Property location and cleanliness was outstanding. General maintenance needs to be updated. Specifically electrical maintenance. Several times lights would blunk or flutter. Having a bathroom outlet by door instead of by toilet in main bathroom would be hemore safe

It had what we needed: rooms, living room, and a kitchen. But it wasn’t very clean, and didn’t feel “homey”. It felt like we were sleeping in a place that’s just “sitting there”. Needs a bit of TLC. However, the beds were super comfy. And if cooking in the kitchen is the highlight of your vacation, the stove is amazing!

I got this house for my bridesmaids as I was getting married the weekend I rented. The host was amazing! She helped me add additional days when I needed it, helped me with early check-in, and then assisted when we had a small issue with the refrigerator.
Highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay at this Redmond home. It was very comfortable for extended family members with having two floors and two tv rooms. The kitchen is large, so it was easy for a few people to be in the kitchen together. We loved the large deck and the big backyard. The close by park with public beach was great.

The pictures you see are not indicative of what you will be residing in. No central AC they have these loud fans to use for air. So you have to choose sweat with silence or stay cool and be kept up. Electricity was faulty plug up a charger trips the breaker. Then you have to go flip the breaker back on. Owner said you could not use the fan below 70 or it would trip breaker. Just one of the worse ordeals. Please be aware and careful.

Everything was perfect. We were a group of six ladies, ages 79 to 80. We have been pals since high school.
The house was perfect. Kitchen was beyond belief….the best of everything. There was lots of room for everyone; the huge yard was exquisite. Alexis answered our questions promptly and was easy to reach by phone.
My only suggestion is that one or two hand railings be added to the front porch so we old folks can hang on while entering or exiting!!
Thank your for a fun three days.

We had dirty sheets in 2 bedrooms to include someone’s hair all over in one of the bed sheets. A dirty towel left hanging in one of the bedroom closet. Dishwasher was broke. Did not have dish cloth to wash dishes and only one dish towel. No wash clothes. An electrical outlet downstairs in the bedroom with wires exposed. Moldy shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom. The heat does not work in the common area upstairs. Very disappointed with this property as the pictures and reviews seemed great. Make sure to check the sheets as soon as you get there. We did not until returning from a long day in the city.

The home was beautiful and the backyard was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside in the back early morning drinking our coffee and just enjoying the scenery. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for a big get together. All in all I would love to stay here again if I visit Seattle.

I rented this property for one night to throw a little dinner party for friends and coworkers. there was about 10 of us not everyone stayed the night but it was perfect we had more than enough room and bedrooms for everyone that was staying. The porch huge, the yard is beautiful and it's in a great location for everybody.

Overall stay was okay. Where this property fell short was the lack of a master bathroom. One bathroom on level one for three bedrooms. The bathroom needed TLC. What was once a laundry room with hookups was exposed on the wall and light switch was on the furthest wall from the entry door which made it dangerous in the middle of the night. Further, the lack of furniture in each bedroom was disappointing. Shelves were very low end, make shift, unstable.
Couple of positive notes; property was clean and location was nice.

We had a great family reunion at this property. Highlights were the spacious gathering places both upstairs and downstairs, the kitchen stocked with all the cooking tools and utensils you might need, and the luxury showers. Located within walking distance to Idylwood Park, which has beach access and a great playground. There's a very large backyard and patio at the house too, which are great for outdoor play. Will stay again if we're in the area.

Several very high end upgrades at this property! Great showers, bedding, kitchen and most importantly outdoor space! Only issues were that we did not realize only one bathroom upstairs (3 bedrooms up), so we should have read the description more closely. Also, house was extremely musty and damp, possible water damage or just the climate? There were several de-humidifiers and open windows which eventually helped, but that was a spoiler.
