Gutes Hostel mit top Lage

Die Dorms sind super ausgestattet. Die Sanitäranlagen waren immer sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich top!

Ich war in dem Frauenschlafsaal, wo man das Fenster leider nur ein wenig öffnen konnte. Dadurch und durch die hölzernen Schlafkabinen hat sich die Hitze immens gestaut. Auch auf meine Nachfrage konnte kein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ich konnte kaum schlafen.

Me gustó mucho el edificio, las instalaciones y como no había mucha gente pues prácticamente fue cuarto privado. Me encantó la ubicación, muy céntrico y muchos lugares para comer y pasear para disfrutar de la ciudad.

No me gustó que no hubiera televisión y que nunca pude conectarme al wifi

Cockroaches, no privacy in the bathroom, smelly

Good location and nice price. Hostel is located in the nice, historical building

Almost everything else. It's definitely not clean. The cockroaches are everywhere - especially in the bathroom (showers included). There is no privacy in the bathroom. The beds are ok, although when you close the doors, you'll have no air. Also, staff doesn't react when the people are acting loud, drinking for the whole night inside the room (not in the "public" area), spilling alcohol on the floor. After this, the smell of alcohol stayed for about 3 days (so you can imagine how frequently the rooms are cleaned).

Beautiful building in central location

The location is so central and absolutely perfect for exploring centro histórico on foot. It is in a beautiful old building, which was a pleasure to be in, and right across from the Palacio Clavijero, so some of the rooms have an awesome view across to the domed building and gardens. Bed was comfy, lots of storage space in the locker under the bed, plugs and lights in the right places, hot showers, super clean, nice staff, felt safe, all good!

There is not my definition of a breakfast included, as the listing specifies. It's nice that hot drinks, fruit and cookies are provided, but I would usually choose somewhere that has a kitchen if there is not a proper breakfast included. If I am staying in a hostel I probably don't have the budget to be eating out 3 times a day. Also, there aren't any locks on the bathrooms or showers. It was really quiet when we stayed so my partner only walked in on someone once :)

El lugar es muy bonito y en lo personal me parece cómodo y privado para ser un hostal, loas regaderas también están geniales hay muchas u todo limpio

Todo bien excepto que no tenían mi reserva y no era la única con este problema Tuve que pagar por fuera de más aplicación y nos dieron habitaciones separadas

Beautiful hostal in the heart of downtown

This hostal is located in the heart of downtown. Very central. The wifi worked well. Staff was cool. It’s an old building with modern renovations. Your bed is private with a key for both your bed and locker underneath. Hot water worked well.

The unfortunate part of being in the heart of downtown is the loud noises even at night. Being earplugs if noise bothers you from sleeping.

Very good

A good hostel in Morelia for a good price. It is very close to the center. I am a vegetarian and there is a good vegetarian place nearby. The bed was comfortable and had an outlet, light, and an accordion screen for privacy which was unique. The toilets and showers were alright. It is a big hostel with lots of open spaces, but there was nobody there when I was there which was strange. But for one night as a solo traveler, it worked well.

Disappointing

The location is very good, just 5 min from main cathedral. The place is very clean , dormitory room can keep private.

I waited 1 hour for check in , because there was another parson. I payed by card , the receptionist didn't give receipt. I told him ' i need ticket ' he said ' if you don't ask , we don't give '. It was first time didn't give receipt paying by card in Mexico. The receptionist was so rude! I've never been hostel like this. It was very upset . building is nice , location is perfect too, but i will never go back.

Superb

It is an extraordinary place. A modern Japanese-style capsule hostel fitted inside a noble colonial building. It is beautiful and it meets European standards of cleanliness, something very rare in Mexico. There is a beautiful interior patio with tables and chairs where you can sit, read a book or talk to other guests. Near the historic centre. Very clean bathrooms.

Great location, excellent price in a historic building...plus oxxo is right next to it.

Location, location, location. Clean, attentive and great staff, beutiful historic building converted perfectly into a hostel with great facilitties.

Nothing to dislike but suggestions: light in the pods is terrible for night reading, conveniently I travel with headlamp and could complete my pre sleeping routine of reading a book.

Good and comfortable

Good hostel in good location in walking distance of everything in the center. Not too busy. Good WiFi. Big lockers.

Bit of noise from outside. Absence of locks on toilet and shower cubicles is really a downer. Also lights working on motion sensors are really annoying, especially in the bathrooms where the lights go suddenly off while showering or using a toilet.

Fantastic location right in centro histórico. Clean, professional. Good value for

Coffee and a banana and cookies-ok. Screens for each bed, afforded great privacy. Comfy beds. Ample lockers for each bed and space used very efficiently. Sufficient tables and chairs. Good internet, consistent. Professional staff who set up great tours.

Water in shower wasn’t hot in the mornings, later it was. They need a few sofas or area to give more if a friendly vibe.

Don’t stay in room F if you wish to ever sleep…wifi patchy, personnel wasn’t as helpful as I’d expect at a hostel. Bathrooms/showers had no locks

Great place!

I love this place! It's got great big and well organized restrooms, huge lockers, and "privacy" curtains that kind of close you off to the room. For a hostel, it's pretty fancy.

The only thing lacking for a proper hostel was a kitchen, but there's tons of food available close by. Also, some rooms are on the street and can be pretty noisy. The back rooms don't have as much street noise, but there's an unassociated bar downstairs; bring earplugs.

Curtains and locks provided in rooms. Good privacy in dorm beds. Great location. Affordable price.

LOUD music because a bar is next door! Dont expect much sleep. No kitchen to cook! (Just a microwave and kettle).

Everything was amazing from the location, cleanliness and staff

As a previous reviewer stated, it can be very loud at night in dorms E and F Wifi is poor and keeps cutting in and out I booked into a female only dorm and a family including 3 males was put into the dorm. It didn’t cause me any problems but it was a female dorm….

Really fresh hostel with perfect location

Everything was great! The staff was helpful, the beds where comfortable and had good privacy, the bathrooms where fresh and the building we lived in was really cool! Also perfect location in the middle of the center. We would definitely come back! :)

Exceptional

great location, great staff. they got everything you need and the staff is super nice. beds are comfy and they even have a double bed in the dorms for couples. another upside is that you have a lot of privacy due to curtains on your beds. would highly recommend

Wi-Fi is a little spotty and there is a bar next door so it can be a little loud at times but it never bothered me at all.
