Location was great.

Location. Facilities within the apartment.

Was advertised with a city view and had an old dirty wall as a view from the balcony and by dirty “large spit balls”. Booking was without services and extra supplies such a towels and extra bedding.

Excellent service, fantastic location, awesome team, cafe directly below with great coffee&smoothies

The location and facilities were excellent. Bed was super comfortable, would have been better with a mattress topper to hide the two super singles together. Awesome size with heaps of room.

The city apartment was comfortable.

The apartment was spacious and clean and the pool was nice to swim in. The view of Adelaide was also a great feature.

The spa wasn’t operating.

Location

Dryer had never been cleaned. One bed was like a plank of wood. Pillows were beyond thin.

Fantastic location+appartment

I loved the pool and gym facility. The appartment was a fantastic size and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so close to everything and the free tram picked up close to the front door

The view from our balcony was of a wall. And a little up there had been wet toilet paper thrown at that wall

Not recommended

Location was extremely noisy. The curtains in the main dinning did not close (work), so the walls to the bedrooms from the main living is glass, so it was light all night. Host did not come and fix the problem. The washing machine did not spin or drain, water ran out on the floor, we call the host to repair, this was not done either. The kitchen had only 1 wine glass and 1 sparkling wine glass on arrival, we asked if they can send more, which they then send 6 wine glasses. Cleanliness is not very good. Maintenance is not being done and is lacking. We called the first day to report issues, host got back to say they cannot do much 2 days later. We will not recommend this stay or return. Noisy street with nightclubs during the weekends.

We did not like it and did not enjoy our stay. We requested another unit or a refund, but could not be assisted by host.

The pricing changed after I had clicked and it wasn't refundable. No cleaning was done during the 3 day stay not even checking if we needed any services done in the room. Refunding back for breakages took 2 weeks and also charged for the not clean room wch they never offered any service during our stay

Removed couch cushions - crumbs and old napkin under. Greasy bathroom floor. Marks on wall One small soap Paid when booked and when leaving received email saying I needed to pay within 2 hours Asked for parking - charged $66 Had to pay $250 bond - not yet received.

Fabulous place if you're in Adelaide for a busy social weekend.

The apartment was gorgeous. Great views, great location - close to everything we needed. Coffee shop downstairs was very handy of a morning.

Hindley Street is quite noisy till 6am, so pack ear plugs. The blow-up bed that was provided for our 7th person also went flat quite quickly. Check-in was a little tricky as there is no where to park while retrieving the key, so we held up the line into the carpark for a bit, and then had to reverse to get to where we actually needed to be.

Has potential

Outstanding location

Room was clean but had a lot of wear and tear. Walls are extensively marked, curtains off the tracks, lights were dull or not working and toilet blocked. Only 1 pillow per person, requested more but they were unable to accommodate during our stay.

Not recommend to stay in appt 917. Very very dirty. The oven tray had leftover oil and food from last guests. Plates and bowls were not washed properly. Dishwasher stoves and rangewood not clean. Very very disappointed

Great city location, close to public transport, shopping etc

Location was awesome. Beds were comfy. It was clean.

Key to door didnt work easily. Couldnt get a car park for 2nd car. Didnt know i had to pay bond money until after the booking and i am still waiting for bond to be returned after check out.

Too much nightclub noise; high, gouged rates; no hot water in spare bathroom, fixed day before we left; no blankets; no cleaning/change of towels etc at all. ($700.00 a night!) Appalling experience. Oaks who control the building would not hold a parcel for me at front desk as they say they are Swainson's competition and won't do anything to help their customers! True! Will never stay there again and believe Booking.com falsely advertised rate.

We had a great time staying there.

The location is exceptional. It is right opposite of the conventional centre, walking distance to the nearby museum, park and malls. It is also convenient to go to other places by freeway. The apartment is clean and spacious. It has a living area and a seperate dining area. It has provided cookware, plates, dish washer tablets,table clothes, drying rack, washing powder, clips, etc.. A very good size balcony to have some fresh air and watch the airplane flying over. Pool and gym is a bonus to this building. Parking area inside the building is another bonus. There were a lot of sauces in the cabinet. Unsure if they were supposed for us to use or just the ones left by previous guests.

Great location and apartment but very poor service from accommodation manager.

Room and location were excellent.

Room was not ready on arrival at 10pm. Key was not in lock box as per instructions. No reception at property so could only contact property until 10pm via phone. Room lacked an extra bed as paid for and basic essentials eg dishwasher tablets and soap. Guess book emailed to us did not contain correct information about wifi and baggage storage. Late checkout only gave us 2 hours so not worth the money.

the staff at the OAKs embassy were very rude and helpless. I didn’t know that my booking was with different entity and I can’t get any help. I hold Booking.com entirely accountable for this.

Great location appartment was good size had everything you need for short stay

Communication with host , no spare key for second person so no way of getting back into appartment once downstairs? wasnt very clean and cheap uncomfortable furniture

Too expensive checking in system was very difficult and complicated. staff were hard to get in contact with and very delayed responses to queries and questions.
