Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 2nd floor, end unit, spacious two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) and windows in the kitchen and living room that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional fee) and RELAXATION is required!
The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The recently remodeled kitchen includes all major appliances and accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.
There is a 65” HD SMART TV in the living room, 28” HDTV in the master bedroom, and 32" TV in the guest bedroom. Each TV is either SMART or connected to a ROKU and has access to Spectrum cable through their app. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two vehicles. One spot is covered and under the building and the other is near the beach dune. Please bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. I also recommend bringing your own pillows. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season (April 1st through September 30th) dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.
The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND.
Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (restaurants, shops, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! NOM NOM NOM

We were totally pleased with the facility. Disappointed that the VCR did not work because we had our favorites ones we wanted to watch. We are "Old School" (Almost 80 years old and not familiar with electronic elements.) Next time, we will ask for the bottom floor, at our age our suitcases were almost too much.

Condo was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Location was quiet. The view of the was good. We enjoyed the different things Carolina Beach had to offer. Tim was a very good host, he answers all our questions quickly. His restaurant suggestions were the best! We hope to come down again Next year!

My mom and I were at the condo in early May. The location was perfect, it was close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough away that it was peaceful. There is a public beach access right next to the property, which was so convenient; we easily could run back inside to ise the bathroom or grab more water.
The best part of the condo was the balcony off the living room that overlooks the ocean. We spent our mornings and evenings there enjoying the beach without actually being on the beach; perfect scenery as we enjoyed our meals out there. Our dogs also loved being out there too! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The covered parking was also a bonus.

Overall for a short weekend trip, this condo had everything we needed and communication with the property manager was great. I always appreciate when a Vrbo has things like hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and even coffee filters. I also enjoyed that the queen size bed was memory foam and was very comfortable. I took away a star because you can very clearly hear the upstairs neighbors just walking, not stomping or running or anything like that, but it’s clear as day so that was disruptive at night. The front door on a particularly windy day also wanted to rattle and thump around like crazy and it almost drove us mad because we couldn’t figure out how to get it to quiet down. Overall though a great stay

This place is in a great location, you are close to everything. Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony, although the carpet needs replacing. This places needs a deep cleaning and some ceiling repairs with a fresh coat of paint and it would be great. Until then it’s great value for the location. Additionally, I recommend trashing the regular coffee pot it has growth in the water reservoir. We cleaned up a bit ourselves and enjoyed the beach and the views. That is what it’s about.

We’ve been coming to this condo since 2013 and enjoy our time here immensely. The big plus is that we can bring our Golden Retriever. We also like the location and the views of the ocean. It’s also convenient to the North Pier and Freeman Park. Although it’s an older condo, it has been renovated and serves our needs perfectly.
Tim is the perfect owner in that he is always available if there are any questions or problems.

This is a clean and well stocked property with a nice balcony offering a direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed bringing our little dog for morning walks on the beach and afternoons looking out at the ocean view.

Great place for visiting CB with dogs. Host states they do not provide linens of any kind (including kitchen dishrag/drying towel), and since unit is up three flights of steps, it was a lot of work to carry up luggage, food, dog kennel/necessities AND all towels and bedding for our stay. Tolerable if you are fit/under 50 or staying a length of time, but difficult for a 2-3 day stay! Also fees and pet charge can/will double your cost!

This condo provided everything we needed for 2 weeks at the beach! The porch overlooks the beach perfectly and it’s a 2 minute walk to the water!!

The condo is as described and had everything we need for our stay. Most important, it's oceanfront and only steps from the beach. We especially enjoyed walking down to the pier with our dog in the morning and evenings. I can't rave about the location enough; it's away from the boardwalk and peopley part of Carolina Beach but also close enough that you can easily get into that stuff too if you want. The balcony was great for beach views & chillin. We also enjoyed checking out local restaurants. Flaming Amy's, Gulfstream and Lazy Pirate were dog friendly. Bottom line, we didn't want to leave and are plotting our next trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim’s lovely beach condo. Waking up to the waves, drinking coffee on the deck, and watching for dolphins was delightful. I’m super bummed to leave and even checked the condo listing to see if it was booked for tonight as I was hoping to squeeze in one more day 😂 when we had issues with the cable and messaged Tim he got back to me within minutes. We would definitely recommend the condo and will absolutely be back!

This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and we absolutely fell in love with the area!
The condo was a little smaller than expected but it fit our family of 3 and our large dog comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for small meals. The washer and dryer was convenient and the storage area under the condo for chairs and umbrellas was an added bonus.
The view was amazing and the location was perfect. A 5 minute walk down the beach to the pier for drinks, love music, and small bonfires on the beach. A 10 minute walk to the North End Cafe for morning coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and affordable kayak rentals. A 30 minute drive to Wilmington for a day trip and sightseeing. And a 5-10 minute drive (or 20-30 minute walk) to the boardwalk and the Kure Beach Pier. The area is very walkable and due to the price of parking, a lot of people seem to travel on foot.
If you are traveling with your dog, the area is very dog friendly and welcoming to larger breeds.
We had a small hiccup with parking upon arrival and Tim was wonderful. We reached out to him and he was on it! In addition, he offered area suggestions and was very easy to communicate with. He was the perfect host!
We had an amazing vacation and can't wait to visit again!

Right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting in the patio, 2nd story, watching and listening to the waves break. Beautiful beach near the pier. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Freddy's Restaurant in Kure Beach for best Italian food. Be sure to make a reservation. Only complaint is the paid parking everywhere you go. It's expensive and they are serious about offenders.

When we got to property everything looked very nice & tidy. However housekeeping really needs to clean under the beds!! There is lint, dust. Pet hair, & food crumbs!! There was a moldy used coffee filter in the coffe maker!!! Gross!!! Other than that evetything else was fine. We didn’t cook, only ate out & got take out pizza! I don’t recommend Michael's Seafood. Way too deceiving with market prices. Husband hated the Mahi Mahi, 3 of us got crab legs & they were just ok. With pricing for sides extra!!!!! Also I don't recommend Vinnie's pizza... talk about extra greasy!! Yuck!!!

The house has a great location. The tiki bar at the pier was the best. The house was clean and well equipped with all you need. The view from the balcony was amazing. I really enjoyed the sunrises and walking on the beach with my dog! Instructions for the house were very organized. I would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our ocean front stay. Local seafood was at its best along with divine deserts! The ocean view with the sound of waves made our meals even better. A short stroll to a board walk is right outside your door. Everything you need is just around the corner if you forgot anything. Private covered parking was a plus. Great location!!!

Could not say enough AMAZING things about this place. I read the reviews prior to booking and they are all correct - it’s a wonderful place. Walked in and it was beyond clean. Took a trip with my husband and our dogs. One of our dogs is 11 and getting old so we wanted her to see the beach for the first time. It was perfect. The beach is VERY dog friendly and everyone is so nice. Right on the beach, very relaxing, close to everything. Walked to the pier often. We even ordered the recommended cape fear boil company which was amazing. Also, the owner responded so quickly when we had a question about the tv (had to watch the first Thursday night football game of course). We will be back with our four legged babies again for sure!

I used to own directly across the street so it was good to be back . Since we sold we come back every summer for a week so I've been to literally a dozen different condos at CB. While some may seem "nicer" overall (newer, better furniture or whatever) you do pay for that too. This one is really the best value for the money that I've found. Tim was great to communicate with and responsive to any problems that arose (and thankfully they were not really problems at all!) HIGHLY recommended.
