Allotjament nou i cèntric a prop de l'estació de tren a Brussel·les.

L'allotjament era gran i força nou, el personal molt atent i amable, i a través de l'app contestaven ràpid si hi havia alguna consulta. La ubicació, espectacular. M'hi tornaria a allotjar.

Tesisin merkezi olması ve genel olarak sessizliği hoşuma gitti. Yataklar rahat ve daire genel olarak temizdi.

Mutfağın ve odaların üst katta olması, üst katta ise tuvaletin bulunmaması 70 yaşındaki annem için iyi olmadı, ancak ev sahibi bu durumu telafi etmeye çalıştı

Location is excellent, apartment is very new, clean and spacious. Excellent valeu for the money.

No sign on the entry door, and the entrance hall was very dirty.

Very well equiped modern apartment in great location

We really liked how modern and well equiped this property is, you can enter the apartment via mobile app, kitchen had more appliances than expected and we also had washing machine and everything we needed during our stay, felt like we were at home!

Inmejorable. Como en casa .

La ubicación excepcional. El apartamento muy limpio con menaje y muebles de calidad . Electrodomésticos alta gama . Cama y sofá cama muy muy cómodos.Todo nuevo y cuidado .

Nos gustó todo .Luz natural con grandes ventanales. Quizás la iluminación artificial (aunque bonita y bien ubicada )es un poco tenue .

Bellissimo appartamento centrale, serve più attenzione alle richieste degli ospiti

Bellissimo e moderno appartamento, molto centrale, attrezzato di tutto e abbastanza pulito, bellissima vista. I prodotti del bagno ottimi, presente tutto il necessario e di livello abbastanza alto

la stanza di sopra dove alloggiavo ha un bagno grande con due lavabi ma non ha il wc e bisogna scendere giù con una scala non proprio comoda, non si può impostare la temperatura o perlomeno anche chiedendo all'host non siamo riusciti, avevano attrezzato per 5 persone ma noi eravamo 6, ci avevano chiesto se volevamo due letti separati ma abbiamo trovato solo matrimoniali, l'appartamento vibra come leggerissimo terremoto ma si avverte solo nel letto in tranquillità, probabilmente per i treni sotto anche se quinto piano

Perfectamente cómodo y funcional

La ubicación estuvo perfecta para un evento al que iba, cerca del centro de convenciones. Muy cerca de la estación de trenes y metro por lo que fué fácil conocer y moverse por la ciudad

A mi amigo le robaron el reloj de pulso entrando al hotel en la noche, no esperamos que eso sucediera en ese sector. Aunque no lo lastimaron quedamos muy preocupados.

Una estancia de 10!

El apartamento es muy espacioso y super céntrico: a un minuto de la estación central de tren, a tres de la Grand Place,... Y además, está en una calle muy tranquila. No se oye ningún ruido. Las camas son muy cómodas, incluso la del sofá-cama, y la cocina y el salón, de lujo. Un acierto tener un pequeño aseo independiente de la ducha y la bañera. Muy bien calefactado. Tuvimos que llamar un par de veces porque no funcionaba bien el sistema de cierre de la puerta, y nos atendieron muy bien. Un apartamento de diez.

No hay nada, un apartamento de 10. Tuvimos un pequeño problema técnico con el montaje del sofá-cama, pero las instrucciones estan colgadas en la pared y lo solucionamos rápido.

Localização perfeita, perto dos principais pontos e ao lado da estaçáo central de Bruxelas (trem e metro). Apartamento exatamente como nsa fotos, foram 5 pessoas confortavelmente instaladas. No meio da nossa estadia fizeram uma limpeza no apartamento. Todas comodidades funcionando perfeitamente

Falta uma tábual para cortar verduras e colheres de silicone para não estragar as panelas. Falta uma panela maior para cozinhar massas

A clean and modern accommodation in the HEART of the city: RECOMMEND!!!

The apartment is amazing. It was right next to the central station and all the amazing shops and sightseeing areas. Grocery stores are close by as well as amazing restaurants and bars. The washer/dryer combination in the apartment was such a great plus. The kitchen facilities were lovely and while we did not cook we could have easily done so. The bathroom was wonderful and very large with both a shower and a bathtub. The bedrooms were comfortable and overall it was very nicely laid out.

You are not actually talking to anyone. There is an app that you go through. Our apartment was VERY HOT, while it was in winter and the warmth may have been nice, we could not adjust the temperature. Someone came to fix a window to the patio that was not working right and they showed us how to fix the temperature, it still did not work. Also, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and for a family of 4 in 4 days, that was not sufficient, I kept contacting them to leave us toilet paper but since it's an automated app, you don't know where it goes. We ended up buying our own toilet paper, which I thought was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise the check in and check out was via the app where they send you a generated electronic code. That part was very seamless and comfortable. The one other issue was that we had a view to what seemed to be a courtyard. It was facing other 'offices'. A view to the street would have been nicer, but we had no way to know that looking at the photos. Overall, it was a very clean, modern and comfortable stay.

No creo que repitiera, aunque la ubicación es excelente.

El alojamiento estaba muy céntrico, se podía ir a todos los lugares de interés de Bruselas caminando, y además estaba justo al lado de la estación de tren (para todos aquellos que quieran ir a Brujas y Gante). Además estaba recién amueblada, por lo que estaba todo bastante nuevo.

Los olores por mala ventilación en el piso de arriba (justo en las habitaciones de matrimonio). Eran muy fuertes los olores que salían del baño, y tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta ambas noches. Los baños de las habitaciones de arriba no tienen WC, por lo que había que compartir el WC para 6, y solo estaba en la plata de abajo.

Good flat in a good location but with poor acessiblities

The location is a must in this flat. You're near the Grand Central, in walking distance. So it's easy to visit the highlights of the city. Also, the metro and train stations are very close. The flat was newly rebuilt and has good quality appliances. Double balconies is also a plus.

The heating system was not working, and we could not set the temperature in the thermometers. The towels' heater was not working as well, so I can just assume the heating was not working at all. Exchanged messages with the host, but was not able to sort the issue. There is only one toilet and it's downstairs. So if you wake up in the night or have kids or elder people with you, refrain from booking this property, because it's a hassle to need to get downstairs to go to the toilet.

Muy recomendable. Genial con niños

Esta en muy buenas condiciones, es amplio y muy completo, las camas muy comodas. Nos dejaron de cortesia pastillas de detergente y lavavajillas asi como cafe y agua, cosa que agradecimon mucho.

El termostato estaba fijado en 18° lo que hizo q a ratos tuvieramos algo de frio. El lobby y la consigna de maletas estan a 20 min andando de donde se encuentra el apartamento, y no hay alternativa ni de late check out ni donde dejar las maletas cerca.

El viaje que nos hacía falta.....

Es muy cómodo, tanto el acceso como el apartamento, amplio y céntrico, lo tiene todo, además dispone de todo tipo de accesorios para una estancia agradable. A 5 minutos de Gran Place y a 2 minutos de la Estación Central de Bruselas. 100% recomendable.

Por poner un pero, solamente al olor desagradable en el hall de entrada y ascensor.

Nous ne réservons donc plus dans cet endroit

les autres logements ont été occupés par des familles très bruyantes (enfants qui crient et courent dans les couloirs de 18h à 22h) Nous avons demandé à notre hôte d'intervenir pour faire cesser les nuisances. Aucune réaction y compris de l'équipe locale....très déçus de subir ces désagréments sur 3 soirées pour un séjour de 4 jours....

Não ter ar condicionado, pois as janelas têm que ficar abertas e faz muito barulho lá fora, incomodando para dormir. Outro ponto é apenas ter serviço de limpeza antes do check in e após check out. Se quiséssemos trocar lençol de cama, toalhas, teríamos que pagar por fora.. e ficamos 6 noites.

Très bel appartement

Superbe appartement très bien situé au cœur de Bruxelles près de la gare et de grand place. bonne insonorisation. Très bien équipé. Vraiment très chouette pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Il manque un sèche serviette dans une salle de bain. Il faudrait une chaise ou un valet pour poser nos affaires dans les chambres. Climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien. Il fait chaud dans l appartement. Il aurait été sympa d avoir quelques sachets de thé . Il n y avait que du café . Et evidemment la clé numérique. Quand cela fonctionne tout est parfait mais on a failli resté bloqué à l'intérieur. Le mécanisme semblait coincé. Un peu stressant.

Excelente apartamento para dos plazas

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, es muy amplio y está muy bien equipado. Tiene el WC separado del baño, lo cual es muy práctico.

El sofa cama era muy incómodo, la bañera demasiado alta y el cuartito del WC demasiado pequeño.

I would absolutely booke here again.

The location is fantastic. Literally 2 minute walk to the train station and very centre of Brussels. Was very secure and the app was brilliant to use.

The toilet wasn’t very clean around the back of the toilet seat.
