Relax on the amazing balcony area, with seating for all, watch the breathtaking sunsets and open views as you enjoy good company and a glass of wine, move into the large living space with beamed ceilings. The large leather sofa faces the feature wood burner and TV above, perfect for those movie nights in with popcorn and a roaring fire. Downstairs the games room has a fullsize pool table and a further TV, so there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The open plan design on the first floor provides a light and airy space, with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for mealtimes. In warmer months, the outside dining area and charcoal barbecue makes al fresco dining a must. There are sumptuous bedrooms, the master with a stunning super kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a rain fall shower, a triple room for the teenagers of the group with their own en-suite shower room, and finally two further double rooms, a family bathroom and an additional wet room complete the layout.
The area is brimming with activities and open coastline, and is ideal for exploring Hadrian’s Wall, Carlisle and the northern Lake District and Scottish borders. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the adjacent nature reserve is home to a variety of native wildlife. North Plain Farm will give you a stay to remember and talk about for a long time after. Beach 200 yards, Shop 6½ miles, pub (serving food) 1½ miles, restaurant 2 miles.
