The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and cheerful.
The towels were clean, but stained. The liner to the curtain in the room was definitely showing wear. The sun came through. A real breakfast would be nice.

Location was great. Nearby food and eat to travel to grocers, etc. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Room had macaroni stains on the door, an old rag, the bathroom smelled like cigarettes, carpets were stained with coffee spills. The room smelled very musty. There was one roach. The guests that stayed there were a bit rough... There were a few random arguments happening and the hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes. They need to refurbish the hotel. The lights still had old tobacco smoke stains

it was like an apartment away from home nice clean rooms and staff was very accommodating
The fact that after I’d been here couple days went to use the stove top and wouldn’t get hot and the microwave didn’t want to heat up either and then there’s what they called breakfast not too appetizing was small assortment of flavored muffins in fact only two then there was packaged oatmeal plus coffee and hot chocolate no juices

really like the location and the lady at the front desk was super friendly! the AC worked great!
the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly so water was sitting for a while and the floor was dirty in our room.

My ac was not working. I went to the front desk in the morning and I was quickly moved to another room with working ac.

overall clean, good location, friendly staff. The desk clerk sent up an extra chair to use for dining. Bell road traffic noise not noticeable.
The mattress was upside down, the bath tub drained very slowly, bath faucet dripped. when we brought it to the hotel’s attention they said they would take care of it. but it should have been noticed before our stay. no dishes were available. Difficult to get out of parking lot if you did not know to go through the next business’s lot to the light. (hard to notice in the dark)

Very welcoming, quiet, felt safe
Finding it, the directions that were sent to my phone were not set for Peoria AZ, instead Peoria Illinois. ..

Kathy at check in was great.
Horrible smell on the 3rd floor. I stayed in 323 sour smell in my room and sour bleach like smell on the 3rd floor.

The property was dated and the bathroom was not the cleanliness I would have expected for a bathroom. The corners where the wall met the bathroom countertop was visually dirty possibly moldy. The hallways were not well lighted. The so-called 'breakfsst' was limited to say the least with packaged muffins & breakfast bars. But I will give a little there with covid restrictions. Still I expected a bit more for breakfast choices. The bed was comfortable thankfully & the air conditioning was great. But I would not stay again at this property due to the bathroom cleanliness & overall dated feel.
On the plus side the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately there was nothing I like about it we were in our 50s late 50s and we had to go up to the third floor because you're elevator was broken you should have notified everybody that this was broken so we had a chance to either get out of it or go over there on top of all that and my sister's room the sheets still had urine on it that's unbelievable she moved out and went to another hotel I did stay but wasn't comfortable after that the guy running the night shift very unprofessional did not know my name or anything going on why would you put us on the third floor when we're almost 60 years old on top of that we should have been notified that the elevator was broken once again I'm saying it again but so we have an option to go somewhere else very unprofessional in my opinion everything else was okay but the cleanliness of that that room was pathetic those sheets should have never been put on the bed in the first place
The morning manager was okay that's it, to make this right you should reimburse our money you can check Janice Martinez left on Black Friday she was so upset because of the sheets and it was discussing but I know it will never happen so I will never stay there again

The staff did me a favor and got my room ready for early check in.
It was clean and in a very convenient part of town. I could walk to restaurants and shopping. The room had an iron, desk, refrigerator and cook stove. There was a vending machine and laundry available. The bedding was very fresh and comfortable. The Uber drivers knew the location.
The elevator was not working.
The stairwells were dark and the railing not clean.
I felt unsafe a few times using the stairwell and ran into people I had concerns about.

LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. LOTS OF RESTURANTS AND ALL NECCESARY STORES WERE AROUND.
CARPET WAS DIRTY, THE STAIRS WERE DIRTY AND SMELLED. THE ELEVATE WAS BROKEN AND MY ROOM WAS ON THE LAST FLOOR.

Great property. Would have received a 10 if they ever fix the elevator.

Didn't try the breakfast, I don't like oatmeal and don't drink coffee. The hotel was quiet and clean.
Booking.com booked me for the wrong type room, I requested a handicapped room and when I got there to check-in they didn't have me down for one and had none available plus the elevator was not working. They gave me a nice quiet room with lots of space on the first floor, but no handicapped bathroom. Will never use Booking.com again, if I ever book this hotel again I will book directly through them.
