LUXURY RENTAL! Truly a luxury rental in majestic Palmetto Dunes with a splendid view of the golf course, and a 9 minute walk to the beach. This 21 year old property located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac at 28 Heath Drive has 3500 sq. ft. of living space to include 4 bedrooms with private baths (a 5th ½ bath on 1st floor easily accessible from pool), Bonus Room and an optional heated pool or spa. Golf, tennis, bike/kayak rentals, along with a host of fun activities help make this gated community on Hilton Head Island the #1 vacation resort in US/Canada (Travel & Leisure Family Magazine). The spacious and open Vaulted family room provides a beautiful view of the back pool and spa and a clear view of the 2nd hole of the George Fazio golf course. A large 65 inch HD Smart TV is on the wall above the fireplace for family viewing.
The Master BR features a king size bed with an oversize bath featuring stand alone shower and pulsating jet tub, and a walk-in closet. A private French door from the master suite leads to the rear composite deck with a view of Fazio Golf Course and pool/spa that adds to the charm. The 2nd master suite features vaulted ceilings with a queen size bed & a queen size sleeper sofa, a large 49"' HD Smart TV and a large, luxury private bath. The 3rd & 4th BR's have magnificent views of the golf course; the 3rd BR has a queen bed with vaulted ceilings and a private bath; the 4th BR has a queen bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin beds and a private bath. Each BR has a Smart Roku TV. There is also a bonus room with a futon sofa and a 58" Roku TV with cable, DVD player, a Nintendo Wii game system and hookups for kids to bring their own video games. For larger groups, two twin mattresses (no box springs) are stored in the 4th BR closet.
The spacious kitchen will help to entertain a crowd. Breakfast bar, children's portable picnic table, high chair, booster seat and additional dining area help to seat an overflow crowd. Corian counter tops, glass top stove, 2 Refrigerators, ice maker and lots of cupboards and storage help to make cooking on vacation an activity you actually can enjoy! There is a laundry room complete with front loading washer and dryer (2nd refrigerator is located here).
An inviting deck entrance way, complete with 2 rockers & 4 Adirondack chairs welcomes you to the home. The back composite deck allows for plenty of “sun tanning”, reading, and good ol’ fashion relaxing. There is a half bath in the family room near the back door for easy pool access.
A fiberglass pool and hot tub/spa (heating available for either or both) compliments this vacation paradise. Barbecue on the Weber gas grill on the back deck. We also provide a corn hole set with bags that can be used in the backyard. There is a ping pong table in the garage and we have 6 bicycles in the garage for your use (please provide your own helmets). We also have a small picnic table, high chair and booster seat in the home and available for the little ones. The house also features plenty of yard space for backyard play and star gazing. Upon your return from the beach, wash off the sand with the foot wash next to the garage.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security ring doorbell located to the left of the front door.

We love this house, the owner and HHI. We are repeat renters. Dave is always making updates and has all the kid amenities that we need for our grand kids, high chair, porta crib, kids picnic table and lots of pool and beach toys. Home is beautiful and love watching the golfers on Fazzio from the deck..perfect location on the island

Worked great with division of sleeping areas to accommodate both my 37 yr old son and my daughter and family with two children under 5. Master bedroom and bathroom beautiful! Easy access to grocery store etc as well. We actually rented it to be nextdoor with longtime friends and their grandchildren as they rented the house nextdoor. It was great! The owner was super if I had questions!

We booked this location for our son's wedding in Hilton Head. It was a chance to have all of my adult kids and their children together for a week. From the booking to checking out, everything was seamless. The house was beautiful, immaculately clean and had everything we needed for the week. The pool overlooking the golf course was a nice view. We had one little glitch, that was not the fault of the owner, and he went above and beyond to get it fixed. He was only a phone call/text away and we were fixed that night. I booked this home based off our our needs and then reviews and everything was 100% accurate. The extras like the high chair and pack and play, pool/beach toys, bikes, games were all appreciated and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, serving dishes we would need. Thank you for an amazing week. if we ever come back to Hilton Head again we would definitely stay at this home again.

Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful home. The home is spacious and had a bedroom suite for each of our 3 families plus a bunk room and a “game room” which the kids instantly took over. The pool area is perfect. We appreciated only paying for the fuel we used to heat the pools. The location to the beach was perfect once we discovered the short cut. The bikes were a nice amenity. A special thank you to David who was an amazing host. He was so quick to answer our questions. Exceptional! Hope we can return sometimes!

We stayed at this home for Christmas 2023. My daughters and I kept saying that this was the perfect house for all of us to be together. It is just as pictured. The three bedrooms with adjoining baths were perfect for three couples and the kids' bunk room worked out so well for the 8-, 14- and 16-year-old kids. The added bonus for them was the upstairs office/tv room for their video games and entertainment. It is a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood on Hilton Head. There is much to do outside and if you are caught inside in the rain for several days, no worries, the house accommodates indoor games and lots of eating. We said that the kitchen offers better cookware than most rentals. For us and our needs, this was just perfect!
The owner is extremely accommodating and answered questions in a very timely manner. This was an excellent holiday home for us.

Absolutely loved staying in Dave’s house in Palmetto Dunes. House was immaculate and exactly as described. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the provided bikes. Convenient to golf, pickleball, and lots of great restaurants. Will definitely stay again when our family visits Hilton Head!

Beautiful house- exactly as pictured. We appreciated how well the house was stocked both in kitchen as well as games, kids / baby things like high chair, puzzles, etc. Make sure to check all the drawers , pantry etc before going to grocery store! If you’re planning on sleeping in bonus room in hot months just be aware takes longer for that room to get cool! Kids loved the bunch beds and there was even a bed guard under the bed that you can use for the little ones. Communication was great, check in was easy. And we loved how close we were to beach. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes before and would highly recommend the area and this house.

This location was perfect for us! We not only held a surprise 80th bday for my father in law, but had our 3 daughters stay with us for a week with their significant other with lots of privacy. The location was perfect and couldn’t have appreciated the setup any more.

What a wonderful, gorgeous home to to go and relax and enjoy time with our family. This home is beautiful, large, and immaculate and extremely well equipped and furnished with everything above and beyond our needs. The well appointed kitchen is a dream to prepare meals in. The location is quiet and ideal with easy access to the beach and general store etc.
The home's outdoor grill, pool, spa and large outdoor deck area and seating were thoroughly enjoyed by our 3 generational family of 10. Having 2 large refrigerators, 2 large tables( one in the dining area and one in the living area),a highchair, booster seat, pack and play and ping pong table, beach toys were only a few of the many amenities we needed and found very helpful. Our grandchildren especially loved the large living room table for game playing and working puzzles etc and the older ones spent time together playing ping pong in the garage.
Dave is great to work with and should definitely be rated as Super Host. He is very attentive and efficient with any questions anyone might have during the whole process and in addition has provided a large House Book with diagrams and photo instructions for the home's various items. We found everything very easy and enjoyable.
This is our 2nd year in this outstanding home and we can't wait to return next summer.

We had a great vacation at this house. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. It is a beautiful home with plenty of seating and specious bedrooms . The back deck was nice and when it rained the front covered porch was great. The pool was nice and we loved the golf course in the backyard. Dave the owner was very nice and available whenever we needed him.This place was perfect and we will be back next year.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Hilton Head, this lovely home is it! The house exceeded our expectations as it was very clean and oh so spacious! There was plenty of room for our group of eight adults, one teen and two babies. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and we felt safe biking, walking and jogging each day. This house has everything for all ages! Comfortable accommodations for 4 families. Between the games and large tables for puzzles, spa and pool on site, bicycles, ping pong, corn hole, and beach toys in the garage, golf course in the back yard, and beach a short bicycle ride away we had a blast! Quick care was to the left of the resort, shopping and restaurants were a convenient bicycle or car ride away! The owner resolved an issue with the spa within minutes. Truly remarkable :)

This was the perfect destination for bachelors who are about to celebrate a wedding. The amenities that surround the house allow for a variety of options to do, from golfing to bar/restaurant hopping, it was great! Would definitely recommend this location and return here again on another trip

We had an excellent time at this Palmetto Dunes location. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for 2 families. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults the hot tub. Short walk/drive to the beach which was great as well.

This house was perfect for a gathering of my family (adult children coming from all all over the country) for the week. Very beautiful and spacious which was especially nice the week we were there since the weather was much colder than normal and we spent more time indoors then normal. The house had everything we needed -- especially the kitchen with all the kitchenware required to prepare meals. Lots of great living space and the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Wonderful house for a big family thanksgiving! Spacious home with everything we needed and wanted. Hot tub was so nice to relax into after pickleball, golf and bike rides. Ping pong was a great hit for everyone. Comfy beds, great master bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Had company for thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of room for all the cars and people. The owners were super responsive during reservation process through our arrival. Great directions for tvs and hot tub and other amenities.

The layout of the house provided for great separation and space for everyone. From the main level primary as well as the game room the bedrooms were spaced out well. Family room had ample seating as well as dining areas. Kitchen was appointed with all necessities plus more! Pool/hot tub area very nice as well as view of golf course from deck. This host is awesome. Answered all our questions thoroughly and promptly. When we had a couple issues, he had them fixed as soon as possible.
The house is large and comfortable. Plenty of room for gathering or time alone. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and bikes as well. A truly wonderful vacation.

My friends and I rented the home from Thursday - Sunday in early September 2022. The host Dave could not have been more helpful or accommodating and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The house is spacious and extremely well kept and clean and provides a ton of amenities to enjoy yourself in case of bad weather which we had one of the days. My friends and I planned a golf weekend and played the George Fazio and Robert Trent Jones courses which are less than 5 min away from the home. Hilton Head Island is a beautiful place and I would definitely recommend this home and the area.

Excellent in every way! This was our second year staying here and we are already booked for next year. Every amenity you could need plus. Love the location as we enjoy watching the golfers. The house is extremely well taken care of and Dave continues to make new improvements/updates. And as far as an owner goes, Dave is the best!

The home exceeded our expectations and for a family of 11 there were more than enough room. The bedrooms were all large with. more than enough space. The double dining tables made it possible for all to eat together. Teens at 1 table adults at the other. This was our first time having two refrigerators which allowed us to have cold drinks at all times. The pool and hot tube made for fun filled days and relaxing nights. The owners were quick to answer all of our questions.
