Super comfy beds, clean linen, and clean bathrooms. Great location, very helpful staff.
Kitchen was a bit small, only one person can cook at a time. And the rooms/ place was freezing.

Location, staff, cleanliness.
Very small space, traffic noise in room.

So clean, the staff were just so lovely and accommodating. Very comfy bed. Nice hot showers (be careful if you have young kids as the hit is sensitive and boiling). The bar downstairs has such a great fun atmosphere. Tram stop right out front. I had a mirror and wardrobe in my room-bonus!
Room 3 faces a busy street and the window isn’t double glazed so it’s insanely noisy unfortunately. Ear plugs didn’t cut it. The toilet lid in one of the toilets doesn’t stay up so as you sit the lid sits in your back-not nice after boys have used it.

The staff are exceptional, and the pub down stairs has a good vibe
The period building is clean but a bit of a rabbit warren, unfortunately, you need to be a pigmy to use the showers.

The geographical location is superior, belonging to the free tram area, downstairs is the free tram. The toilet facilities are a little old and clean, but there is no separate bathroom for men and women, which is a little inconvenient. The staff are enthusiastic.
It was very noisy. The B&B was at a crossroads, and it was noisy all night because there was a tram stop downstairs. I don't think we can improve this problem.

Decent price, easy check out, very close to Queen Vic market
Positioned on a the crossroads of two main roads, by the tram line, above a bar = lots of traffic noise

The beds are super comfortable
There is no hostel atmosphere, there aren't common zones but if you are looking for something calm, it's a good option

Listen carefully and not give them the deposit especially if you check out early because it’s really tricky and easy to loose the 50 dollar deposit.

it’s a great location just across the street from the Queen Victoria Market as well as being right on the free tram lines. the couple running it are helpful and friendly.
it’s old (historic building), small, tight spaces, and could use updating. I had a private room, which was fine, but several of the private rooms open right onto the only common area which was quite compact and could be noisy as I could hear all the conversations through the door. The bathrooms, kitchen, showers are all quite compact as well.
