It was ok.

Good location, fairly nice room.

They have a bath with no shower and in the evenings there is no hot water. Also - we asked for breakfast on the day we were to leave (early) but they forgot about it.

Super central cosy hotel

Great hotel for a weekend getaway in an extremely convenient location to walk to many restaurants and historical locations. The staff were very nice and communicative. The room had all the things you need for a couple of nights.

There was some noise through the floors/ceilings.

Charming central Toulouse experience

It is pretty charming and reminded me a little to England. If you step into the staircase, it looks a little “uneven” in this case…. The room was pretty nice and big enough.

The breakfast is expensive for what it offers. Firstly we had ordered it, but then we cancelled due to a private rdv. This was no problem by the way. But around the corner would be also a nice bakery for people which prefer this….

Won't see me again.

Honestly, I don't quite understand why this hotel seems to have good ratings. Reception staff very nice and location is top. But expect a run-down place with no effort spent over the last years (?!) in renovation, cleaning etc. For 50 € more stay at IBIS Capital etc., much better choice and worth every penny... I would not recommend to stay here.

The location is walking distance to everything.

It is a slight inconvenience that there is no lift however, they more than make up for it with their friendly and helpful people in reception.

really nice hotel, great welcome, very friendly staff. The room is very comfortable and a surprisingly good breakfast! Perfect central location.

no dressing gowns even though they were listed in my tarif and a coffee machine would have been good.

Great location right in the centre of town next to Place Saint George. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful; gave us a map and highlighted places to see. They were also great with restaurant recommendations and bookings. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable

An art place in the very center of Toulouse

The hotel is well decorated, each room has a theme, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfy, the staff is helpful, the location is perfect in the very center of Toulouse to go out and enjoy day and night life. On top there is a speaker with Bluetooth in the room. a recommandation.

nothing I can think about for those who needs an elevator, there is none in this hotel.

Nice two nights in central Toulouse.

Very friendly staff helped with everything needed. The location is perfect in the middle of the town. Loads of great restaurants nearby.

A bit old and worn down, which some might call "romantic". Also the cost was more upmarket than the hotel itself.

Location perfect, but only book if you have light luggage - there is no lift.

Location in the middle of everything was perfect. The Reception is on the first floor, and was unmanned for the first five mins or so following our arrival. When the Receptionist appeared she was extremely friendly and professional; she helped to carry one of our bags also, then kindly brought us water to drink while we waited for the room to be ready.

I would not have booked it if I had known there was no lift. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room, although coffee was delivered in the morning. No fridge in the room either. Hotel itself is a little shabby and in need of renovation, plus there is no lift, which I had not seen mentioned in the initial details - it was only referred to after booking. Room size was very good, but it didn't feel especially clean.

loved our stay would definitely recommend this hotel

Staff very friendly and knew your name after the first introduction, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Rooms were of adequate size and clean and comfortable

The only downside was no on site parking , but nothing to be done about that! Again staff were only to willing to help us unload and carry luggage upstairs

I can highly recommend this lovely little hotel!

The decor is quirky yet tasteful, everything is clean and welcoming, the location is excellent for shopping, dining out and exploring the city… but the girls working here definitely make this hotel one I would highly recommended… Leah and the other girls really went out of their way to make our stay SUPER! A refreshing experience in France… than you!

Beautiful location and room, friendly staff and tasty and big breakfast!

Breakfast was generous, french and awesome! Staff were helpful and friendly and helped with directions and even to carry heavy luggage.

there was a very loud machine noise like a plumbing pump in the ceiling in a premium room (!) every 15 minutes at night until 11pm and then started again at 6:30am. it also needs a renovation - or at least some love and attention
