakfast
4.3
Everything. Beautiful location. Restaurant was very good.

The view and staff were lovely
Food was below standard for both breakfast and dinner.
First morning breakfast buffet was ok (not value for money spent on room but food ok). For the second morning they called us at 9:40pm the night before saying no more buffet and we had a choice of American breakfast or Thai breakfast. This would have been ok but we felt the timing of the call was hugely unnecessary and I am sure they would have known about not doing a breakfast buffet far earlier in the day.
This hotel is expensive and definitely not worth the money, the view is the selling point but I feel I could get it on any other hotel in the area for a far cheaper price.
4.3
good location
Poor breakfast, not much varieties, low quality
4.3
The size of the rooms. The extra large size of the bed (larger than the ones in the Onse Villas which are the most expensive rooms, we stayed there last time! The friendly staff
There is NO elevator! Must carry all these heavy luggages. Too many stairs to reach the rooms and other hotel areas! Not suitable for old people.

Everything
Nothing to complain.

Me and my wife spent 2 nights here and a nice times. The resort has some beautiful stunning views, especially just after sunrise when the clouds over the valley below & the room very nice, clean and comfortable, large deck. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was some things about room issues(low water pressure, light was flashing whenever we open the water heater and breakfast we do understand with Covid-19 circumstances however cab provide more good condition. Anyway we are definitely back and hopefully all things can be fixed as soon as possible.
Low water pressure, light flashing whenever we open water heater and poor condition breakfast.
4.3
comfy bed,
the scenery and decoration of all area.
All services are very nice.
The way reaches to resort is narrow and steep. The taste of coffee and hot chocolate are not tasty.
4.3
Great views, lovely decor in room, good breakfast served in room
Very poor WiFi signal, kept cutting out

Breakfast is fantastic. Better to travel by driving or finding a travel agency to check out the surrounding sceneries.

first of all, all and every staff is so wonderful! absolutely the best! they let us check in at 4.30 in the morning, we arrived by car overnight driving from pattaya, despite the hotel being deserted due to corona's 3rd wave. The Executive Villa or Onsen Room, was spotless clean! not many hotels in the world are so clean, BRAVO! The garden is beautiful and it shows that the owners care!
Internet was at many times far too slow. The room is lacking of a working desk and proper chair to sit at the desk. Also there is no closet/warderobe with shelves and drawers to arrange cloths and private necessities. We stayed there for 9 nights, we did not travel light like backpackers! We had a lot of luggage. People who have the money to pay 6000 (what I paid) -24'000 (standard price shown on booking.com) baht per night need certain amenities and furnitures, as well sufficient space in the room. The shower did not generate enough hot water, the hot water pressure was too low and very unsteady.
These comments are to help the owners to get an idea what to improve. These are NOT real bad complains!
All in all, it was a lovely stay and we are looking forward to return. (maybe by then they will have a desk and a chair?
