DESCRIPTION
You may never want to leave the backyard or one of the serene screened-in porches which offers an additional 630 sq. ft. outdoor living space. Equipped with brand new (2020) furniture and 50 inch HD flat screen (2021) so you can relax while watching one of your favorite sporting events or movies. There’s also a large table here to dine out.
As you enter the vast 2 storey foyer, this 3-level spacious home offers 3200 square feet of comfortable living. The large living room with 65 inch HD TV, new furniture, dining room and well equipped eat-in kitchen provides a great room effect.
This home is ideal for large group gatherings, with inside dining seating for 15 including bar stools/kitchen table for 4 and dining table that seats 8. Additional dining seating for 12 on the hot tub deck and lower screen porch. A brand-new (2020) gas connected grill is provided for easy cooking. The large deck area around the salt water pool provides sunny seating with 8 new luxurious loungers(2021)
The first-floor spacious primary bedroom has a view of the pool and golf course with its own entrance to the lower level screened in porch. The newly renovated master bath offers a free standing soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanity and sinks.
The spacious master bedroom on the top floor has a cathedral ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The newly renovated master bath has a free standing soaking tub, walk in shower and double sinks. Rest & relax as you take in spectacular views of the golf course on your own private screened-in porch.
For small children, there is a new 2022 pack and play crib/ high chair/exercise-saucer and booster seat located in the walk-in closet.
All of the bedrooms have ceilings fans for your comfort. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. For added fun and adventure we have 8 adult bikes, double wagon, large coolers, ping pong table in the garage for your use.
The house has been maintained by the same cleaning staff headed by Norma for 15 years. Norma takes pride in her work and makes sure everything is clean and ready for your stay. As we use our own private cleaning crew you will enjoy nicer quality linens that belong to us not the whole community as the large cleaning companies often do. We replace all linens as needed. The house is equipped with a water softener so linens are softer as well as more comfortable shower experiences.

This property was exactly as photos showed. Bathroom to bedroom ratio was excellent and the garage full of beach supplies was so appreciated as were the bikes! We left for two days during Hurricane Debby and were able to communicate easily with the owner as well as received a quick refund for those lost days. Very fair!

26 Heath Dr was absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed on the island.
My family was reliving memories from past trips and will definitely move this home to the top of the list for future trips.
Everything that was advertised about the home was exactly as we found it.

This property won’t disappoint. It is so well stocked you won’t need to bring anything other than a bathing suit! It comes with all the bells and whistles to keep all members of the household happy—from ping pong, corn hole, hot tub, bikes and plenty of beach toys. Debbie, the owner, always responded promptly to my inquiries. It is definitely one of the best rentals and Hilton Head is amazing!

The neighborhood was awesome, the house even better! The beach is a close walk once you realize the footbridge is minutes away- we mistakenly went further to a car and pedestrian bridge the first day, but still walkable. The sleeping arrangements were great and all the rooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Best of all, the host was available for all and any questions and needs. We would love to stay there again!

If you are looking for the perfect spot for a great family vacation and you are reading this review, then you have found the right place. Debbie is the host and booking her place is a pleasurable experience that makes your trip worthwhile! She is very thorough in describing her home and also makes herself available to answer any questions in a timely manner. We have just returned from our 2nd week long stay at Debbie's place and it was even better than our 1st! With a fresh coat of paint on the exterior, interior updates & decorating, it was clean as a whistle and geared to creating a "home away from home" that was welcoming and comfortable.It was obvious that Debbie and her husband had spent the off-season making their place even more appealing for their guests and they succeeded. Our group consists of 10 adults between the ages of 70-84 and you know how fussy we senior folks can be, yet not a complaint was voiced all week. The kitchen was completely equiped and the dining room easily accommodated our group. The living room, porch and roomy deck provided plenty of seating for get togethers or just relaxing. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach where we saw three deer on one trip and twice watched a gator from the bridge over the lagoon. The pool and hot tub were a definite plus and at day's end the comfortable bedrooms always beckoned! There is much more to enjoy at Debbie's place so check out the listing or better yet, book a stay for a great vacation in Hilton Head!

We came with a group of 8 adults, and loved so many things about the property. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing-and we got a lot of use out of the bikes and ping pong table. We cooked, used the bbq, and spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The screened in porch was perfect for watching Sunday football. I can’t imagine a more perfect house for our group-and we all agree that we will come back!

This spacious home on the golf course was perfect for our family and the location was great! There were so many things included with the rental - great bikes, nice beach towels and chairs. Being able to park at the Disney Beach resort was great for the times we didn’t want to walk or ride to the beach with all our stuff. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of dishes, flatware, utensils, spices, two coffee makers. Loved having a water cooler. Spent lots of time on the large screened porch as well as at the pool every day! The host, Debbie, was extremely communicative and helpful - probably our best Vrbo host yet!

Our family had a fantastic week. The house easily accommodated 9 adults. The house has everything one could want and is, by far, the most well-appointed rental property we have ever rented. From the pool to the bikes to the beach equipment, to the amazingly equipped kitchen - it was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

Last week, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The house was sparkling clean and immaculate and the thoughtful owners provide everything a large visiting family might need for a week, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, a crockpot, bikes, beach chairs, and so much more. The sheets and towels are a “cut above” what we have experienced in beach rentals over many years, and the owner, Debbie, was instantly responsive when we had any questions regarding the home or neighborhood.

The house was great for our large group. It was longer than an 8 minute walk to the beach.....10- 15 min depending on how much you were carrying with you. Other than that, everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes previously but this was our first time renting a house. Our experience was great! This property was everything the owner said it was. Location was great with an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The inside of the house was just as it was described. The backyard was wonderful and our kids spent countless hours in the pool. We loved hanging out in the screened in porch area. The owner was also attentive and responsive during our stay. We highly recommend this property!

This property is lovely. It housed my family, my parents and my brother’s family. My father commented several times that I found a perfect house. The house feels secluded with all the surrounding trees, which I love. We didn’t use the pool, which I thought we would, but we were busy with other activities. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to bake and cook. The bikes were wonderful as Hilton Head is definitely a biking community. We loved our stay.

Our family rented this house for 5 days mid-November. The house was very clean and as described in the listing. It is very well equipped -kitchen, beach chairs, wagon, bikes, ping pong table, etc. We enjoyed the pickle ball, biking on the beach, golf and walks. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very easy to communicate with and any questions I had were answered promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

This spotless & spacious home made our vacation extra special with activities for a range of interests. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our family of 7 adults plus a 10 month old. The property was very clean as advertised and we certainly appreciated all the beach gear in the garage. Plus, it was so nice not to have to haul kids stuff or rent it!
We ate almost every meal outside on the screened in porch and got in the pool every day. Debbie was great to go back and forth with and all of her instructions were easy to follow. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach so we just dropped our older parents off which worked for us. You won’t be sorry you booked a stay here!

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. We loved the fact that bikes, kayaks, and beach amenities were provided. It made for less packing or additional cost in trying to rent. Having the pool at the end of the day was very nice as well. We enjoyed our relaxing time in the pool and screened in porch as we prepared dinner for the night. Owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Hilton Head.

This house is very spacious and has lots of amenities, including bikes, wagon, tent for the beach, beach chairs, and a well stocked kitchen. The only downside we can think of is that it’s a pretty long walk to the beach. Other than that, we really enjoyed the house and our stay!

Debbies listing was the perfect getaway for our group! This house literally has everything you could ever need in a rental. The kitchen was SO well equipped for multiple cooks/prepping thanksgiving! It’s a short walk from the beach & the house has multiple bikes/wagon for transporting chairs, etc. We also were able to enjoy the hot tub during our fall stay. This is truly a listing for all ages! Would recommend!
