Beautiful property, friendly staff clean and accommodating hotel. I highly recommend staying here, it is located in the heart of the city and super convenient to visit lots of tourists locations.
No complaints

The hotel was very clean and convenient to events.
There was an odd odor upon entry to the lobby/restaurant/front desk area every morning of my stay. It smelled like a sewage backup but would dissipate by early afternoon.

What breakfast? There was no complimentary breakfast, not even coffee.
NO complimentary anything. Had to walk to everything. Hated the parking, there was no parking, had to walk a distant for free parking. Tried to look out at the bar/restaurant on roof top....was told we had to sit and buy before we could have access to area.

The property have clean facilities, a fantastic view to see the sunset and a great location.
The sheets were not too comfortable at least in my opinion other than that highly recommended

Good downtown location with some good bars and restaurants close by.
Modern decor and decent sized bedroom. Roof top terrace good but gets very busy at weekends
The coffee shop was closed for repair so no breakfast available

We enjoyed the art, plants, facilities, cleanliness, and how up to date it is.
Parking, but that’s a given for the area and they had a whole sheet for where to park.

Room wasn’t ready but I understand it was busy due to the concert. Bartender upstairs was rude and didn’t crack a smile. I tried to make small talk and she didn’t respond. That is her business and you would think you would hire someone who wants to be more social. Being friendly equals better tips. She had red curly hair. She seemed miserable. So sad!
Room not being ready, sheets not done, and bartender. Check-in person was awesome and he had great shoes. He was so sociable and friendly. Give him a raise!

The lobby is absolutely stunning. So aesthetically pleasing and a nice place to hang out while waiting for rides. Room was so beautiful, had nice view and stunning bathroom mirror. The beds were so cozy to climb into after a VERY long concert.
Only issue we had was the shower leaked through the wall onto the carpet however it was not a big deal to us. Security came and helped notify the proper people.

We enjoyed the location and the views from our room.
Wish you could connect to Netflix on the TV.

Ideal location
Key card kept failing and kept getting locked out of the room. Parking is a huge struggle.

only complaint is the shower in my room (611) had weak water pressure.

I can highly recommend! Nice, modern place with lovely roof top bar, excellent room and lift. The tram stops a couple of minutes away to give excellent transport connections. I was concerned about the parking comments. There is plenty of street parking and most is free. OK, you may have to walk a block or 2 but you can easily drop luggage and then go and park. Would certainly stay again.

I liked location being downtown and in between Glendale and Scottsdale.
I didnt like the street parking.. The Church parking lot for a fee was also open to general public. Didnt have room service for 4 night stay. Would have been nice to get clean towels and made bed.

Very beautiful hotel loved it. staff was friendly, room was clean and very big.
I don’t have any complaints about the property but I wish the company would communicate with their 3rd party websites. I stayed Friday till Monday but my daughter got sick and i ended up needing to leave and take her home on Sunday. I called and send messages Friday and Saturday to get them to take the room off Monday and they didn’t. So I got charged for a night I didn’t even use. They could have sold it to someone else. There was a lot going on that weekend. I’m sure someone needed a room

The hotel itself was great. The staff was helpful and friendly.
There was absolutely NO onsite parking. Normally guests are allowed to park at a church next door, however there was a music festival downtown, so I had to park a 15 minute walk away. I will not stay at this location again.
2.5
it’s very clean and the people are good
no free bottled water, the fridge in the room sounds like a tractor, booking.com said there’s breakfast while the front desk told us no.
3.5
The rooftop drinks were great!
We requested a high up room and then we were told we could but there was a delay while they cleaned it. It smelled unsanitary (fecal) despite the purported cleaning.
