This ground floor apartment offers a newly renovated space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated in a fantastic location directly opposite Clarkes Beach. Leave your car in the secure parking area and conveniently explore the area on foot. Take a leisurely stroll along the timber boardwalk to The Pass or grab a delicious coffee from The Beach Cafe just across the road. The main CBD is only a 5-minute walk away.
Inside the apartment, you'll find an inviting open plan living area with comfortable lounges, a smart TV, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. For outdoor dining options, there's a spacious patio area complete with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals alfresco.
Both bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, providing a peaceful retreat. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two king single beds. Ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms and complimentary WiFi is also provided for your convenience.
This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please contact our office. You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics). The Unit was very spacious, neat and clean, and it contained all the appliances we needed. Located across from Clark’s Beach it was convenient to the kiosk and a swimming beach. It’s a short walk to town and a longer, but very scenic, walk to the lighthouse. Undergound parking solved what could otherwise have been a problem. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Unfortunately this place wasn’t worth the cost…It wasn’t property cleaned (dirt and dust covered all windows, window seals and doors; couches were stained; and showers were dirty). Worse, the windows are wafer thin and with parties above us and next door every night for the five nights we stayed - it was impossible to get to sleep before 2am. Disappointingly, the welcome pack we received clearly stated that noise restrictions were strictly enforced from 10pm however this was ignored by other apartment residents for every night of our stay. The after hours number provided to register complaints was never answered - not once. Rules for some…Further, this apartment is located right above the internal doors and stairwell that access the garage - which need to be accessed for entry into the apartments above. They don’t have anti-slam systems - so every time a group enters (which occurred from 12-3am every night) the whole apartment would shake from the door slam. The apartment also advertises secure car parking however the party goers chocked up the emergency exit doors with bricks to allow friends into the building stairwell, so the entire building was completely accessible to the general public. Each time we removed the bricks it was reopened shorty after.
The only good thing about this place was the location to the beach.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially people with families who like to sleep!

Perfect position, clean and tidy apartment, everything we needed and more. Beach cafe across the road was perfect for brunch and a coffee. Easy walk to the city centre and also up to the light house. Found the aircon was excellent for taking the chill of the air and can imagine in the heat of summer this apartment would be relatively cool which would be ideal. My cousin and I stayed here so to have our own bedroom and bathroom each was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. Ten out of Ten!! :)

We loved our stay and found the location brilliant, short stroll to everything. Inside was clean and the renovation was really lovely. We would stay again. There’s only a few things that are not deal breakers just nice to haves and I’m only mentioning it for the next guests: we stayed 5nights and both bathrooms ran out of toilet paper on the 2nd day, there was no soap in one bathroom and no shampoo in the other, no surface spray to clean bench tops, no bin liners, and no tea or coffee or enough just for the first night when you arrive … happy to buy later but really lovely to arrive and have cuppa. We drove in to the basement and none of us could find Unit 1 to know how to get to our apartment as the numbers for the units are not signposted and there’s 2 entry points. Minor things that were just annoying.

I was looking for a comfortable self-contained unit to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. This unit was beautiful and seemed to suit all our requirements.
But I believe this unit is very overpriced.
It is only airconditioned in the living areas. No air-con in either of the bedrooms. It is a shame for a number of reasons, but one of the main ones would be how an air-con in the main bedroom would help with the mold that is accumulating there. (ac extracts moisture from the air when operating)
One of the towels we were given had stains on it, which although may be clean, is less than desirable.
As mentioned above, there is a growing mold issue in the ensuite, with a not on a sliding door asking for the door to be left open when showering.
All the door and window tracks appear to not have been cleaned in the life of the unit, and there is cockroach droppings on the blinds in the main bedroom and ensuite.
There is also a hole in the door of the second bedroom.
Again, this is a nice unit, but these things make it far from worth what we paid.
Fixing all of the above would come at minimal cost and justify the asking price. If I was the owner, I would do it immediately.
But sadly it is enough for me to rule this one off any future use for us.

Beach haven 1 is such a great apartment in a fantastic location opposite Clarkes beach. Newly renovated with new appliances and modern furnishings- this place is great! Plenty of room and it was very clean on arrival. The coffee machine was a nice feature. A little dark as it’s ground floor but almost underground. The apartment isn’t at street level so therefor it doesn’t have that much light at timesThe large chef knives are all terribly blunt but the kitchen was really well set up with plenty of crockery.

Hi Team,
Just wanted to let you know that we loved our trip away. We hired the property as we had a wedding in Byron over the weekend. The only draw back was that we didn't get to spend much time there as we only stayed a short time.
Would absolutely love to book in another break where we could stay longer.

The kitchen is really deficient - there is only one frying pan and when you use that frying pan, it takes up the whole stove top so you can’t cook anything else. Overall the place has been beautifully decorated, and has clearly been renovated to a high standard. Large space, comfy beds and great amenities and inclusions. Close by to beach and perfectly situated to the main strip in Byron. The only thing I would say is the walls are very thin so you can hear a lot of noise from outside. The apartment above us had a schoolies group which was loud and disruptive at times. We also were unable to find the tv remote. Regardless I would recommend this apartment to couples and families, and my partner and I would return.
