The best the mountains have to offer awaits you at Seven Peaks! Our home is at the end on the road on Utah Mountain with panoramic mountain VIEWS of seven plus 6000 foot mountains and paved access in a private unique area .
We are CONVENIENTLY located less than 15 minutes from the shops, cafes & restaurants of historic downtown Waynesville, yet close to Maggie Valley / Cataloochee Ski area ,Cherokee and a half hour from Asheville.
Golfing, rafting, tubing, waterfalls or horseback riding are a short ride away. The SCENIC Blue Ridge Parkway winds its way through Haywood County which is also home to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with nearby elk spotting during every season.

Beautiful property. Main level was very nice to enjoy the inside of the home and the amazing views. Fireplace is cool. We love that the property is dog friendly. Quiet area. Management is very responsive for any issues. Just so others know, the driveway is very steep and there are many steps inside to go up from the ground level (driveway) to the main level of the house, so may not be good for anyone with disabilities or senior dogs. We found potty breaks were difficult with our dogs, as the only patch of grass is at the bottom of the driveway. We did not use the downstairs area, but there is a very musty smell on this level that is noticeable every time you come and go. I would suggest that the broken area on the top deck railing be fixed instead of blocking with a large planter, doesn't seem safe. I purchased a mattress topper for the king bed and left it, as the bed was a little worn and not comfortable for me. I also purchased a full-length mirror and left that, as the house did not have one. Aside from our daily and nightly difficulties for potty breaks, overall, the place is updated and nice, has everything you need, and the most peaceful views. A big shout out to Heather and the handy/construction man for being so nice and responsive.

It was nice and secluded.. just birds singing in the mornings. Coffee on the deck with a view that is so stunning.! Thank you for the smores basket. The kids enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of towels and the kitchen is very nicely stocked with all you need to cook family meals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!!

If you want a home with a view, stop looking at other rentals and book this home! The house is super clean and has all the utensils you'll need. Coffee maker and Keurig machine for your morning cup while you look at the beautiful view. Heather responds to all inquiries immediately and is easy to work with. We will definitely come back to this home!

THE VIEW!! This property has the most amazing view! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It was so peaceful. You couldn't hear any road traffic, just the birds singing. We would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay! The home couldn’t have been better stocked, and we’ve been to a lot of VRBO’s. It was quiet and private. We had a good amount of rain during the trip but we were never bored when we stayed in. Heather was very quick with her response to questions and very nice.

I really enjoyed the property. The views from inside and out were as advertised. Rooms and amenities were really good.
The only knock is a nitpick. I brought a motorcycle on a trailer. A portion of the road to the house is not paved. Which made coming and going a bit of an adventure on gravel and rocks.
Overall, the property is very nice. I would consider getting it again.

We stayed with our tree young boys and they had a blast here. The location was great for hiking and getting to Ashville was easy too. The house was very well equiped and labeled which was hugely appreciated. The house was super clean, the views were incredible and amentities were awesome. This cabin exceeded my expectations. The views were amazing! I wished it had not been so foggy during our visit but that too was majestic as a backdrop to the mountains. The cabin is well equipped in the kitchen. I loved the puzzles and games that were available. We grilled steaks without a problem. The wall mounted; electric heaters were great for extra warming in the bathrooms. Loved all the windows and the adjustable gas fireplace. Hot tub is situated so that you can star gaze. Only streaming services provided on very large smart TV, not a problem for us; I was able to play my Spotify playlist with ease through the TV. One of our best rental experiences we've had. The road is paved majority of the way. Our Honda CRV had no problems navigating, although, I could see where it would require 4 WD IF weather conditions were icy/snowy. Heather was responsive in a question I had regarding the hot tub. I would totally stay here again, if given the opportunity!

We really enjoyed staying at Seven Peaks. Like any drive in the NC mountains, the drive up to the house was uphill and windy - but that just means good things await at the top! Well appointed, fantastic views (worth the stay alone), comfy beds, nice deck and hot tub. The fireplace is great on cold nights and does a great job of heating the upper level.

This was first mountain trip we didn’t rent a log cabin, we were drawn to the views of this property and they did not disappoint! One of best views we’ve stayed at. In addition it met all our criteria : Hot Tub (no issues which is rare in rentals), Location (20-25 minutes to any necessity: grocery, pharmacy, medical, restaurants, downtown), and beautiful dog friendly hikes and the Blue Ridge Parkway all 30 minutes to an hour away. We hiked Soco Falls, Devils Courthouse, Graveyard Fields, Water Rock Knob, and DuPont State Forest ! Would definitely recommend this property! Only non important minor caution: tv (which we don’t watch during day) is only streaming services so if your looking to unwind at night with some sports it can be difficult.

We just loved our week at seven peaks, it is an immaculate house with long views that go on forever. The house itself is very well appointed, we are cooks and found everything that we needed to make every meal. We only used the master bedroom but the bed was very comfortable, and we so appreciated you letting us bring our two labrador retrievers. They had their first bear sighting!

Mountain Family Get Together
The Seven Peaks house was a perfect gathering place for our family! The well stocked kitchen provided us with everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals while we gazed at the ever changing mountain views. While the house is secluded, it's within easy driving distance to area attractions and trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our week!

Family trip in July
4 adults + 1 dog had plenty of space in this clean home. Long range View is fantastic. Amenities were good and we found we didn't need anything but groceries to buy. The road up is curvy & driveway is steep but hey it's the mountains and just like the other homes we've rented. We really liked Boojum Brewing - awesome folks there. And if the toffee shop is open at the bottom of the hill stop in and get some! We had a very nice week, thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful location
This is a nice house located on the end of a private street at the top of the mountain. Beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The spa is great and shares the beautiful view. Driveway is steep but that’s normal for the area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and I do mean everything you need. The gas fireplace was so much nicer than wood, super easy to operate. Wi-Fi was very good with plenty of speed if you have to work on vacation. The only downfall was the wasps living under the deck stung both my kids and the dog.
We would stay here again. The views were fantastic.

Breathtaking View
We spend our Anniversary in Maggie Valley every year and this house quickly jumped to the top of our list as one of our most favorite. It’s within a very nice community but also very private at the same time. We had no issues getting to and from the house and it’s in a very convenient location. The home itself is very clean and comfortable with a nice layout. We especially appreciated having a great view from inside the home too! We definitely plan to return in the future.

Wonderful overall, small changes would be nice
We loved the views and room setup. It was really close to the ski resort and tubing which made it nice with little kids. The house had plenty of games and activities for the little ones as well as kitchen supplies and games for adults. The only concern we had was the hot tub gave almost the entire group a skin reaction. Could have been over chlorinated. Also some of the metal poles along the railings were missing or wobbling, which made having the kids outside a little nerve racking. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience!

Great Family Retreat
Our one-year-old limited what we could do on the property, but the kitchen was fully stocked, the property has a pack-and-play, baby gates and a high chair. The views were stunning and we got some close-up wildlife views.
The property is a short drive from downtown Waynesville and Maggie Valley, but we were ha-pay to stay in, play games and cuddle by the fire!

FANTASTIC STAY
We had the most amazing time. The house was great; equipped with everything you need! Originally when reading reviews people complained about the driveway, but IT IS THE MOUNTAINS and both of our cars, a full size Subaru Ascent and a Honda HRV, fit perfectly in the garage. And even us FL folks did okay driving up/down the mountain. Heather was perfect and extremely responsive! We didn't want to have to leave! We will definitely stay again! Gorgeous views
Seven Peaks is a beautiful home, with gorgeous views of the mountains and is equipped with lots of amenities. The kitchen was wonderful, beds very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Great sites around the area, but you need to calculate in a good bit of travel time (Max Patch, The Biltmore, The Cove, Clingmans Dome, Asheville). Downtown Waynesville and Lake Junaluaka are two nearby attractions that are nice to visit and we loved Orchard Coffee in downtown Waynesville. Be prepared for a adventurous ride up and down the mountain from the house (and driveway), would need 4 wheel drive if it iced or snowed in the winter. Highly recommend this lovely home and VRBO.
