The apartment was beautiful, easy to find, and located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bellevue. It was very clean and well appointed. All appliances were in excellent condition and easy to use.
Diana was a wonderful host, and she provided terrific support throughout my booking and visit. Moreover, she was available to provide support, but was not at all intrusive.
I highly recommend this property, and I expect that I will stay here again for my next visit to Bellevue!

This was in the perfect location to visit with suburban family and the city. Very close to Redmond green and city center, parks, etc.

Nice clean modern space. Kitchen could have used a toaster, cutting board and a baking sheet but otherwise was well stocked. Unit had fragrance plug ins that were a little overpowering for my personal taste so we just unplugged them while we were there. Also be prepared for the stairs. Overall was a good place!

Beautiful and clean. Cozy and restful spot. Perfect for my weekend visit.

Stayed at this property as I was in town for a few days. It was loaded with everything you might need and is close to quite a few good places to chill and eat or grab a coffee (Mercury’s is just the best). Will absolutely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. It is located close to our sons apt. The property is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had was the initial information on the address and code to get into the place did not arrive until I called VR BO and asked for assistance. It was sent immediately after the call.

Perfect for long term stays
I stayed here for about 3 weeks for work. The apartment is fully stocked with all the essentials (kitchen utensils, linens, spices, etc.) The website says their isn't A/C, but there is a unit A/C in the living room which worked wonderfully. I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the private patio area, but it was available with a nice bistro set. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice, yet Confusing
The directions say the entrance to the unit is on the left of the building, however once you go over there it's a gate to a backyard. We arrived at 12:30am and were definitely not going in a stranger's backyard in the middle of the night. After ringing the doorbell, the owner's son let us know we had to go in through the gate to the backyard, then up some stairs. He understood why we'd be skeptical. When mentioning it to the property manager her reply was, "We'll fix check in instructions, despite the fact that we never had this confusion with any of our guests." Despite there being a review from months ago that stated this, there was not a change to the directions...guess she doesn't read the reviews...Another issue was the only pan we had was completely scratched up, and useless. When I brought this to her attention she seemed defensive, but finally brought us a new pan days later after telling us, "I wasn't planning to come in and there is no need to replace the pan, I'll leave it outside." A bit confusing aye? My father said the bed was comfortable, the couch I slept on was alright. Other than the above issues, this was a nice place, will not be staying again though.

Perfect Location
We were in Bellevue for a few days to visit our son and daughter-in-law who live just a couple miles away from this property. We had everything we needed to share some meals with them and just visit comfortably. It was chilly and rainy during our stay but in nice weather there is a beautiful park right down the street and very safe, nice neighborhoods for walking. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped, easy in easy out. One thing to note is that it is accessed by stairs as it is over the homeowner's garage, good to know for anyone who has a problem with stairs.

Confusing
The condo was nice and clean. Sufficient for us as we weren’t there much, only to sleep and shower. I booked the condo for four adults and there were no sheets for the pull out bed and only one small extra blanket. The check in process had zero instructions as to how to get to the condo only an access code. We ended up knocking on the door of the house the condo was attached to and the man that answered was less than impressed. He acted as if we knew we were supposed to walk through a yard and go through a gate into someone’s back yard. Yeah, nope definitely did not know that. Ok place for one maybe 2 people and a small car as parking is very limited.

The neighborhood is quiet but so close to Marymoor, it was the perfect place to stay for a show. I would only ask that the owner add the bit about the door to the left of the garage to their directions.

Host does not check messages.
I tried to reach the host through VRBO nearly a month before my reservation with the request to the date, but she never responded. When I called her, she said it would be impossible for her to rent it, and she would lose money.

Excellent
The property was close to Microsoft, close to the lake and many walking trails. The VRBO was beautiful, clean, quiet and modern. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully appointed condo!
This lovely property was a joy to stay in. It has all the amenities and more that a traveler could want, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated. We had 3 in our party and my grown son had plenty of room and was comfortable on the futon sofa in the den.
The owner, Diana, was a joy to work with. She’s immediately available to answer questions and obviously takes pride in her condo. If you do not see an “owner’s manual” published on the VRBO website, ask Diana for the information contained therein.
Thanks, again, Diana for a great visit! Karen H

Mother daughter winery day
I was visiting WA from MA to see my daughter. We made a wine tasting reservation in Woodinville and a dinner reservation in Redmond, and this property was a 7 mile drive from Redmond.
Because of covid, my daughter slept on the pull out sofa, which was fine. The bed I slept in was delightful. A big, clean bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen would make it a great place for a longer stay, as well.
