WORLD CLASS VIEWS PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Perched perfectly above the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown, World Class Views is a brand-new, purpose-built holiday home with designer details and an incredible, scenic outlook. To further maximise options for groups, this house boasts 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, heat pumps and a large wood burner all complete with a well-appointed kitchen.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Enter through the main entrance to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen. Open the doors to the wrap around balcony with views from the stunning Remarkables to Ben Lomond Mountain. Behind all the fun on the top floor is a guest toilet, as well as the first two bedrooms both complete with ensuite bathrooms and the master including a designer bath.

As you head downstairs, you have the laundry area hidden in the cupboard then halfway down is the back door which leads out to the garden. Downstairs starts with two Queen bedrooms to your left, both with ensuite bathrooms and a small rumpus room for kids and teens to hang out and use the games console and TV.

Next you enter the second half of the house – this can also be accessed from the outside for convenience or for the less mobile avoiding any stairs. This side of the house has another kitchen, TV, small dining area as well as three Queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen area and the fifth bedroom are both lake facing with the other two Queen bedrooms (6 & 7) sharing a bathroom.

In the summer months, open all the glass doors to BBQ with plenty of places to sit, eat and relax. Absolutely ideal for large groups.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

World Class Views location matches the views – perfectly close to town to walk in less than 10 minutes and 7 km drive from the Queenstown Airport.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our Goodstays website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

We stayed here for a wedding with 3 families and everyone had their own room + ensuite. Such a rare find to accommodate so many people so comfortably and at such a reasonable price. The view was priceless and the facilities were 100% perfect. Location super close to town and Frankton/airport. Only some issues with toilet doors not closing (they automatically roll open) and main door difficult to lock. But we had such an enjoyable stay and highly recommend this place for any big group or family bookings.

This trip was a birthday celebration of a lifetime. This is an ideal venue for a family and friends to gather while experiencing the wonders of the Queenstown area. The views from the balcony (our favorite gathering spot) are breathtaking. This venue is a win-win-win.

Stayed with our 3 kids (4, 9 and 11) and my sister and her teens (15 and 18). House was as described and worked well for our group. Be aware that there are 2 bedrooms upstairs and the other 4 downstairs. Also, one of the downstairs bedrooms doesn’t have a proper door (just a curtain) and shares a bathroom with the adjacent bedroom. Worked for our group but may not for all. Out only issues were that the property is advertised as airconditioned but only has one split system upstairs and one downstairs - both in living areas. If it’s hot and you don’t like sleeping with windows open this won’t be for everyone. Nights were cool enough it wasn’t a big issue during our stay. The location is great for us, but there is a very steep hill to go up if walking back from town!

This property was fantastic! We had 4 couples and 2 singles stay for a week. There was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The views are unreal and the place itself was amazing. The new addition of the spa was definitely a hit !! Would recommend and definitely stay again should the opportunity arise!
