Nuovo, accogliente , dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e camera con bagno grandi. Macchina del caffè Nespresso con cialde offerte. Camera tranquilla.

La zona non è male perché vicino alle metro, ma la sera a volte è poco piacevole.

Gute, sichere Lage. Fußläufig zum Zentrum. Auch nah an FlixBus. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten 3 Einzelbetten. Sauberes Bad. Japanische Accessoires hübsch.

Laute Umgebung. Schallisolierung mäßig gut. Am besten Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.

NOS ROBARON DENTRO DEL HOTEL Y NADIE SE HIZO CARGO!!!! Llegamos el primer dia, dejamos las valijas y le preguntamos a la recepcionista que nos recomiende donde ir a comer. Dejamos las valijas con candados dentro de nuestra habitación cerrada. Cuando volvimos de comer, nos encontramos que nos habian roto las valijas y robado toda la plata. El hotel no se hizo responsable del hecho, alego que no tenian camaras para verificar el hecho y hasta nos acusó de mentir. Hicimos la denuncia policial y el hotel encima presionaba para que nos vayamos del mismo. Fue muy obvio que la recepcionista paso la información de que habíamos salido para que nos roben ya que no rompieron la puerta para entrar, por ende ingresaron con una copia de la tarjeta del hotel.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

A very clean, bright and pleasant atmosphere. One would not expect such a hotel in that corner of Brussels. It is also easily reachable, just above metro station Yser.

I recommend the hotel

The hotel is very clean, stylish, near to the Center, the staff is amazing. Room was spacious and bed extremely comfortable. Notting negative

The neighbourhood is not the best, but it is near to the Center. There is a metro station nearby and Carrefour at the corner of the street. A little bit noisy as the boulevard is a busy one.

Authentic Japanese Experience with Excellent Staff and Location

We recently stayed at this Japanese-style hotel, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The location was perfect - it was situated in a walking distance to prime location and had easy access to public transport. The hotel's interior was beautifully decorated with a traditional Japanese theme, and everything was immaculately clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing staff. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any queries and provided great recommendations on local restaurants and attractions. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was freshly prepared. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, the staff were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese experience with great service and amenities.

I think car parking should be included in the overall price, not charged separately.

the location is great to explore the city centre, I also love the design of the hotel, nice quiet Japanse aesthetics.

would have love to be able to make a tea or have a cold drink and in my hotel room. also the room was located next to a busy street, although with windows closed it was isolated quite well.

Diana at front office was exceptional her communication skills were excellent she was very helpful as well

it was not 250 meters from Gare de nord central bus station which was mentioned it was quite far from it about 25 minutes walk from there

The Hotel was in general well located, close to the center and the staff was very friendly and available.

The price was too expensive in relation on what they offered, Breakfast could be better, I didn't find any fresh fruit.

I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Brussels

The location was quite convenient with a nearby metro station. We mostly walked to the centre which was a 15 minute journey. The beds were very comfy and the facilities were modern. The staff members were lovely.

The windows are not soundproof so we could hear ambulance sirens throughout the night.

The position was good because it was within walking distance from two metro stops and the city center. Nevertheless, the area probably is not the best in Brussels. The breakfast was well-equipped.

It was hard to sleep because the room was noisy. The bed lines were not well clean. There was no possibility of having tea or coffè in the room. I think they can include a kettle in each room. I think I've paid too much for the services they offer.

Room was clean, comfortable, and bright, loved the windows - hot tea offered at front desk! loved that !and staff were all super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable, was able to recommend places to visit.
