About this cabin rental

NOTE
**** All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is needed. *****

Welcome to Three Little Bears Cabin! The newly renovated mountain cabin is nestled at the top of the mountain; approximately 4,700 foot elevation, 3 bedrooms - 2 of which are King Suites, with upstairs loft/game area and a total of 2.5 bathrooms.

Upon entering the private community of Cranberry Falls, The Three Little Bears Cabin is located at the very top so you can enjoy the incredible view of the Thunder Struck Ridge outlook along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Have a warm cup of coffee while swinging on the deck swing taking in the fresh mountain air. Cook up a tasty meal and eat on the outdoor picnic table so that you can still enjoy the breath taking view. At the end of the day, you can also relax by the outdoor firepit sharing your days adventures with each other. At night when you look up at the amazing night sky you can see millions of stars away from light pollution. Wildlife is abundant around the cabin, so if you would prefer to stay inside you can cuddle up by the stone fireplace. Everything has been decorated to give you that true Smokey Mountain feel.
There is a smart tv and wifi with dvd player. (wifi is a little slow, but works)

The best part is that the cabin is only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, and is located between the towns of Cherokee and Maggie Valley.
Don't miss the action and excitement at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort! They now feature live table games like Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and more of your favorites! It is only 20 minutes to Harrah's Casino Resort.
Downtown Maggie Valley is only 10 min away from the cabin. "Located on the fringe of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and two national forests, outdoor pursuits like hiking, camping, biking, whitewater rafting and horseback riding are favorites. You can also head over to the Cataloochee Valley area of the park and see the elk, which has been successfully reintroduced into the park. Activities in the Valley include miniature golf, golf at the Maggie Valley Club, summer and winter tubing, fishing in our Heritage Trout Waters, antiquing, museums, skiing, snowboarding, tubing and more. Don’t miss the latest attraction, the Elevated Mountain Distilling Company." - https://www.maggievalley.org/maggie-valley-attractions/
If you are looking to go skiing, Cataloochee Ski Area, is only 20 min away. We suggest that if you are going to go skiing that you call the ski lodge to make sure that they have tickets still available for that day. There are times, that they sell out on lift tickets.

We have stayed in Maggie Valley multiple times and this house was definitely one of the best! It was nicely tucked in a quiet ridge with a lovely view! It was well accomodated for my family of 4 plus a dog, as well as our friends, who had their own primary suite. It was well cleaned and maintained with great access to the Parkway, National Park and Asheville. We hope to return again!

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking views that surrounded us. The cabin itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The drive up to the cabin was definitely worth it, as it added to the sense of adventure and anticipation. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone seeking a memorable getaway. YOU DO NOT NEED a 4WD or AWD. We had 2 vehicles a Wrangler and a Ram 1500 RWD. If you know how to drive you can get up there no problems with some weight in your vehicle. If your not experienced driving in the mountains it’s advised to go with a AWD or 4WD. Thanks again PHIL we will be back in fall.
